Spacious and clean room. Great location. Checked in after midnight and was upgraded to a superior room. Bathroom clean, new and also spacious. Coffee machine in room, though pods were a bit bitter for our taste. From the morning, we could hear feint rumbling of the underground but this background noise didn't affect us too much. Highly recommend! Great price for location and room size.

A warm and friendly welcome at the Astor. The hotel was spotless, decent sized rooms, good location for Oxford Street, theatre district etc. all within 20 minutes walk. A real gem of a hotel, we will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well presented hotel and room. Only 1 pillow per person made it uncomfortable and I have slept in better hotel beds. Toilet was not flushing properly. Breakfast was a ‘grab-a-bag affair which was not a problem but if we had known we wouldn’t have rushed to get ready, just got the bags and went back to our room.

I arrived very late and followed the instructions posted beside the door to ring a telephone number to gain access. It was answered promptly and I was checked in by a friendly and professional member of staff. I was very pleased with hotel. Very comfortable, nice shower, excellent bed. The breakfast (included!) was minimal but I was pleased to get something.

Great location. Comfortable and very clean, friendly welcome. Good price. Near to tube, buses, pubs and restaurants. Hotel is above the tube line so you hear the trains. Simple breakfast included - yoghurt, packaged croissant, bottle of juice. No cooked breakfast - but you can go to a cafe around the corner.

Above the underground so noise was a bit annoying but that’s not something that can be helped. Breakfast was shocking but I believe it is included in the rate so can’t complain. Service is great tho. We only stayed here due to our train being cancelled. Would I recommend though? Absolutely not. I would not stay here again.

Very welcoming and helpful staff throughout the stay. Hotel cleanliness was superb, whether it was the lobby, stairs, lift or room, couldn't fault it (bit of a clean freak so it's what I immediately notice!) Didn't have breakfast as we felt we had more than enough choice to mix it up a short distance in any direction. Rooms were very hot, however we requested a portable aircon unit which resolved the problem completely!

In fairness to the hotel this was a very late last minute booking due to train cancellation so we were late arrivals. The hotel is very clean very smart and well situated for Oxford street appears very upmarket. Room fresh well decorated and bathroom very modern and likewise excellently presented. However there was no air conditioning in the room and therefore unbearably hot. A freestanding fan was in the room but not very effective . Breakfast not taken so unable to comment . Good coffee tea making facilities but coffee maker failed to operate .

Franchement, parfait ! Nous voyageons beaucoup à travers le monde et avons particulièrement apprécié cet hôtel. Les chambres sont neuves et propres, avec une literie excellente. Un gros plus : les WC et la douche sont séparés, ce qui est exceptionnel pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Londres, avec un arrêt de bus au coin de la rue et les bus touristiques bleus à proximité. Beaucoup de non restaurants autour. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux. Allez, un seul petit bémol : il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Mais nous sommes à Londres, et même après une journée de canicule, la température de la chambre redevenait agréable le soir. En résumé, une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux. Allez, un seul petit bémol : il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Mais nous sommes à Londres, et même après une journée de canicule, la température de la chambre redevenait agréable le soir. En résumé, une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Astor Court is a charming hotel on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. There is no A/C, but that's typical for boutique hotels in this area. The breakfast buffet is very simple but includes fresh, healthy options. My family appreciated the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and clean property.
