I arrived into London on an early flight so went straight to the hotel where I was told my room was ready. Then I was told that if I wanted to check-in I would have to pay an additional £55! I went to work and returned at 4pm and check-in was an absolute disaster - I was passed between 3 different receptionists. I eventually got to my room at 4.45pm. Have been using this hotel for almost 20 years and every year the service level declines which is so disappointing!

Clean, spacious, well appointed room with great bathroom. Quiet and comfortable with nice views. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and bar service. Conveniently located for good shopping, bars and restaurants.
