Nos dieron una habitación donde no funcionaba la calefacción general con las bajas temperaturas del momento. nos ofrecieron un pequeño termostato. Ante nuestra insistencia, nos cambiaron de habitación. Además en el baño tampoco había una toalla para las manos o para los pies, para evitar mojar el suelo al salir de la ducha. Eso si, nos ayudaron a reservar un taxi para el camino de vuelta al aeropuerto

Es un buen lugar para quedarse lejos de la parte céntrica. Es fácil trasladarse en metro y en bus. Falta atención a la limpieza de las habitaciones.

Very nice hotel good location

Clean room. WiFi always worked. We stayed here so we could attended C2C music festival at the o2. Location wise note far from station. Plenty of space in the rooms. We had one negative experience where our tea and coffee wasn’t replenished so asked reception really friendly guy showed us where to grab tea and coffee from and said we could help ourselves when ever. Was fine to do this the next day, however the following evening at about 11:30 when we got back the lady at reception was very rude and told us we were not allowed tea and coffee when we explained we didn’t receive any the other day and were told we could help ourselves she said no you can’t and gave us 1 tea bag each. Apart from this nice hotel and staff were generally ok apart from that one lady.

Close to stations with restaurants and supermarkets around. While the public area in city is a bit dirty. Price reasonable, ibis standard, nothing more and nothing less
