Parking is really convenient and the area is not congested making it an easy drive to the hotel. Tube station just around the corner. Staff are very friendly and hotel is nice and clean.

Starting with the good points. This hotel has a good amount of parking and as a guest you will only pay £14.50 per 24hrs (at time of writing) - ask at reception, don't use the payment machines. The hotel staff were happy to extend this for free on our last day to give the wife a few more hours of shopping! Warning - people with larger cars might find turning a bit tight though. There are 4 EV charging points available. The hotel is situated less than a 10 minute walk away from Ealing Common tube station so it's easy to leave the car behind for trips into the city. There is plentiful breakfast and you can ask for your eggs to be done any way you like! The less good points. We arrived late (about 10:30 pm) on the first day and wanted to freshen up but couldn't get any hot water in the room (Sink). It wasn't much better the next morning either. Although the room was clean, we found a lot of ladybird insects kept falling on the bed. we don't know where they were coming from as we never saw the window open at any point. The overall appearance of the hotel is that it looks a bit dated now. In summary, we often stay on the other side of London but due to the number of shows at Excel the cost was prohibitive this time around. Now that we've found this hotel, we will use it again.

Just a 1 night stay for my birthday and found the hotel had left out a cad, a bottle of wine and a chocolate brownie. A nice touch 👍. Hotel is ideal for transport into central London with Ealing Common tube station only 100 metres from the hotel and the hotel has its own car park which was £14.50. On thing was Hotels.com price was £296, whereas when I checked Double Tree Hilton’s own website it was only £217 with breakfast included. So if anyone reads this check the price with the hotel directly before Hotels.com cancellation date for a better deal.

Very good service on arrival and allowed us to check in early. Accommodation was very comfortable with a clean bathroom, modern stylish furnishings and comfortable bed. Only down side was having to pay extra for parking.

Good hotel to stay in. Went to a concert at wembly but didnt anticipate the amount of traffic so of youre using it as a base leave earlier than usual. Rooms were nice and comfy. Bathroom was nice and shower was good. The staff were friendly and available to help. Hotel maintenance was happening so only 1 elevator available but apart from that a good stay.

Excellent stay at this Hilton. We’ve stayed here once before many years ago before covid and this time it was equally as good. The on-site car park is very handy, and you are only a 3-5 min walk away from Ealing Common station and into central London in half an hour thanks to the Elizabeth line at Ealing Broadway. Excellent breakfast, and a nice bonus was letting us leave our car in the car park for a few hours whilst we popped into Central London after we had checked out. Will definitely return to this Hilton in the future.

Excellent stay at this Hilton. We’ve stayed here once before many years ago before covid and this time it was equally as good. The on-site car park is very handy, and you are only a 3-5 min walk away from Ealing Common station and into central London in half an hour thanks to the Elizabeth line at Ealing Broadway. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience during our stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Ealing. On our arrival, we were first told that the elevator was not working- to compensate for this, they gave us a bedroom on the first floor, which still required us to use the stairs with quite a bit of luggage. We were advised that attempts would be made to fix the elevator and in the three days I stayed, the elevator was still not working. Next was the room- parts of the room were still dirty and worse, the air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to get to sleep. There was no way to turn the fan down and when we attempted to turn it off, we could not. I informed the staff in the morning and was told that a maintenance engineer would be sent. This was facilitated and I was advised that the filter in my room needed changing as it was dirty. Given that this is a Hilton hotel, I was expecting better in terms of maintenance- I understand that breakdowns are inevitable, but three days without an elevator is concerning. I also think that individual rooms should be checked more regularly, especially for things like the air conditioning. These issues should be addressed prior to people staying in the room, to avoid sleepless nights. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Overall, I would save my money and stay elsewhere in future.

We had double rooms. They were extremely small. Could not even open a suitcase due to limited space had to put it on the bed. The bathroom smelled like gutter. The insides were dingy. The breakfast was very unappetizing and we got stomach upset after eating it. First night one room was not cleaned so we had to sleep in different rooms. It was just not a good experience.

Hotel is clean updated with all needed comforts 10/10. Only issue was bed wasn’t the most comfortable but not awful. Dealt same at other Hilton Hotel in UK maybe it’s what the locals prefer.

There was door banging noise in the early morning hours. Perhaps the cleaning crew going in and out of what appeared a supply room. Our neighbors directly above our room had the same complaint. Air conditioning controls were not responsive. Regardless of what temperature I set, it had a mind of its own. The bathroom lighting was insufficient and kind of dim. The water temperature would change suddenly from warm to hot, to cold all without me changing it. The bathroom ventilation was severely inadequate which created damp conditions, and the shower ceiling had developed some mold in the corner. We brought these to the attention of the hotel. Their "investigation" concluded none of it was theirs to fix. The noise was due to fair being setup quarter a mile away. The water temperature was due to building age. The bathroom ventilation concern never addressed. The mold they could not find upon inspection, but I took a photo in which black dots are visible in the corner of the ceiling.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree in Ealing. Our room was comfortable and concierge service was very friendly and welcoming (with free hot chocolate chip cookies offered upon check-in - yay)! One critique is that access to common items such microwaves, ice machines, and fully working elevators (not just 1) is definitely needed. Also, cleanliness of our room could be slightly improved with dusting of shelves and walls. Nonetheless, our stay was great and we would stay here again during our next visit to London.

