Nice value for money if you are staying there for London sightseeing or games at Wembley. On the A40 plus offers a free parking secured. Restaurant doesn’t exist.

We were greeted by a lovely friendly man on reception and were in our room quite quickly. The room was large and airy. It was clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture was a little tired and the whole room would benefit from a refresh. It is perfectly placed for an event at Wembley. The bus goes from just across the road and Greenford station is a 15 minute walk away. We were disappointed that the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 8.30 but we ordered takeaway and ate it in the bar.

The name if this hotel should have been a give away! It is situated just alongside a busy bridge and roundabout. Traffic was virtually non-stop and the sound of sirens seemed a constant backdrop. The hotel itself was quite comfortable with more room space than normal for London hotels. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom although the shower was in a step in bath which could be hazardous. Good range of TV channels and good size desk for work if required. Staff were friendly,helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a real let down. Poor choice and little variety. Decor is tired and needs refreshing,corridor and staircase carpets stained and faded. Short walk to tube station and the area seems safe at night but footpaths are very uneven on the walk.

The room itself was fairly clean. The carpet was absolutely filthy and full of stained marks. The toilet bathroom area was absolutely disgusting. The toilet was stained. The sink handbasin was not draining the water away we had to inform the reception downstairs.

Really needs a lick of paint and good clean in the public areas. Bed and room were fine but there's a bit of mold in the bathroom and some fittings are very loose. Staff were nice but the property is just tired

To anybody thinking of book this hotel, think twice, very poor standards in cleanness, book to say, arrived, see the room, very unhappy, regarding stained pillows, got them exchanged, should have been clean, unfortunately taken pillows covers off to reveal, stained pillows again, if it was for dealing with a unwell uncle with dementia, I would have left, bookers beware

Lovely staff, but the place need a face lift. Looks run down inside and out, which makes the place feel dirty and uncomfortable. Ripped seats in the lounge area, paint coming of the doors. Even the bread bin and breakfast was ancient, broken and worn. Need to start putting money into the place as I stayed here 15 years ago and everything is dated.

This hotel has all sorts of potential BUT the cleaning leaves much to be desired. The bathroom stinks of mildew thanks to a smelly shower curtain. The dinning room/lounge was out of most of their taps. Promises of a delivery never did make it in 4 days. The dinning room menu was disappointing. The breakfast was good, served hot with a good variety of choices. The breakfast room is lovely and newly decorated. So much potential. 10 minute walk from the subway.

The place is pretty grubby to be honest. The room carpets are very grubby and not that clean. Although the bedding had been washed there was stains on the pillows. The bathroom shower was broken in that you couldn’t change the shower temperature- it was rather hot. The soap dish in the shower was also grubby with a few hairs scattered around the bath which were not ours. If all you need is cheap and slightly cheerful then this is ok. I’d say manage your expectations and you won’t be disappointed. Ok for distance to Heathrow.

We was here for a concert happening in Wembley for one night, first of all the lady at the front desk was very welcoming arriving and leaving :) room was clean and was very happy about having an iron and ironing board in the room instead of having to go to reception to ask for it which can be an inconvenience! Was a bit noisy in corridors with the doors slamming but overall very nice stay and would stay again thank you :)

Very basic hotel. Bare minimum cleaning in rooms. The tub was slippery. The rooms get very hot and there was no AC so I left the window open and heard the traffic and got second hand smoke from smokers.

Comfortable bed (I was in room 103), desk/dressing table and chair as well as another small round table and chairs (great option). Ensuite was functional but tired. Staff were pleasant. Car park was free with stay. I was very surprised that there was no road noise, as the traffic was very heavy and the hotel is right by a major roundabout junction.

Reception staff lovely and for convenience of Wembley stadium it was great. Man super helpful on check in about bus routes too. Parking is free too. We were in room 101 which I do feel needs a bit of a better clean. The bathroom has mould in the corners which a bit of bleach spray would sort. Room is very warm as window only opens tiny amount but there was a fan. We paid for breakfast for ease as well, which I wouldn’t recommend. The lady this morning I found so miserable in there, shuffling around not picking her feet up which just gives the air of not being interested to be there, she just shouts across the room to ask what room number you are from. Breakfast was very tasteless, luke warm and basic. You can get 92 bus to stadium from here so can’t beat the location. I would stay there again though despite a few little irritations, I just wouldn’t have breakfast.

