This was our third stay at Collingham in the last 7 years visiting from Australia. We love the location and the fact it has washing facilities and a kitchen. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff are wonderful and helpful and great to see most of the front desk staff are still there. Thank you for the great service. Regards Julie Kleidon

We selected this property because of its location, amenities (lift, and accessible shower), and sleeping and meal preparation space for 3 people. Recently renovated, with very nice amenities and new furniture/fixtures, and conveniently located. No AC, but management provided temporary fans to relieve unusually warm London temperatures. Refreshing to be able to open a window and enjoy the quiet neighbourhood.

This was the perfect spot for a quick stop over in London where my parents came to meet me. We had a 2 bed 2 bath appt and it worked out great. It was very clean and so nice to have the kitchen and a sizable living and dining area. The area is beautiful with good links to the tube and easy to get Ubers. Only improvement could be some maintenance on small items like blinds, radiator controls. The staff were very friendly and I would stay here again

The hotel receptionist watches us deliberately and helps us properly. The guest room has good kitchen utensils and we can prepare light meals with no problem. The location is so good and convenient we can use two tube stations and some supermarkets are within walking distance.

Fantastic location in a quiet area - an easy 5-minute walk to either Earls Court or Gloucester Road tube station (if you are arriving with luggage, be sure to use the Earls Court station as it has step-free access from train to street). Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful; they provided us with a map of the area and marked locations of stores. pubs, etc. They were also able to book a day trip to Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Windsor castle for us. Housekeeping did a great job in cleaning the room (they even washed, dried, and put away the dishes). We had an amazing stay and will stay there again. We appreciated that the front desk was staffed 24-hours a day as it was nice when we had early starts or late returns back to the hotel, a friendly face to greet us and make sure that we had everything we needed. Our room even included a nice patio that looked out to the gardens in the back, it was lovely to sit out in the evenings.

The unit we rented was HUGE and even had a washer and dryer which was nice in rainy London. The area was very safe and so beautiful. 2 tube stations were nearby and very walkable even in the dark.

We had a great 6 day stay here. The property is in a perfect location and a beautiful neighborhood. The bedrooms are very small (no room for a dresser) and have small closets (and no luggage racks so we had to store our luggage in the hallway still mostly packed). It was nice to have a kitchen and a large outdoor patio. The washer dryer was broken but the staff was kind enough to do a load of laundry for us and on day 3 we came home to a new washer dryer. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and the staff was really lovely.

Room was well equipped and big enough to spread out for a family. Quick walk to a couple of underground stations and then just minutes to all the sites in the London area. Several pubs and restaurants around to enjoy a nice dinner and drinks before walking back through nice little neighborhoods and parks.

The property is easily accessible (7 mins to tube station ) and the staff members are helpful and kind . Special thanks to Stella who gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had a wonderful stay. I travelled with my husband and daughter and we all had a pleasant stay.

Really great! We spent 4 nights in this hotel, and they were always so kind and helpful. There’s always one in the reception, so if you need any help, they’re there for you. The room was very big and was perfect for all of us, and it had everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable :) The location was also very good. Close to both the underground and bus. Thanks for an amazing stay, we really felt welcome :)

Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful; they provided us with a map of the area and marked locations of stores. pubs, etc. They were also able to book a day trip to Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Windsor castle for us. Housekeeping did a great job in cleaning the room (they even washed, dried, and put away the dishes). We had an amazing stay and will stay there again. We appreciated that the front desk was staffed 24-hours a day as it was nice when we had early starts or late returns back to the hotel, a friendly face to greet us and make sure that we had everything we needed. Our room even included a nice patio that looked out to the gardens in the back, it was lovely to sit out in the evenings.

Staff was very helpful but communication is lacking. We checked out several days ago and have yet to see our deposit refunded. There was absolutely no damage and no reason to retain it.

We had a great 6 day stay here. The property is in a perfect location and a beautiful neighborhood. The bedrooms are very small (no room for a dresser) and have small closets (and no luggage racks so we had to store our luggage in the hallway still mostly packed). It was nice to have a kitchen and a large outdoor patio. The washer dryer was broken but the staff was kind enough to do a load of laundry for us and on day 3 we came home to a new washer dryer. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and the staff was really lovely.

Great place to stay while visiting London. Quiet, clean, and comfortable apartment style hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and big enough to spread out for a family. Quick walk to a couple of underground stations and then just minutes to all the sites in the London area. Several pubs and restaurants around to enjoy a nice dinner and drinks before walking back through nice little neighborhoods and parks.

The hotel receptionist watches us deliberately and helps us properly. The guest room has good kitchen utensils and we can prepare light meals with no problem. The location is so good and convenient we can use two tube stations and some supermarkets are within walking distance.

The unit we rented was HUGE and even had a washer and dryer which was nice in rainy London. The area was very safe and so beautiful. 2 tube stations were nearby and very walkable even in the dark.

This property is well fitted out, spacious and clean. Location is 7 minutes to Glouster Road and Earl's Court in a quite residential area, lush and serene. Staff were prompt and helpful. London was hot during our visit but the rooms had fans and a portable Aircon. which helped immensely.

Traveled with young children and this place was fantastic. Comfortable beds and seating with great amenities - the washer with dryer was great to have. The location was ideal, easy too walk, loads of restaurants in area but still a quiet apartment. They provided a portal AC, it was loud but necessary. Only thing lacking is a Coffee machine.
