My daughter and I stayed in an executive twin with executive lounge access. We enjoyed every moment and we slept so well. It was so nice to be able to nip into the lounge for snacks and soft drinks as well as the happy hours between 6-8. Thank you Hilton. We loved it!

3 glasses of wine and 2 Gin& Tonics were £78. Unless you specifically ask for a single Gin (as specified in the very small print) you are served a double, watered down with ice and charged for a double. This is disgusting behaviour and profiteering and i will never book another Hilton Hotel

It was just ok. We chose this hotel to be close to the O2 and because it had high ratings. Check in set high expectations with a free glass of Prosecco but it went a little downhill from there. Room was larger than expected which was a good start. We used the steam room and sauna and it was nice but we both felt that it was lacking the essential element of a cold plunge following the heat. The main reason I have given this a three is twofold. Firstly we tried to order room service at midnight but the hotel had inexplicably run out of pizza. We then went out to collect pizza from a restaurant down the road returning to find the bar had shut. The Hilton website advertises a 1am close time but we were told the bar shut at midnight. The other reason for the low score was the terrible unidentifiable hum in the bedroom which kept me up until I finally succumbed to sleep at around 2.30. Staff friendly, hotel clean but all in all I wouldn’t rate this as a four star stay.

A hidden gem - perfectly placed for transport links, quiet area with wonderful communal spaces. Received a room upgrade which was a fantastic bonus - the room itself was well appointed and had excellent amenities. It also came with access to executive lounge which had great views, great food and drink options. Breakfast was wonderfull - well stocked and everything was of high quality. All staff were friendly and helpful and the whole experience was superb. Will be returning.

Stayed after a concert at the O2 and found this a good location. We drove and used the hotel parking facility for £30 which was easy to do. Uber to the O2 cost £12 there and black cab cost £30 coming home late. The hotel was very modern and clean, nice decor, felt very quiet inside, almost as if it was new and not many people knew about it yet. Bed was huge and very comfortable but the pillows were not for me and I didn't sleep well because of that. Two things I'd pick up on for the room - it was confusing working out how to get the lights on at first as I was looking for a card slot, but there wasn't one - turned out there was a master switch that had to be on for everything else to work. Second thing was that it was difficult to turn the shower off without turning the bath tap on. Otherwise everything was good and the buffet breakfast was very nice with a great selection to choose from, hot and cold. Would stay again (but ask for a different pillow).

The hotel was not overly clean, and the lift had hand sanitizer,. which had hair and old sanitizer leaking out the bottom. General litter and glasses and bottel left over the hotel areas. Breakfast was cold at 9am. Overall dissapointing

Overall the stay could have been better. The room wasn’t very clean with hair in the bathroom, dust in the room and dirt on the carpet. The room its self could do with a bit of updating its looking a bit tired. The bed was also a bit hard. The location was good though. Easy reach to the tube

We had a great stay here, everywhere was immaculately clean and tidy especially the room where we both had the best nights sleep in any hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to suit every need. The only let down was the menu for the evening meal, I was expecting a more sophisticated choice other than smash burgers and steak!

Surprised of the the state of the hotel compared to the majority of reviews. The hotel is outdated , carpets all over are stained , room interior brings you back to how hotels where in the early 2000’s. We did one breakfast at the restaurant - recommend not doing that with so many good choices at Canary Wharf. This was one of the cheaper hotels we could find during pre Christmas visit to London but in our book very expensive compared to value for money. Recommend going elsewhere. To top it off you get to sign papers upon arrival that you don’t have time to read or get explained what includes - we can now spend time getting out of a Hilton honours program that we do not want to be part of.

Great location, handy for DLR and underground. If I had anything to mark it down it would be the bed seemed too small for the room, room size would have suited a king rather than a double. Other than that, very quiet, no outside noise or any noise from the corridors.

Staff is nice. Room is comfortable: bed is nice, AC works well. Shower is not good: water pressure is very weak and fan doesn’t work. Not sure about the fan, but the water pressure issue isn't room specific : all rooms have the same issue.

The room was incredibly spacious and the bathroom as expected. The breakfast was great and as we expected from Hilton. The negatives - the beds. The main bed was very hard and not really comfortable at all. The sofa bed for my 14yo daughter was really bad with her in effect laying directly on springs. To be fair after a chat with reception they brought us a proper bed and we were very impressed by the reaction as we only asked for extra topper or blankets. My only question would be why not have the bed in the first place.

We had a couple of teething issues that weren’t really the hotels fault such as our room not being ready on arrival & unruly guests meaning we had to move rooms. What I will say, is that despite these, the service of the staff was absolutely top notch. Every single staff member really did go well over and above to ensure we were comfortable & felt like valued customers, despite having an entire hotel of customers to attend to. Having stayed at many London hotels, I am yet to find one that has customer service as first class as we experienced during this stay. A special mention to V and the new manager, both he and V were exceptional. I would absolutely return without hesitation.

As a frequent traveler I usually pick well known hotel chains to ensure I am within good hands. Unfortunately during my stay at this Hilton, I requested a taxi service from the concierge office. They booked me a private car that charged an extremely high fee compared to the average taxi and private car service. I feel as a concierge offer clerk it is his responsibility to safeguard their guests from such malpractices. A typical trip to the airport shouldn’t vary upto double the charge. And I was faced with paying such a high fee because I placed my trust with the concierge to book a car service. Once I was dropped I did a small search and booked for the same trip and resulted in half the cost. That is why I am rating this hotel staff the lowest as they certainly do not lookout for the best services for their guests.

