Hotel molto tradizionale, personale molto accogliente e disponibile a dare qualsiasi supporto. Qualche formalità di troppo per i nostri gusti personali, ma in linea con la tipologia di hotel. Purtroppo la facciata era in ristrutturazione, ma i disagi durante il soggiorno sono stati molto limitati, solo qualche rumore durante orari diurni. La camera era accogliente e pulita, necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione perché datata, in particolare il bagno non è sicuramente in linea ad uno standard contemporaneo. Il letto comodo, ma non avevano possibilità di scelta dei cuscini, tutti uguali, troppo soffici e bassi. Nemmeno su richiesta sono stati in grado di fornire qualcosa di diverso. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione che è solo alla carta senza buffet, anche in questo caso poco in linea con gli standard contemporanei.

Staying at The Chesterfield in Mayfair was completely delightful and perfect! From the minute we walked in we were made to feel welcome! From the doorman,to staff checking us in,to the guys helping with our bags, and the housekeeping staff! The rooms were exquisitely clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu was varied so something different could be tried every day. The special touches were so lovely and much appreciated. Coming back to the room in the evening after a long day out, and finding that the housekeeping staff had done turndown service complete with a chocolate on my pillow,and replenishment of the empty bottled waters was a delight! I cannot say enough complimentary things here, so I will just suffice it to say that service throughout all areas of the Chesterfield Mayfair was impeccable! Five stars all round!

The Chesterfield Mayfair is one of my favorite hotels in London, and it's my first choice whenever I visit. Located in the heart of Mayfair, it's within walking distance of the shopping on Regent Street and the West End theaters, yet it's tucked away on quiet Charles Street. It's hard to believe you're in one of the world's busiest cities because the hotel feels so peaceful. What keeps me coming back is the exceptional customer service. The staff genuinely remembers returning guests, which makes every stay feel warm and welcoming. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and after a long day of shopping or an evening at the theater, it's the perfect place to relax. I also appreciate that the bar serves food and drinks late into the evening. After a show, we enjoyed a meal there before turning in for the night, which was a great way to end the day. I've stayed here several times, and the experience has always been outstanding. I highly recommend The Chesterfield Mayfair and will continue to stay here whenever I'm in London.
