Arrived as a last minuite booking. Was awake all night with birds and rats/mouse scurrying around the ceiling. The shower mat and shower was filthy. Mirrors streaked and curtains hanging down of the rail. Breakfast was cereal options and egg (all varieties - but one choice) on toast. There were leaks from the light fixtures in the dining room dripping into buckets. 3 staff members went to all the tables to take the breakfast order. I was a table of 1. Hotel run down and dingy.

The hotel was in much need of some TLC, looking very tired and dated. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful but basic and the eggs weren't very hot when served.

Receptionist wasnt helpfully at all u talk to him u was looking the ither way and talking back. Hall way was leaking from the ceiling, curtains as u can see doesnt cover the window and couldnt sleep from the light . So not happy

The entrance and public areas are dated in need of update but room was lovely with everything i needed and the hotel is in a great position... great for a night away you only need a bed !!! In a great location for the price !!

Clean comfortable room with a view of the seafront, facilities were basic but perfectly functional - we didn’t eat at the hotel - there were many available restaurants available in Llandudno - we had a good stay and I would certainly stay again 😊

We appreciate that we may have not booked in on basific time scale, could do with night staff to cater for late arrivals. Did phone for assistance using mobile number available, but staff did not respond to our call, we had no alternative but to stay and sleep on the red sofa in lounge, felt uncomfortable with this outcome. No staff around early morning either.

We booked our stay based on location, cost and with breakfast included. Breakfast was not included or discussed when we booked in, the morning receptionist dismissed me when I asked about breakfast and told me ‘breakfast is never included love’ I felt offended. I caught my foot on a loose tile on the steps Of the hotel on my way out in the evening it was sharp and as it was dark and not very well at the entrance, I didn’t see it. The room was clean enough but there was quite a lot of dust on the furniture. The taps ran brown water for a few minutes when we turned on the taps and there was a strong smell of cannabis from the adjoining rooms. After we departed we received a quite intamidating email to tell us we had to vacate our room or be charged, despite the fact we had left over an hour ago. We did receive an apology for this but after visiting another hotel down the prom and the price being £20 more for a much higher standard bed and breakfast we feel really disappointed and that our stay was misold to us.

The room was clean, but the mattress needs renewing, as the springs were begining to come through, continental breakfast was good, staff were nice and attentive, needs a bit of a pint job through our and new carpets on the stairs, but was clean.

Food service was crap. Waited 45 mins for pouched eggs which by the look of the other people they were hard boiled with no running yoke. We left after waiting 45 mins for food and went else were to pay for food. Second day we did not get offered tea or what food we wanted. Room had a step to go into the bathroom which was not marked on the floor and only had a very small sign on the door below the handle which was a job to see what it was. Broken wardrobe,Bed were two singles pushed together. Sellotape on the cracked windows.Waste pipes running down the wall of the room and you could hear who was using the toilets above us. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN

The entrance and public areas are dated in need of update but room was lovely with everything i needed and the hotel is in a great position... great for a night away you only need a bed !!! In a great location for the price !!

Clean comfortable room with a view of the seafront, facilities were basic but perfectly functional - we didn’t eat at the hotel - there were many available restaurants available in Llandudno - we had a good stay and I would certainly stay again 😊

Arrived as a last minuite booking. Was awake all night with birds and rats/mouse scurrying around the ceiling. The shower mat and shower was filthy. Mirrors streaked and curtains hanging down of the rail. Breakfast was cereal options and egg (all varieties - but one choice) on toast. There were leaks from the light fixtures in the dining room dripping into buckets. 3 staff members went to all the tables to take the breakfast order. I was a table of 1. Hotel run down and dingy.

We booked our stay based on location, cost and with breakfast included. Breakfast was not included or discussed when we booked in, the morning receptionist dismissed me when I asked about breakfast and told me ‘breakfast is never included love’ I felt offended. I caught my foot on a loose tile on the steps Of the hotel on my way out in the evening it was sharp and as it was dark and not very well at the entrance, I didn’t see it. The room was clean enough but there was quite a lot of dust on the furniture. The taps ran brown water for a few minutes when we turned on the taps and there was a strong smell of cannabis from the adjoining rooms. After we departed we received a quite intamidating email to tell us we had to vacate our room or be charged, despite the fact we had left over an hour ago. We did receive an apology for this but after visiting another hotel down the prom and the price being £20 more for a much higher standard bed and breakfast we feel really disappointed and that our stay was misold to us.

Elsinore Hotel was for an economical stay in a relaxing, friendly, helpful hotel. Continental breakfast was not until 8.30 am though included in the price.

The hotel was in much need of some TLC, looking very tired and dated. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful but basic and the eggs weren't very hot when served.

Not told when checking in that breakfast needs to be booked by 5pm. So as didn’t check in till 6.30 pm. And no you can’t have any breakfast was the answer in the morning !!!!!!

Stained bedding and furnishings Dirty glasses Bathroom not cleaned Window didn't shut properly and radiator didn't work so the room was freezing Stains on walls and obvious water damage staining Carpet and skirting board clearly been chewed by mice Damage to bathroom door so had to slam it to close it properly No breakfast despite this being included in the price Ni wifi at all unless you ask for the password which only works if you are sat by the reception Needs a complete revamp to the property as clearly old and deteriorating If i could have had a refund and stayed elsewhere i would have

Food service was crap. Waited 45 mins for pouched eggs which by the look of the other people they were hard boiled with no running yoke. We left after waiting 45 mins for food and went else were to pay for food. Second day we did not get offered tea or what food we wanted. Room had a step to go into the bathroom which was not marked on the floor and only had a very small sign on the door below the handle which was a job to see what it was. Broken wardrobe,Bed were two singles pushed together. Sellotape on the cracked windows.Waste pipes running down the wall of the room and you could hear who was using the toilets above us. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The rooms did not have a heater, and the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. When we asked about breakfast, we were told that it was not included in our booking, even though breakfast was included when we made the reservation. This was very frustrating and unclear. We booked the hotel after seeing the photos on the website, but the actual hotel was not up to the standard shown online. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet our expectations, and if you are expecting nice staying I don’t recommend you

This is one of the dirtiest hotel I have experienced in my life. No one was at reception after 5pm and suddenly panicked arises with fire alarm ringing, luckily there was no incident but no one from staff side came to handle the situation.

The hotel didnt provide two.rooms in which we paid for. We were shoved in one room were 3 of us (2 women and a 10 year old girl) had to share a bed and my dad who is 68, disabled, and currently being treated for cancer was given a matress to lye on the floor. On sending emails and prooving we had t Booked to rooms they still did nothing. I am awaiting a respinse for someone higher and at the least expect a refund for one room

This hotel could do with some upgrades. Room was large but tv was too small and hard to watch. Need to advertise that there is no elevator and 4 floors is a long way up. Advertised a bar and restaurant, neither were in operation. No luggage racks. Location was good. Animals in the roof kept us awake . Staff helpful.
