Estadia perfeita, estávamos de carro e o hotel disponibiliza vaga a 10euros/dia. Ponto de ônibus em frente pro Centro Histórico. Quarto silencioso, cama e banho ótimos. Café da manhã vem completo. Wifi perfeito. Nao tem cofre nem frigobar (nao fez falta pra nós).

Clean, modern, hotel - just as I would expect from the Ibis brand. I really liked that they have a 24 hour food menu available and of course that it’s 2 mins to the airport with a free shuttle service. Wish there were some tv channels in English; otherwise no other suggestions. Thanks!

All was well until we waited for a shuttle from airport. We had to walk from airport with our luggage. No one informed us it was a holiday and shuttles stopped early. The reservation for a shuttle should be deleted. We wanted a shuttle and were told that we needed to reserve the nigh before.. stupid..traveling you can't do that.

Nous avons été partielement satisfaits de notre séjour qui n'a duré qu'un seul jour. Nous avons été bien reçu.La chambre était bien propre et calme. Le personnel très serviable. Malheureusement le repas du soir n'était pas au rendez vous. Le steak était dur comme de la semelle, En dessert le Paris-Brest n'avait aucun goût et la texture laissait à desirer . Dommage pour l'enseigne,on espèrait mieux . De plus il n'y avait pas de navette comme mentionné ,véhicule en panne, et aucune solution de proposée pour aller à l'aéroport ce qui nous a un peu perturbé.

Fijne locatie, goeie verbintenis openbaar vervoer. We hebben max 10 min op een bus gewacht, meestal zit je al binnen paar minuten in de bus. Erg veel bushaltes, voor 1 halte al neem je de bus. Daarom was het niet erg om niet in het centrum te zitten. Je betaald al gauw de helft van de prijs. Geen ontbijt genomen, was 16 euro pp. Eigen prive parkeerterrein was erg fijn.

Rooms dirty, many hairs found. Shower cabinet falling off. Customer service poor, no fridges in any of rooms and no ice machine. Bar staff very rude and swear under their breath when you go to them to ask for ice ( as the hotel is so rubbish and does not provide it anywhere else) as if we are asking for free caviar, it is ice ( cold water). Also reluctant to give us a corkscrew. Long time to collect bag as only one member of staff managing desk. Other member of staff was having a personal conversation on his mobile and did not bother hanging up when a customer was waiting 15 minutes. Dont worth staying unless its just for a bed

The hotel's location is very good: 10 min walk from the airport, bus station just in front that would take you in the center in 10-15 min. Staff friendly. Room clean, but cold and the AC didn't go higher than 20 degrees, so we couldn't make it warmer. One other thing that we didn't like was that there was only 1 towel / person. It's not hygienic to use the same towel for your body, as well as for your face.

Stayed for 2 nights while exploring Luxembourg! The bus line directly from the city center is only 20 minutes but very sketchy at night. Chose the hotel as we had a 7am flight out of Luxembourg and this hotel has quick and convenient shuttle to airport only 3 minutes away. Only complaint would be the rooms are VERY small and extremely too hot with no way to adjust the thermostat and the windows don’t open! We literally sweated while trying to sleep.

I was glad we only had to stay 2 days in this hotel. My daughter and I are both stressed with the bathroom and showering. Shower was stressful as it didnt feel safe with a very slippery floor with no handrail to hold on to. And because of the size, water splashes everywhere. Shampoo and liquid body soap didn't smell right. Very basic hotel that doesn't correspond with the price. And, shuttle to the airport the entire time wasn't available. No refrigerator nor coffee or even a bottled water available. And they don't come to clean the room.

Das Zimmer war ok. Außer die Duschkabine, die im Zimmer war. Es gab kein Badezimmer, die Toilette hatte eine Tür, aus der Duschkabine kam man direkt ins Zimmer. Und der Dampf auch!

We arrive at the hotel in the night 00.30. They tell u’s they are overbooked and cant do anything. We end up spending the night in the airport as everything Else was booked. The reception told us it happens often.

Ours was a basic room, adequate but everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with transportation and airport information. Right out in front of the street the free bus takes you to town runs regularly, airport is literally about a 5 minute walk. The rooms get very dark when curtains are closed and it’s quite! I heard nothing! I haven’t slept so well in months!!! I’m a light sleeper with anxiety so this alone was awesome for me.

Très bon hôtel, très bien situé pour visiter Luxembourg car desservi par le bus 29 (gratuit - 20mn de trajet). Le parking est plutôt grand et coûte 10€. Les chambres sont confortables et le personnel accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt bon. Je retournerai volontier dans cet hôtel.
