Really nice hotel, great location. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice. The room was pretty generous in terms of size and it felt modern, clean and comfortable.

Neither great nor terrible hotel is getting a bit dated but not terrible I'd bought a day room and a 2 night stay but had to change rooms. For the price you can find somewhere better

There was no customer service, staff miserable and unhelpful. My room was horrible with window on to the kitchen. Bad experience.

Very polite helpful staff. Comfortable room and general surroundings. Shame about the cleaning trolley up and down the corridor at 02:15 every morning.

When we first arrived we were welcomed with an upgrade which was amazing. The room was lovely. There was 4 of us staying for a bridal shower weekend so it was perfect. Until the second night where the folding beds slats came off . We called for housekeeping. They were terrible. Not friendly and struggled to put the bed right. She finally left with fixing it but never put the bed back. So I then had to do it. Didn’t sleep well then finally squeezed into one bed. We had to call housekeeping several times to give us some more glasses. When they were finally given it wasn’t with a smile. She huffed and puffed. Which so unprofessional.