We stayed here overnight when at a concert in Wembley. For our budget, The Bridge was adequate but I felt the rooms need some updating. The lights had some kind of stains on them, the bath had a chunk taken out, the tap stiff with limescale and areas in the bathroom needed a lick of paint. It was also really noisy… the housekeeping staff were loud and the doors need silencers because all I could hear was slamming. The reception staff looked bored and weren’t very welcoming! I’m all for efficiency but we were barely spoken to! However it was reasonably clean and did the job. Transport links were good and it was easy to get to.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past year, but they seem to have recently changed a lot of staff, and the resulting performance is embarrassing. Rude staff, a barman who tried to service a gin & tonic in a tumbler (and was quite insistent that the mixer should be Pepsi), and a dreadful breakfast service. The worst part was them trying to assign me a standard double when I’d paid for a superior king room.

Warm and helpful staff Thanks to Andrew for helping to make it more pleasurable. We had initially planned to stay for two days but then needed to stay an additional day but when we booked this it was a different room type to ours. Andrew was able to sort this out so we remained in the same family room at no additional cost and with a complimentary free family breakfast for the extra day.

My friend and I booked here on Expedia months in advance, only to be told that the rooms were all booked when we arrived at the hotel counter. How could that be? It was late at night after we were traveling an entire day, so this was the last thing we wanted to head. Staff paid for the taxi to take us to another hotel that THEY picked, and agreed with the staff there to charged us the original price of our booking. HOWEVER, this new hotel was very unkempt, unsightly, and staff would either be nowhere to be found or be uncommunicative, and nowhere near the quality we would have looked for if we were given the option to choose our hotel. This situation should not have happened in the first place, and we will not be booking here again.

There was a small problem with the room and within 3 minutes housekeeping were moving us to another one. Excellent service! Hotel is very convenient for Wembley. Lovely breakfast as well!

the two male receptionist, i dont know their names! but they were both so friendly. one helped us to find our way around to our destination, and was just so lovely, and the other one was kind enough to let us have a drink when we really needed one in the morning as we forgot to buy one. overall it was a good experience there. there was just one cleaner/room service woman that was kind of rude to us before we left, but i brushed it off.

Very easy check in, free car parking friendly staff, ordered a sandwich as a chef the salad garnish had no dressing and no crisps just boring presentation which I am sure would help as at £6.95 would help solve this Breakfast nice and the chef came out to check it about 3 times, let me check out a bit later All in all great hotel and ideal location for getting in and around London
Very easy check in, free car parking friendly staff, ordered a sandwich as a chef the salad garnish had no dressing and no crisps just boring presentation which I am sure would help as at £6.95 would help solve this Breakfast nice and the chef came out to check it about 3 times, let me check out a bit later All in all great hotel and ideal location for getting in and around London

We arrived at The Bridge a couple of hours before check-in, not expecting to be able to get in but, as we were going to a gig at Wembley, we just wanted to park up and let them know we would be checking in later. The gentleman on reception (sorry, didn’t catch his name but he was Scottish) was extremely helpful and went to check whether the rooms were ready which they were. He also advised us on the best way to get to and from Wembley and was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again.

The name if this hotel should have been a give away! It is situated just alongside a busy bridge and roundabout. Traffic was virtually non-stop and the sound of sirens seemed a constant backdrop. The hotel itself was quite comfortable with more room space than normal for London hotels. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom although the shower was in a step in bath which could be hazardous. Good range of TV channels and good size desk for work if required. Staff were friendly,helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a real let down. Poor choice and little variety. Decor is tired and needs refreshing,corridor and staircase carpets stained and faded. Short walk to tube station and the area seems safe at night but footpaths are very uneven on the walk.

Great location for exploring Ealing, the grand union canal and easy walk to the underground to explore London. Very friendly staff. The entrance and hall carpets were very stained and lowered the tone.

Excellent location for concert at Wembley. Staff really helpful offering advice on transport to Wembley. Bus stop right outside hotel takes you straight to Wembley. Really comfortable beds so we had a good sleep. Decor a bit tired in places but renovation is going on.

