Outstanding, I got the double bed which I saw was significantly larger than the smaller single bed room at a reasonably higher price. Room was provided with an AC, microwave, fridge, kettle and its amenities. Spacious restroom, and the room itself was reasonably spacious as well. Best thing is that it was very quiet as it is in a small living area road not facing any highways or junctions so I was not brothered when I was asleep or taking a nap. Hotel is 5 minutes from the nearest metro station. And the area is filled to the brim with restaurants markets and cafes. Can easily recommend.

The jade is excellent value: on a quiet street around the corner from earls court tube, with everything I needed in my room - clean modern bathroom, fridge, kettle, cups, plate, fork etc, a desk and chair that were comfortable for working at my laptop, free wifi that was sufficiently good quality for work virtual meetings, comfortable bed. There are lots of reasonably priced restaurants nearby, and marks and spencers supermarket to stock the fridge. The staff were very helpful, e.g. when I needed to add an extra night to my stay. Museums and Kensington gardens are 20 mins walk, central London is just a few stops on the tube. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit London.

Fast check in process and friendly staff, the location is very convenient also. Room was spacious and had everything you needed including a small kitchenette. Lots of tv channels and the bed was comfy.

Pros: very close to a train station, affordable, not far from Central London, has an elevator (not always a guarantee in London), room had an AC unit Cons: room was quite tiny, hallways could use some updating/repairs, pillows were like BRICKS

Nice little place near the V&A, natural history, royal Albert and science. Supermarket (Sainsbury) just 2 minutes away and clean. Mini fridge, sink and microwave ware available and clean. Bathroom small but more then ok. The only little thing the bed was way to soft for me. Would recommend the hotel.

The property is totally renovated and located a stone' s throw from Earl 's Court Station. South Kensington at a walking distance. I chose it for my working holiday and I had a kitchenette ingeniously fitted into a cupboard, coffee, tea , milk and a bottle of water every day. Luscious toiletries. The staff and the cleaning ladies very kind and helpful. The price was excellent. I recommend this property for your stay in London

The hotel is in a great location. Close to transport and restaurants. Area is very quiet and safe. Our room was renovated and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I really recommend it for a short stay in London.

I recently stayed at The Jade and was extremely disappointed. My first encounter with the front desk representative was unpleasant; they were surly and unwelcoming. Things only got worse when I saw cockroaches in the hallway and under the door into my room. The bed felt like it was just box springs without a proper mattress, making it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the lighting fixtures in the room didn’t work. Despite requesting assistance, no one addressed the issue before I checked out hours later. I would not recommend staying here due to the poor service and unsanitary conditions.

then location is excellent and deskmen 24/7 is good also, but my room described as premier single room was so small and the window practically no unexacting it felt very claustrophobic. in need of a good looked after by a handyman as things like toilet seat was not fixed, window curtain falling down walls dirty in room and on stairs carpet worn out ect

The room we were assigned on our first day was horrible. Upon entering the room we immediately noticed trash left behind and peeling pain on the wall. This was reported and a staff removed the trash. Later we observed mold in the bathroom and we asked to be moved to another room we had to wait until the next day. The beds in both rooms were uncomfortable. I will not recommend this hotel.

The room was cleaned everyday, towels changed and toiletries refilled daily (body wash, shampoo, conditionner and body lotion). Very close to Earl's Court Underground Station (linked to two lines : Piccadilly and District). Numerous restaurants et shops around. The staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming. I felt very safe and comfortable thanks to them. I will definitely think about staying there again next time I come to London. It was very high quality considering the price. Again, big thanks for The Jade for this great experience !

Would not recommend to anyone. Arrived late and was put in a room similar to a dungeon. Below ground, no window, boiling hot. There was a vent in the wall that meant I could hear next doors TV and music. I couldn't wait to get out of it

The location is extremely close to the Underground station Earl's Court. Many shops and cafes nearby, within a 2 minute walking distance, close to Hyde Park and within walkable area of many museums such as National History and Science Museum. The staff was very friendly and the receptionists were cheery and understanding. The room service was constantly refilling the necessary hygene products and items such as shampoos, shower gels, toilet paper etc. Overall had a very nice experience and if I ever come to the decision to visit London again, I'd like to book the same hotel.

Staff is very helpful. Bathroom was very nice. There is a nice Indian restaurant across the street. Earls court tube station is a 4 min walk away.

The jade is excellent value: on a quiet street around the corner from earls court tube, with everything I needed in my room - clean modern bathroom, fridge, kettle, cups, plate, fork etc, a desk and chair that were comfortable for working at my laptop, free wifi that was sufficiently good quality for work virtual meetings, comfortable bed. There are lots of reasonably priced restaurants nearby, and marks and spencers supermarket to stock the fridge. The staff were very helpful, e.g. when I needed to add an extra night to my stay. Museums and Kensington gardens are 20 mins walk, central London is just a few stops on the tube. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit London.

Nice little place near the V&A, natural history, royal Albert and science. Supermarket (Sainsbury) just 2 minutes away and clean. Mini fridge, sink and microwave ware available and clean. Bathroom small but more then ok. The only little thing the bed was way to soft for me. Would recommend the hotel.

The property is totally renovated and located a stone' s throw from Earl 's Court Station. South Kensington at a walking distance. I chose it for my working holiday and I had a kitchenette ingeniously fitted into a cupboard, coffee, tea , milk and a bottle of water every day. Luscious toiletries. The staff and the cleaning ladies very kind and helpful. The price was excellent. I recommend this property for your stay in London

this hotel was good for a 1 night but it would be beneficial if there were some parking options available. No breakfast but that wasnt a problem as there are plenty of options near by.

Really nice hotel! Close to the subway, Picadilly Line directly from Heathrow. Small rooms, but clean and fresh. The staff was great! Close to places for breakfast, beer and other important stuff!
