Overall the hotel was wonderful

Room: great standards with cleanness and bedding fresh, area made it easy to have a good nights sleep with amenities available in the room, the cot was decent size and couldn’t fault anything regarding room. Staff: Always friendly and helpful when needed. Always available if had any questions or needed services when eating inside the hotel. The staff kept the place running smoothly and made it welcoming and safe. Kid friendly: absolutely! The facilities is easy to get around and could even take pram out and about. Cot was decent size inside hotel room and there’s food options available for kids. Breakfast: great options available, from continental and hot foods, with plenty of drinks available. We had this booked while we stayed so we could get breakfast and head into London.
