The Lanesborough, Oetker Hotels

Excelente ubicación, mejor servicion e inmejorables instalaciones.

El hotel es muy bello, con el típico e impecable gusto inglés. El personal, desde la entrada hasta los que limpian son sumamente amables y eficientes. Sin duda me vuelvo a quedar en este hotel. Estuve por 8 días y fueron sumamente agradables!!!

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. El personal es de nivel 100. Yo tuve una complicación de salud y el apoyo que recibí por parte del personal fue sumamente amable y eficiente. Ah, cuando vengan recuerden visitar a Lilibeet la van a amar!!!

Very attentive and friendly staff, from the moment you arrive at the front door, to check in, and throughout the restaurants/bars & spa areas. Great gym and spa area (sauna and steams are separate Male/Female areas). My only small comment would be the lack of signs for directions to and from the Spa area, as it’s quite a rabbit warren to find it. Would definitely recommend and will return in the not too distant future.

Everything was perfect - room prepared exactly according to my ask, they offer kundalini style massage at spa, the property itself comes with so much history, tradition, and style. It is one of my favorite hotels in the world and they live up to your highest expectation in every way.