The staff was beyond helpful & went above and beyond even texting twice during my stay to make sure things were well. Only a 4 minute walk to the tube and a 15-25 minute tube ride to get to all the important sites. Was cool too that they even had American outlets in the rooms. Was blown away by the breakfast buffet that was included with the room. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel with so many options for breakfast! You won’t be disappointed there is something for everyone. This hotel is located in zone 2 but you would never know by how easy and quick it is to get to every where on the tube. The only downside is there aren’t a ton of restaurants in the area there are some, but as long as you eat before you come back you’re good. Would definitely stay here again!!

I had trouble confirming an early check-in and reserving a room for the night before so that I could check-in on arrival. Staff was not helpful in this regard. In fact, my email about this went without a response prior to my arrival. I appreciated being given access to the Executive Lounge to wait for available room. I am a former Marriott employee and think I could have resolved this if I had received the request. Fruit bowl was a nice gesture, but several items were moldy or rotting. Took too long to respond to foam pillow request. Overall, staff pleasant and tried to be helpful.
I had trouble confirming an early check-in and reserving a room for the night before so that I could check-in on arrival. Staff was not helpful in this regard. In fact, my email about this went without a response prior to my arrival. I appreciated being given access to the Executive Lounge to wait for available room. I am a former Marriott employee and think I could have resolved this if I had received the request. Fruit bowl was a nice gesture, but several items were moldy or rotting. Took too long to respond to foam pillow request. Overall, staff pleasant and tried to be helpful.

Staff were fantastic at check-in. The room itself was clean with a great view, and an upgrade on what we’d originally booked - we booked a Deluxe and were given an Executive on check-in. If we’re ever over this side of London again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. A faultless stay!

Fantastic location for our family trip to London during Easter holidays. The staff is super friendly and professional! We were amazed by Canary Wharf itself - despite the "business look" it is a quite cosy place with cafés, food trucks, shopping malls and great architecture.

Close to footbridge leading to Canary Wharf shopping centre, restaurants, pretty gardens & underground Attentive staff & breakfast was amazing , wasn’t expecting so much choice ! Great location for a night at the O2, one stop on the tube, hop over the bridge and back at the hotel. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Location was amazing with so many options around for food and drinks if you don’t make use of the hotel facilities. Will be staying again.

Great location, especially now with the Elizabeth Line connecting Canary Wharf to so many areas quickly. Staff were lovely throughout, we were offered a glass of prosecco at check in, which was a nice touch, and they were happy to print boarding passes for our flight home. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, had lovely views across the peninsula. The bathroom products from Crabtree and Evelyn were of excellent quality. Would stay again without a shadow of a doubt.

The hotel was not overly clean, and the lift had hand sanitizer,. which had hair and old sanitizer leaking out the bottom. General litter and glasses and bottel left over the hotel areas. Breakfast was cold at 9am. Overall dissapointing

The room was incredibly spacious and the bathroom as expected. The breakfast was great and as we expected from Hilton. The negatives - the beds. The main bed was very hard and not really comfortable at all. The sofa bed for my 14yo daughter was really bad with her in effect laying directly on springs. To be fair after a chat with reception they brought us a proper bed and we were very impressed by the reaction as we only asked for extra topper or blankets. My only question would be why not have the bed in the first place.

We had a great stay here, everywhere was immaculately clean and tidy especially the room where we both had the best nights sleep in any hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to suit every need. The only let down was the menu for the evening meal, I was expecting a more sophisticated choice other than smash burgers and steak!

The restaurant service was very poor. There wasn’t enough staff to service the people in restaurant. Our family had to wait 2.5 hours for a meal. Guests are expected to get their coffee from a machine which there are only 2 with 1 always broken or out of water. Also, upon arrival guests checking in during the week and not greeted the same as those checking in over the weekend. Our hotel stay was Tuesday-Saturday and we were not greeted with champagne or coloring books, candy, and pencils for our kids.

It was a lovely stay. Excellent breakfast, never seen any items empty. constantly staff member making rounds and making sure food was refilled, taking plates away as done, and cleaning the dining table. The room was very spacious and clean, AC was available, hot water was available for the shower, and nothing was seen as broken. Also reception staff Martha was excellent, pleasant, and very communicative. Also able to get early check-in. The hotel was very near to bus stop, DLR, Jubilee station and Elizabeth station, a very convenient location for sightseeing even it is 20 to 30 minutes away from central London. Totally it was an excellent stay

Nice hotel well located. Good sized modern room with great facilities and (important for the stay) excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was one of the best I have experinced in any star of hotel. Good offer if you are willing to take breakfast between 7:30am and 8:30am.

The hotel is perfectly located to everything and the staff is very very friendly. The room itself was ok but omg I’ve never seen such a tight bathroom in a hotel before. You have to close the door to get to the toilet. The sink, tub and toilet is on top of each other. I will say the tub is a deep soaking one if that counts for anything. I did enjoy their gym as it was right down the hall from my room. The bed was comfy so that was also nice. I only stayed one night so I have nothing else to reflect on.

The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and tidy. However, there was no soap in the room, and the window could not be opened, which made the room feel a bit stuffy. The hotel also felt quite sterile and lacked warmth and atmosphere. I found it rather expensive, especially considering that breakfast was not included in the price.
