Nice facilities, well located for access to the M25 and South London. The room was a decent size with floor to ceiling windows that let the daylight in. Parking had changed since the last time I was here. Now it's £10 per 24 hours whereas in the past, if I recall right, it was free, as long as you entered your vehicle registration at reception. All in all, great value for money.

Everything was excellent except we have to pay for parking at the hotel’s own car park which was at an extortionate price too!

I stay here regularly and can never fault the welcome, the service or the breakfast. The hotel is in the process of refurbishment, and `I was unfortunate to have been allocated one of the older internal rooms on this stay, but having previously stayed in the newly refurbished rooms I can say that the new ones are better! For drivers of BEV cars, the hotel is adjacent to a popular Tesla Supercharger site, and the hotel carpark also has a small selection of destination chargers too - but these are very popular and access cannot be guaranteed.

I was in the area to attend a family event, I choose this hotel as it had EV charging, there isn't a lot of chargers but they do have them so was ideal, staff were very polite and friendly, room was clean, no complaints at all from my stay

Paid extra to upgrade to a refurbished room, but the bathroom sink was cracked - disappointing in any room but especially so in a newly refurbished room - and the TV wasn't working properly (a member of staff did come and fix it). The hotel also has 4 Tesla Destination Chargers, one of which has been out of service for several months. I've reported this to the hotel, but they advise that it has nothing to do with them. Unfortunately they aren't able to advise who it should be reported to either.

They state that parking is an additional cost of £10 per night.

The hotel advertises sound proofed rooms but they shouldn’t because they’re not. You can hear doors banging in the corridors all night and the incredibly busy 6 lane highway outside is very audible. The parking is a laughable £10 a night even though you can park all day, for free, in most surrounding streets. Breakfast offering is pretty varied but all components are of the most basic quality. Staff are very friendly.

There where 4 parties going on in the hotel.. Not enough parking for those in the hotel. Guests where still expected to pay for parking, even though there was none left. Poor organisation. seems like a lot of money grabbing going on.

My recent stay at the **London Aredome Croydon** was highly disappointing due to the poor state of the room. Upon arrival, it was clear that proper cleaning had been overlooked—the furniture was dusty, and the windows were not only grubby but also broken, making the space feel neglected and insecure. Basic maintenance and a thorough clean should be standard, yet both were lacking. For the price paid, I expected far better standards of cleanliness and upkeep. The overall condition of the room really let the stay down, and I wouldn’t recommend booking here until these issues are properly addressed. A well-maintained, spotless room is the bare minimum for a decent hotel experience, and sadly, this one missed the mark entirely.

Shower didn’t work - no hot water. Bath mould a bit. Window wouldn’t close

Room was way too hot, had to leave hallway door open. Windows do not open. Fan was filthy, could not use. Windows were soaked with condensation from sleeping in a hot room. No fan in washroom. No tissues. Cups were filthy. Very small rooms

As a regular guest I’ve been disappointed no clean towels poor house keeping . basin in bathroom cracked , should never have been Rented to guest .additional heater didn’t work threw extend cold period . I’ve upgraded to executive room let’s hope I get valued stay and service not sure

My first room had a smell of mold when you walked into the bedroom. Then i noticed a large patch of mold on the bedroom wall near the curtains. The more i look around is the more I'd started to notice other things. Like dark marks around the toilet bowl mold on the curtains, furniture chipped and damaged and the sink not allowing the water to run freely down the plug hole. The next day i made a complaint to reception which i was offer a new room when i pointed out this to her. This room was better but still had its faults, water in the shower was very hot and difficult to regulate the sink again was faulty and my view was a small court yard and window infront of me. I know the hotel was being refurbished but staff must know what rooms are unsuitable for guest to stay in, this was totally unacceptable on the hotel staff and the management.

The hotel is amazing. The cleanliness, the smell and the room was excellent👌

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is located on a very busy road and with an industrial estate behind (which you can park on for free by the way!) so doesn't look like much when you get there but inside was beautiful. The rooms were a really great size, clean and well-kept. The hotel couldn't do enough to keep us comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Air con didn’t work ask to get it mix but it didn’t. Car park was full on the first night, paying was difficult as you only have limited time so waiting for a space driving around could mean you get fined. Beds were completely worn out, very uncomfortable. Our room was on the front of the hotel, extremely noisy at night with cars racing up and down Purley Way.

Stayed here a few times over the years,it's a good hotel not had a problem so far ! Good size carpark around the hotel but you do have to pay for the privilege to park here . Friendly check in all information given. Lift to all floors Room was very spacious as was the shower room. All very contemporary looking as just recently had a makeover. Breakfast not included but could add if you want to. Bed super comfortable Shower hot and powerful WiFi excellent Location close on the outskirts of the city center,a few restaurants close by and large open spaces. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

It was a a good stay. Facilities were good and the breakfast was nice. The room had ac which was good. Would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location to airport. Dining and a bar is also good. I have stayed here a few times and always find the staff both friendly and helpful. My only constructive feedback is we booked a small room but never realised how small it would be. The design meant the tv was at an angle that we couldnt see and there was no room for 4 suitcases so we needed to upgrade. Maybe a bit more info on how small the room is. Not sure the room needs so much furniture!

