Hotel check-in process was smooth. Our room location was good room amenities were OK. The big biggest disappointment was the hotel was advertised as breakfast unfortunately that was a miscommunication. It should’ve been listed as continental breakfast. The only thing offered were coffee, blueberry chocolate muffin, and a granola bar there is no other food, hot food waffles nothing so that was a very big disappointment had known it was going to be such a poor breakfast. I would’ve stayed at another hotel. This is a misrepresentation that I hope Hotels.com and call extended stay in brand can remedy.

Rooms were a little small, no carpet on floor so walked on bare floor. Floors were a little dirty. Nevertheless hotel staff were very accommodating and helped with extending my stay for one more night while I was attending to my mom at hospital.