Staff: very friendly and helpfull. Hotel within walking distance from tube station. Interior of the hotel part a bit outdated, but they were fixing the place up. And then the beds: I’ve never ever had such a comfortable bed in any hotel! Despite being next to a busy road, it was quiet in our room.

2 night stay for business, just off the A40 Western Avenue so very good for travelling. A walk of around 20 mins to a lot of local shops, restaurants, fast food outlets, supermarkets etc. Very close to Wembley Stadium and Kew Gardens Very good cooked breakfast available

A lovely hotel, clean and everything is in great condition. What really made it great was the staff. We had a lovely cheery check in experience, the staff were so helpful with our journey to Wembley, and wished us a lovely evening. The bed was really comfy. The breakfast staff were really helpful with allergens, and prepared special eggs as needed. The hotel even played Taylor Swift in the breakfast room, which was a lovely thoughtful touch, given that the majority of the guests who were with them had just been to see her. The car park was clean, tidy and well kept. Overall a great experience from check in to departure.

The hotel feels like it was recently refurbished and the room was really clean. The staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast, a normal basic buffet, was good. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel which makes it easy to get around and the underground isn't more than a 10 min walk away. I had a show at Wembley and it was cheaper staying here than around that area but I have no regrets. Overall, it was a good choice and if I ever have business in the area I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel has all sorts of potential BUT the cleaning leaves much to be desired. The bathroom stinks of mildew thanks to a smelly shower curtain. The dinning room/lounge was out of most of their taps. Promises of a delivery never did make it in 4 days. The dinning room menu was disappointing. The breakfast was good, served hot with a good variety of choices. The breakfast room is lovely and newly decorated. So much potential. 10 minute walk from the subway.

Reception staff lovely and for convenience of Wembley stadium it was great. Man super helpful on check in about bus routes too. Parking is free too. We were in room 101 which I do feel needs a bit of a better clean. The bathroom has mould in the corners which a bit of bleach spray would sort. Room is very warm as window only opens tiny amount but there was a fan. We paid for breakfast for ease as well, which I wouldn’t recommend. The lady this morning I found so miserable in there, shuffling around not picking her feet up which just gives the air of not being interested to be there, she just shouts across the room to ask what room number you are from. Breakfast was very tasteless, luke warm and basic. You can get 92 bus to stadium from here so can’t beat the location. I would stay there again though despite a few little irritations, I just wouldn’t have breakfast.

Had a two night stay here recently . Great location . However we arrived late and were looking forward to having some food but they had no chef . Rooms were spacious but felt a little dated and could do with updating . Breakfast was ok but overpriced . It’s a great location but felt it needed a lot doing to property . Hosts were friendly

My partner and I stayed here because we were going to wembley arena. We booked the king classic room, which had the most comfortable bed imaginable. The room is clean. Nice bathroom, but shower is a little small and cramped. Really nice welcome by reception team and the young guy at the bar was accommodating. However, did experience some not so welcoming service from the women working on the bar the next evening. Ordered food to collect for the room and it seemed to be a big problem, even though it's offered. Which was slightly disappointing and rude which wasnt needed. Great sleep both nights there. The food can be hit an miss, don't get the pizza! The chicken was very nice and so are the black pudding bon bons. Just to make you aware if you do want to watch any sports they only off ITV, but we found another pub in walking distance up the road (The railway). Would stay here again if going to wembley.

Very clean and cozy place to stay close to Wembly (we stayed one night after a concert). Parking is available on the property for £10 per night. Breakfast is average English breakfast. Would definitely stay again for a similar purpose.

Staff were not very helpful. We arrived to be told to sit and wait. We were passed out key card with no directions to where we were going. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Very grateful for there being a fan in the room. Bathroom could of been cleaner. Toilet looked like someone had used it before we entered. Bathroom sink water had a bad smell. When checking out the receptionist didn’t say one word to us. Just took our key card. No thank you, did you have a nice stay. Absolutely nothing.

It's a convenient and affordable option close-ish to Heathrow. We were priced out of other areas because of big shows and sporting events. Staff was not super helpful or accommodating. The little pub onsite seemed like such a good idea, but we felt like we were treated like nuisances. Stuffy room (thankfully window opens and they had a fan in there.) Hot water was stuck and we had to get maintenance in to get hot water on the shower. It was all fine, but not the warmest reception.
