The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The desk leadership & management were both attentive and lovely. I enjoyed room service and the spa during my quick stay. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next visit to London.

Excellent location for our trip to see Coldplay in Wembley and see some of Londons great sights Lovely room but would be a little cramped for full occupancy of two Queen beds . A 6 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube on the Jubilee line so handy for getting into London shopping and theatres Easy access too from Heathrow via the Elizabeth line . Excellent self service breakfast but why were we asked to pay a service charge on the second morning we were there ? We didn’t get a chance to eat in Carlitos In summary everything you would want when staying for a week or weekend break in London. There’s a pool and gym too if you’re not going out ; both of which looked very good We did enjoy our stay which was everything we could have expected We certainly would return when visiting London

Really great stay with two kids, they are very family friendly and the pool keeps kids entertained outside the London activities. There are external members of the fitness area who use the facilities from a separate entrance and clearly don't love hotel guests being in the pool etc. The buffet breakfast is great with a huge variety. The italian restaurant is superb with a very good value kids menu with decent options. We ate at the restaurant way more than I thought we would because it was so delicious. We didnt get our room serviced one day but overall terrific stay!

Well-appointed, modern, bustling lobby and common areas. A rank of London cabs at the ready out-front. Walking distance to Regents Park, the Swiss Cottage Tube stop. A well-equipped spa, indoor pool, and gym . Northwest London, relatively convenient side of London to get to and from Heathrow, not so convenient to Gatwick

Good facilities (eg gym) but one of the three elevators was out of order, the tv didn’t work for 2 days and the restaurant was very crowded. The restaurant (Carlucio) is very good, and the hotel is well located.

Hotel was lovely, perfect location for us, service and food were good. 2 things we didn’t like. First the bed in our room (225) had a poor quality mattress that was sloping, it meant my wife slept like she was falling out of bed all night. Secondly, we were told the bar closed at 10, which we feel was too early for a hotel like this, we’d have liked a drink or 2 after coming in from working at Wembley

We asked for a deep clean and on entering found crisps on the carpet... Large pieces!! The swimming pool is inaccessible to adults with children taking up the entire space. No designated lane swimming. What's worse is the changing room facilities: they are in the worst condition I've seen in London and I therefore I felt disgusted and refrained from using them. The place is filthy with hair everywhere. The lobby is small and constantly overcrowded. Not a relaxing stay at all. You might as well be in a local leisure centre. Housekeeping intentionally knocked when we were in and didn't come back to clean when we asked. Had to specifically ask front desk to resolve the issue. I've stayed at Marriott's before and thought each branch would be different, but it's time to officially close the door on this brand. It's a MASSIVE NO TO MARRIOTT !!

I expected a more clean room. There were terrible stains on the carpet and hair from previous guest. The everyday room cleaning was bad. I stayed 11 nights and for the price and Marriot name, I expected something better

We didn’t expect the Savoy Hotel but we did expect cleanliness. In the ice bucket was a long black hair and dust stuck to your fingers when touching it. Under the bed was food wrappers and crumbs. Breakfast was good although pancakes were not fresh. Good supply of towels in the room.

The room we had was incredibly noisy and overlooked a very busy road. We were awake by 530am. It is a shame as the hotel could be very nice, but the experience leaves you exhausted the next day. I spoke to reception who simply said they will make a note on ‘the system’. We won’t be going back and I can’t recommend it.

Hotel was brillent, food was good and the staff where very helpful. The only negative i would give is the room was too hot and the air con didn't work. We stayed for 3 night and had to leave the patio door open to cool the room down.

Nice hotel, lots of space in the room. The room I got was a lot darker than what it looks like in the pictures, and it was not possible to use the balcony. Very good room service. Good food and drinks.

Simply okay - the room are renovated but still very dark. The "balcony" had only a view into the other rooms and was above the air outlet from the kitchen and, therefore, we couldn't really open the window. There was no further windows, the room was not really spacious and the pre-booked child crib wasn't in the room. Furthermore, we even had a moth in the room

the overwhelming problem for this hotel, which was inviting in other regards, is the quality of the bedding. the polyester filled blankets are old and lumpy, the pillows were uncomfortable. because of this, the temperature in the room felt impossible to regulate. The room was otherwise attractive and the staff pleasant, but the blankets, pillows and the old sunken mattresses just made it impossible to get some sleep. in every other area this Marriott hotel was fine. the breakfast bar was pleasant and the barista makes a very nice cappuccino. the door staff were all accommodating and pleasant. Marriott simply needs to invest in new and higher quality bedding.

Was a bit disappointed with this, considering the cost. The room is large (this is why booked) and well appointed, however there is a lot of noise from corridor, tiny balconies used by people shouting on phone, movements upstairs, door bangings etc due to construction of building, which is an ugly 1960's type thing. The reception service is good. Carluccio's was disappointing, soulless and not good value but there is little option in the area on a Sunday evening.

