Great location, just a few steps from London Bridge rail and underground and a short walk to Tower Bridge. Some bars and restaurants in the area and only a couple of stops on the tube from Waterloo station. The hotel seem fairly new with bar, communal areas and rooms nicely decorated and in very good condition. The room was spotless, well equipped and the bed comfortable. The AC was quiet and effective. I would not hesitate to book again.

The hotel is in a good location. The train station is literally across the street and the bus stop is about a block away. There are several restaurants and some attractions (Monument, Tower of London etc) in walking distance. The restaurant at the hotel was not available, but there are plenty of food choices nearby. The room was clean and had ac.The fitness center was small, but had everything you needed for a good workout.

The Hilton never fail to impress. This hotel is easily located and just a short walk from London Bridge Station. It is convenient for access into central London, Borough Market is just down the road and Tower Bridge can be seen from the end of the road. The hotel had good local eateries and the hotel restaurant and bar were great. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was great and we checked in easily. The hotel sorted our maintenance issue quickly. The hotel toiletries were of a high standard. Breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold foods. We would fully recommend a stay at the Hilton and will be back next time we visit London.

Great welcome and upgraded room and wine for our anniversary 💖 Spun the wheel at the desk and got late checkout! Lovely hotel great location ...10 minutes or so from St Katherines dock and lots of restaurants on the doorstep! Only down point was the price of drinks in the bar 1 double vodka 1 single jack daniels 1 diet coke mixer over £40!! Saying that great hotel and will definitely return just no drinks in yhe bar!!!

Fantastic service! The staff were incredibly accommodating. We flew in to London and needed a meeting space last minute and they secured a meeting room for us. I can’t express enough how great their service is.

Went to the bar in the evening and it took 20mins for anyone to take our order. Also, music in the bar was laughably bad and showed they were catering for an imagined clientele rather than their actual clientele.

We picked a Hilton because I’ve had good experiences abroad. This is definitely the worst experience that I’ve had in a major chain. It extremely well positioned across the road from London Bridge Railway station. Reception staff were unwelcoming and cold. The tiny, cramped room had not been adequately cleaned. There were nasty stains in the marble in the bathroom. Attempts to order room service had to eventually go through reception as the number rang out consistently. Some snadwiches ordered after 10 were both freezing cold and soggy and therefore inedible. I was misgendered by text by reception despite them knowing who I was. On putting my issues to management I was offered a couple of hours in the bar with sandwiches. I got this after the event had finished. I receipt no adequate explanation or apology for the litany of problems. I won’t be using Hilton again in the country.

The Hilton Tower Bridge is in a great location with frequent and easy access to public transport options. The room I stayed in is a very good size and clean with many extras. I felt very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options and choses from the restaurant. I would definitely book to stay again

The room was clean, but the shower screen was not fit for purpose as it leaked. The window wouldn’t shut properly but this was resolved after asking twice which was good as it was noisy when it wasn’t shutting. The light switches didn’t work or worked randomly, so the bathroom light wouldn’t turn on without other switches being in a certain direction which I figured out at 3am when needing the toilet. All in all, a pretty terrible stay, not a Hilton we will be returning to.

Every member of staff we met at the hotel was absolutely lovely, we felt very comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. We had an executive twin room, which included lounge access and use of the lounge terrace with an amazing view of the Shard - definitely worth paying the extra for the upgrade. Canapés and alcoholic drinks are served during happy hour. Both the food and drinks were excellent and Ren who looked after us was really lovely. The room was comfortable with lots of space and had a bath and very good shower. There was an espresso machine, a kettle with tea and coffee, as well as free soft drinks in the mini bar. We had breakfast in the exec lounge and that was a little disappointing unfortunately. There were mini pastries, cereal etc for continental and some hot options (scrambled egg, bacon, hash browns and vegan sausage) but all were cold from being sat in the serving plates with no lids. The egg was very wet and tasted and smelt of salmon so I think it may have had the utensils mixed up. Perfect location and super easy to get around London as the hotel is about 3 mins walk from London Bridge tube stop. Overall I'd recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Good Location, amazing smelling lobby. Rooms were a little dated. Beds were really uncomfortable and every time I moved in my sleep the bed would squeak and wake me and my partner up. The pillows looks plump but once you lay on them they sink to nothing . Shower was hard to operate .

Really nice hotel and the staff were friendly. I booked a Deluxe Room but got upgraded to a Deluxe Plus (not sure what the difference was, but was nice). The view from the room was amazing – could see the Shard and London Bridge Station which was a highlight. Couple of little downsides though. It was really hot outside (around 30°C) and the air con didn’t seem to do much – the room just sat at 23°C the whole time. The room itself was clean-ish but could’ve been a bit better, and the bathroom felt a bit dated. The shower didn’t drain properly so you couldn’t stay in for more than a couple of minutes without it flooding. The TV was also a bit of a letdown as only a handful of HD channels worked and the rest just glitched. Overall though, I did enjoy my stay and would definitely come back. Just a few things that stopped it being 5 stars.

The room was decent and the surroundings of the hotel were convenient with lots of shops and it is also walking distance to the Tower Bridge etc. My feedback is mostly on the staff - called reception to ask for an hour late check out, they said okay. Only for us to have our access cut off (could not go back to our rooms as the key card has expired, had to go to the reception twice to sort this). Hung a do not disturb sign on the door handle, and to our horror, the sign was no longer there when we returned to our rooms. When I asked the housekeeper, she claimed to not speak English, but replied to me in English "Sorry I don't speak English" and offered no other help. Lastly, when I tried to borrow an umbrella from the concierge, the staff said to me it will require a 10 pounds deposit (as soon as I said okay, she gave it to me and took no record of payment or any verification - almost as if trying to deter me from borrowing an umbrella). It was quite a random experience overall as previous Hilton hotels did not have service as such.