Good hotel. Ideally located and overall a present stay. The building is aging and the rooms were quite snug. The connecting rooms we had were ok but the doors between caused obstruction. Pillows were very soft and could had done with a third but now I’m being picky. Breakfast excellent with a very good selection of hot and cold food. We had an Electric car and there was some on street chargers however I didn’t fancy leaving the car there over night. The car park was sizeable so would have been nice to get a few chargers installed there.

On the first night however there was a wedding taking place - celebrations went on until after midnight followed by fireworks and cars beeping their horns. It was very unsettling and we struggled to sleep which impacted on our plans the following day. We didn’t feel comfortable approaching staff about this at the time. We were later asked how our stay was going via text message and informed them of what had happened and they kindly wavered our parking fee and offered us 2 free drinks. We were just disappointment as we expected more from an establishment such as the Hilton- I have health conditions that can be excaberated with lack of sleep so it’s very important that I’m somewhere safe and comfortable to ensure I don’t become unwell.

After the aircon had been switched off. There was a constant whirring noise from what appeared to be a radiator in the wall close to the bed. We spoke to a gentleman from the hotel who tried to help. Ultimately we were told nothing could be done until the morning and would be resolved. This wasn't fixed and was present for the second night staying here.

The room was tiny. There were Very little facilities to store clothes . 2 tiny drawers of which one was broken . My husband is visually impaired and hurt himself numerous times trying to navigate round things due to The lack of storage. The bathroom was also very small with no bath. He was continually banging his arms on things . There was No way to dress in the bathroom as it was just too small

The room was tiny. There were Very little facilities to store clothes . 2 tiny drawers of which one was broken . My husband is visually impaired and hurt himself numerous times trying to navigate round things due to The lack of storage. The bathroom was also very small with no bath. He was continually banging his arms on things . There was No way to dress in the bathroom as it was just too small

Paid a lot of money for this room , the room air-conditioning didn't work. Call the maintenance man up but he couldn't fix it, the stalk provided a fan but all it did was blow the hot air around so we couldn't sleep in a 32 c room hardly at all. The front desk the next morning didn't offer any compensation at all. This is a really old hotel dated

Even though we had booked and paid for breakfast, the reception staff were adamant we hadn’t and that we had to pay again. After producing screen shots as proof they agreed that we had breakfast included. Not good as a planned pleasant stay started with stress.

Hospitality at booking in was poor. No lift, a guest was complaining in the morning about the lift, still being out of order,apparently a frequent issue, and your reception staff were somewhat dismissive.

Just a 1 night stay for my birthday and found the hotel had left out a cad, a bottle of wine and a chocolate brownie. A nice touch 👍. Hotel is ideal for transport into central London with Ealing Common tube station only 100 metres from the hotel and the hotel has its own car park which was £14.50. On thing was Hotels.com price was £296, whereas when I checked Double Tree Hilton’s own website it was only £217 with breakfast included. So if anyone reads this check the price with the hotel directly before Hotels.com cancellation date for a better deal.

This is a great hotel a short walk from Gunnersbury Park, which is why I stayed in the area, but there is a tube stop a few minutes away. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel itself was really good. Room was very comfortable, particularly when it was really warm outside. The only negative I can think of really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things - so all things considered, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had double rooms. They were extremely small. Could not even open a suitcase due to limited space had to put it on the bed. The bathroom smelled like gutter. The insides were dingy. The breakfast was very unappetizing and we got stomach upset after eating it. First night one room was not cleaned so we had to sleep in different rooms. It was just not a good experience.

We stayed here for one night as the hotel is located conveniently for Wembley Stadium. Good value hotel, clean and tidy room which was well - equipped. Highlights were the breakfast, which was amazing, and the very welcoming staff on reception.

It was the second time I stayed there and won't be the last. My wife and I have family and friends in the Ealing area (Hanwell to be precise), so it's convenient for a visit. My only complaint about the hotel is that they no longer have a computer room. Also, the buffet breakfast is delicious, but a bit overpriced.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at the Ealing Double Tree and our main reasons for choosing it are proximity to Ealing Common underground station, it's easily accessible from the M25/M4 and it has its own relatively secure car park. (EV Charging available too). Our room (409) was compact but not uncomfortably so. It was clean and reasonably quiet considering the location. The room was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee making equipment and electrical sockets for charging etc. I think most people will be happy with the range and quantity of food available at breakfast. We did not use the restaurant in the evening so cannot comment further. The staff we interacted with were very polite and cheerful. I am sure we will stay again.

Everything was amazing. Great room, great staff, the restaurant and bar serve very affordable and quality food and drinks. The location is good, close to 2 stations that can connect you to the city center and relatively close to the airport. I loved the location because the neighbourhood is tranquil but there are good shops and restaurants around. Whenever I’m back to London, I know exactly where I’m staying.

Decent stay however some minor issues were not adequately addressed by staff including a faulty AC in 1 room and a leaky coffee maker that we were advised would be replaced on 3 different dates but never was. I’d look for another hotel nearby in future.