Stayed here a couple of times and never had any complaints. Always an enjoyable stay. Staff on reception were friendly on arrival and explained the new parking process. The room was clean and spacious. If you are able shops are within walking distance and there is a retail park across the road or just minutes down the road in a car.

When i arrived i had great service , lovely lady very helpful smile polite , but later on in the evening when my husband arrived staff was different not very helpful not polite in the way they asked things. And at breakfast waitress quite rude annoying , following us round the food table and basically didn’t want us sitting on the behind seats so we had to sit where eveyone basically watching u, they was starring at us all the time it made us feel very comfortable. Chef was lovely said he would do us anything if there wasn’t enough food left as we arrived at 10 as we was told it was till 10., but the ladies said it’s finished so not really but u can go and pay £10 each but u can’t have a lot, but because the chef sado it was fine they got the hump about it, and tbh there was quite a lot of food there to choose from which was lovely so well done to the chef, than why we was eating one of them kept coming up hanging around us once again and if she wasn’t right next to our table she was staring at us and than my husband was still finishing up and drinking his latte chilling the other one starting cleaning the table, i get there busy and stuff but tbh that’s so rude we are a paying customer, i even had my wedding reception there i always recommended u to friends and family, and there was a gentleman in the evening late evening think he was very rude sarcasm wasn’t very polite sitting there his shirt all un done and hanging out on his phone and was rude when i spoke to him

Shower was broken in our room. reception did there best to resolve our problem and we was given a free breakfast for the incontinence. Every member of staff we met was friendly and so helpfully during our stay.

Efficient, friendly front desk staff who were happy to offer local tips and restaurant recommendations. Room: Modern, well-appointed with a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and ample outlets. The only minor quirk was a slightly slow elevator during peak hours. Amenities: Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot station. Cleanliness: Spotless throughout, with daily housekeeping that respected guest privacy. Overall: Highly recommended for couples and solo travelers who want convenience, comfort, and a touch of luxury.

The staff were wonderful, from check in to check out. I was particularly impressed by the amenities in the room--iron and ironing board, especially. The food for breakfast was vintage English breakfast! It was delicious. There was a slight delay in replenishing some of the food. Nevertheless, breakfast was still great.

Excellent location for working away

Great stay for our trip in the London area. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly. It had everything we needed. Something’s to note though is that the area is quite noisy outside during the night and it is a bit of a distance from the center of London but not too bad. Overall though I enjoyed my stay and recommend it to anyone else who is visiting London.

Good quiet location great staff

Nice hotel but it is on busy road. It was not noisy all the time, but there was some loud road noise some of the time. A room at the rear of the building might be better. This is a period building that has echos of its Art Deco past, they could have made a lot more of the Art Deco which is a real lost opportunity.

It might be better if you have a car but the bus stop is close by with a 15 minute ride to downtown Croyden

The location and price was very good. Value for money. The hotel room conditions probably needs a bit of attention e.g. the room door needs painting, ceiling wood cracks. The bed mattress seemed a bit worn and you could feel the springs. The staff were great and very helpful.

Good location. Relatively easy access from M25.

Can’t fault the breakfast but the hotel is situated at a five way junction and London traffic never stops. A shame really because the hotel is excellent.

Disappointed with the room as broken tiles in the bathroom and no working air conditioning . Had an afternoon tea which was also disappointing as hard sandwiches and cakes was given, did complain and was given some money off but made the experiences disappointing for my birthday.

Initially the stay was good. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean. The bathroom taps need to be descaled but nothing too bad. The breakfast was good until I asked for gluten free bread. They provided the bread toasted very quickly and I gave it to my 9 year old. She ate some and then spotted a green circle on the bread. I inspected it and realised it was mold. I alerted the manager on duty and she quickly snatched the bread and ran to the kitchen. After a few minutes she came back and confidently confirmed that it was just a seed… in non seeded bread. I explained I do know how to tell the difference between fuzzy mold and a seed but she wouldn’t hear of it. She then began gaslighting me. I wish I had my phone as i would have taken a picture. Had she just apologised it would have been different but her attitude was a shrug. Really unhappy with the way we were treated. A shame because it was nice other than that

We stayed on a Friday evening, very clean, lovely room, slept so well, tea and coffee making facilities, also cold water dispenser in the hall way. Restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Staff lovely, we will 100% be booking here when we come back down from Wales.

Helpful friendly staff throughout. Breakfast was farcical though. Due to end at 10 we got down at 9 45 but there was little food left. (No eggs, bacon and 4 suagaes were left which were quickly snapped up) We waited for more to be brought out but it never happened. I queried the situation only to be told breakfast was finished, The waiter could not explain why they were charging for a breakfast they did not provide. He went into the kitchen and cam back saying it would be 20 minutes if we wanted to eat anything. We did not have the time and left. A poorly run meal service.

This is a beautiful building, the lobby inviting and relaxing. My room was quiet, dark, and tranquil. The bed was comfortable and great value for the price. I included the breakfast GREAT decision- well prepared and delicious. Dinner menu was excellent too- prices reasonable and quality and quantity of food great. Yazad was always smiling and helpful. Every staff member very nice. I reccomed this place.