Check in was a nightmare. Payment was taken twice and then a random £100 was taken. The receptionist lied twice as she’s clearly made a mistake and having to wait 7 days for my money back which equates to almost £900!

Upon arrival, the room was not ready. It was deemed to be ready, but the television didn’t work, the door wouldn’t lock properly and there were the wrong lightbulbs in some of the fittings. The room was very dark.

Excellent service from check in, to cleanliness, to check out! The staff here is all on top of it! Less than 5 minute walk to the tube station which is on the main jubilee line making it convenient when going to central London. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are incredibly spacious as well. Definitely a great stay!

Excellent location for our trip to see Coldplay in Wembley and see some of Londons great sights Lovely room but would be a little cramped for full occupancy of two Queen beds . A 6 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube on the Jubilee line so handy for getting into London shopping and theatres Easy access too from Heathrow via the Elizabeth line . Excellent self service breakfast but why were we asked to pay a service charge on the second morning we were there ? We didn’t get a chance to eat in Carlitos In summary everything you would want when staying for a week or weekend break in London. There’s a pool and gym too if you’re not going out ; both of which looked very good We did enjoy our stay which was everything we could have expected We certainly would return when visiting London

The Marriott Regents Park is in a great location, near Primrose Hill and near a quaint community by Primrose full of excellent little shops and bakeries. We went to Ripe Kitchen for breakfast and there was an excellent bakery next door. Great area to stroll starting or ending your day at Primrose Hill. Love that the community is dog friendly too!

I stay here whenever I am in London. Great hotel in a great location for what I need in London. I used to live in St John’s Wood and the Jubilee line which stops very near this hotel goes straight to many of the places I go to. Green Park, Borough Market, The Globe, but it is still located in a relatively quiet inner suburb.

The hotel was centrally located with the short walking distance to Regent Park. The size of the room was decent. Breakfast was excellent. The front desk manager of the hotel was pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great location just around corner from tube station. Room was spacious and lovely. Although there were 3 of us and only 1 robe and 1 pair of slippers, and only 2 mugs. The sofa bed had also not been made up but a quick call down to reception and someone came up to do it. Breakfast was fab, lots of choice and good quality. Staff very friendly. The hotel had a lovely relaxing atmosphere would definitely stay again

Woeful service Had food in the Italian restaurant within the Marriot... Service charge automatically wasn't deserved..... We waited ages to be served then the shared starter was brought with the main courses....... Paid separately via debit card.. Then was chased by a staff member for not paying bill Breakfast the next morning table was cleared half eat through..... Orderd a hot chocolate before we left... Service charge again!!! Hotel and location beautiful.. Service was rude and woeful disorganised and inept

Was a bit disappointed with this, considering the cost. The room is large (this is why booked) and well appointed, however there is a lot of noise from corridor, tiny balconies used by people shouting on phone, movements upstairs, door bangings etc due to construction of building, which is an ugly 1960's type thing. The reception service is good. Carluccio's was disappointing, soulless and not good value but there is little option in the area on a Sunday evening.

Lovely hotel with a lovely restaurant- Carluccios the food was absolutely amazing with atmosphere and cleanliness. The food was tasty-We had risotto and pizza which was divine.The staff are all accommodating and welcoming to help settling you.

In general terms the stay was pretty good. Clean room and washroom. Staff was really friendly. Room for improvement in the breakfast, but wasn’t bad either. I recommend it.

Great rooms, very comfortable. The location was very practical to visit the city. The swimming pool could benefit from a renovation, and the hotel could invest in a better restaurant (both the quality of the food and the service should be higher in such a hotel to match the standard of the rooms).

We were checked in to a different room to what we booked with two queen sized beds rather than one king size. As two tall people we needed the larger bed! We were unable to change rooms as we were Whole hotel was worn and needed a refresh/better maintenance. Room was ok, lots of signs of wear and tear, stains on carpet, weathered mirrors. Showerhead was full of black mould and I cleaned it myself as best I could. Balcony advertised was literally standing room only so not worth mentioning or using to justify a higher price! Air conditioning was minimal and not much of a difference. Pool and gym facilities were again old/tired and unclean (not like the photos) so we didn’t use them- they were one of the reasons we booked the hotel in the first place and feel like the advertisement for the hotel is misleading! I also booked to have a massage in the spa but ended up cancelling that because I had seen the disappointing facilities. Floor one ice machine not working and filtered water tap covered in limescale, both accompanied by a foul stench. Several staff members were close to it and aware of it but the situation remained unchanged, despite it being 30 degrees in London this weekend! All staff were polite and helped where they could, but I certainly wouldn’t stay there again especially for that cost. What was supposed to be a treat for my husband’s birthday was a disappointing visit where we were unable to use the “facilities”. Have had nicer stays in an Ibis or Travelodge!