Customer Service by email prior to stay was excellent! Upgraded on arrival after being asked about our stay and finding we were celebrating anniversary. Made our London trip extra special. Thank you to all the staff for their polite and friendly welcome! Look forward to visiting again.

Arrived at 11:30 am, paid for our rooms and left our luggage. Was told we would get rooms with our friends on same floor after 3:00 pm and all we needed to do was pick up our room cards. Returned after 3:30 pm and attendant could not find our booking info, both rooms were in wrong names, on separate floors and they were very disorganized. The rooms were very nice and clean. Too bad for the mixups.

Fantastic service! The staff were incredibly accommodating. We flew in to London and needed a meeting space last minute and they secured a meeting room for us. I can’t express enough how great their service is.

Great location, just a few steps from London Bridge rail and underground and a short walk to Tower Bridge. Some bars and restaurants in the area and only a couple of stops on the tube from Waterloo station. The hotel seem fairly new with bar, communal areas and rooms nicely decorated and in very good condition. The room was spotless, well equipped and the bed comfortable. The AC was quiet and effective. I would not hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay here. The location was perfect! Close to the London Bridge station. Easy train ride from Gatwick to Hilton Tower Bridge and then 5 minute walk to hotel. We used the Tube to get everywhere and it was super ready. The staff here was friendly, helpful and polite. I would stay here again.

The Hilton Tower Bridge is in a great location with frequent and easy access to public transport options. The room I stayed in is a very good size and clean with many extras. I felt very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options and choses from the restaurant. I would definitely book to stay again

Great hotel overall, steps from the London Bridge train station so good connection with the city and some airports, staff is nice - we’ve had some issues with the electrical outlets. They are not equipped for the European appliances. Water was not free on the last day. No hair dryer outlet in the bathroom, has to be plugged in the hallway. The conditioner container didn’t work but was fixed upon request. Great buffet breakfast work omelet station and a variety of options.

The Hilton never fail to impress. This hotel is easily located and just a short walk from London Bridge Station. It is convenient for access into central London, Borough Market is just down the road and Tower Bridge can be seen from the end of the road. The hotel had good local eateries and the hotel restaurant and bar were great. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was great and we checked in easily. The hotel sorted our maintenance issue quickly. The hotel toiletries were of a high standard. Breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold foods. We would fully recommend a stay at the Hilton and will be back next time we visit London.

We picked a Hilton because I’ve had good experiences abroad. This is definitely the worst experience that I’ve had in a major chain. It extremely well positioned across the road from London Bridge Railway station. Reception staff were unwelcoming and cold. The tiny, cramped room had not been adequately cleaned. There were nasty stains in the marble in the bathroom. Attempts to order room service had to eventually go through reception as the number rang out consistently. Some snadwiches ordered after 10 were both freezing cold and soggy and therefore inedible. I was misgendered by text by reception despite them knowing who I was. On putting my issues to management I was offered a couple of hours in the bar with sandwiches. I got this after the event had finished. I receipt no adequate explanation or apology for the litany of problems. I won’t be using Hilton again in the country.

Great location in relation to tube station so easy to get to. Easy to walk to Tower Bridge & Tower of London. More of a business district as city hall is very close. Arrived on tube late after dark (9:30 pm) to the area and the area outside the tube is not really well lit. Not a lot of people around and immediately upon exiting tube station was approached by pan handler. It was about a 2 min walk but easy to get to. Staff at hotel were all great. Breakfast had a good selection. The self serve coffee machine was very slow but also didn’t seem to work very well. For the size of hotel, one machine isn’t enough as there was a line waiting to use it. Room was very clean & comfortable. Wish could have seen River from hotel but surrounded by other high rise buildings. Very quick & easy check in and out. Getting to the room was fairly easy, however from the elevator the hallway does loop around and missed the room the first time due to how the rooms are numbered. Overall, would stay there again but would make sure to arrive in the daylight.

We specifically booked this Hilton because it advertised air conditioning, knowing many hotels in London don’t have it. When we arrived during a heat wave, our room was 26°C (79°F). The thermostat only allowed us to adjust the temperature by ±4°C rather than set an actual target temperature. We turned it down as far as possible, waited as instructed, and nothing changed. After multiple calls, a staff member explained that the system normally targets 21.5°C but couldn’t keep up because of the heat wave. That explanation didn’t make sense. We had just come from Paris, where it was even hotter—around 40°C (104°F)—and our hotel’s air conditioning there had no problem keeping the room at 19°C. That’s what air conditioning is supposed to do. It felt like the system here simply wasn’t properly maintained. The Wi-Fi was another disappointment. The complimentary service was only about 2–3 Mbps. Upgrading didn’t work, and after multiple conversations with both the front desk and the internet provider, we finally received a code for faster service. Even then, the signal in our room was weak and frequently dropped. After a couple of days, it stopped working altogether. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well furnished, so the basics were fine. However, reliable air conditioning and internet are standard expectations today, especially at a Hilton. If those amenities matter to you, I’d recommend staying elsewhere or confirming exactly how they work before booking.
