Groot hotel met grote parking met mooie en grote kamer. Enige minpuntjes is het koude zwembadwater en het restaurant ‘s avonds is tegengevallen vermits we frietjes kregen van zoete aardappelen maar dit was niet gevraagd. Ook het drinken was vrij duur.

Je nachdem wer im Restaurant arbeitet, ist das Essen beim Frühstück schnell aufgefüllt, oder eben nicht. Das haben wir 1 mal erleben müssen von 4x. Die Reinigungskraft sollte auch hinter dem Fernseher schauen und die Weinflasche vom Vorgänger entsorgen. Personal immer freundlich. Der Pool war schön zum Entspannen nach einem Tag Besichtigungen.

Kwaliteit vd bedden was goed, het ontbijt en de stille omgeving. Minder vonden wij dat het zwembad dicht of heel beperkt open was, dit was een reden om dit hotel te kiezen. Verlichting in de kamer is niet optimaal met deze donkere dagen en in bad moeten douchen is niet ideaal.

van de 3 liften werkte er 1, maar 1 !!! ongelooflijk, we zaten op de 15e etage en moesten soms meer dan een half uur wachten voordat we met de lift mee konden. dit omdat het zo druk was doordat er maar 1 lift werkte! in het zwembad mocht niemand een geluid maken. ik was met kinderen en zodra ze eventjes gilden, kwam de badmeester al.... pffff Los daarvan was het hotel wel netjes, maar wel oudbollig. mag wel vernieuwd worden met een lounge gedeelte, goeie bar etc...

Das Hotel ist von der Ausstattung her sehr schäbig. Im Frühstücksraum sind die Sitzmöglichkeiten ranzig und aufgerissen, schon stark verschlissen. Hier wird schnell Kohle gemacht. I booked this hotel for my best friends birthday and the experience we had was very negative. The hotel staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. Our keycard only worked once in the whole trip and would have to keep coming to the front desk to get the card reactivated but the staff would act like we were bothering them. After going to the 9th floor and the key not working on arrival, the house keeper let us in the room. However, once she opened the door she told us that the room only had one bed and that wasn’t right and we should have 2 separate beds, implying that we were lesbians and started sighing. This is shocking behavior and was not expected to be discriminated in this way. The room bed was not a queen bed like suggested in the booking but a double bed at best. The room was also dirty. The pool changing room had been moped and there was no signage that the floor was wet and was a hazard. A very bad experience and would not book again.

Hotel was clean , the hotel looks a little tired and could do with updating in certain areas the carpets in hallways and rooms looked well worn and not fresh. The rooms were fairly clean cobwebs in the bathroom and old food from previous guests in the fridge and the lounge chair was dirty and had large holes in the covers , Lots of chips on corners of furniture , windows was also stained on the inside of the double glazed unit obscuring the view. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. One thing that was annoying was no mention when booking there was no parking , only parking which was payable on arrival no mention of this . Overall not a bad place to stay but a little disappointed

Reserved a room for 2 adults and a child, but only got 2 single beds... Need to ask for another bed, that was a very old divan. A friend that travel along with us paid for a double bed and got 2 Single. Ask to rectify mistake, but they wanted to charge extra £50. Only after speak with management, solve issue. Only 3 lifts for such massive building, needed to wait over 20 minutes for lift or use stairs from 7th floor. Beds and pillows not comfortable, and very noisy, could hear even people talking on car park (from 7th floor), as well all other noises from other bedrooms.Budget hotels have better installations and more comfortable.

This has been my worst experience with a Hilton banner in the world. I usually stay in the Hilton for City trip with my family for comfort. Sadly, Doubletree Luxembourg simply does not meet the basic standards that a Hilton should be able to offer. We have booked Doubletree Luxembourg for Bank holiday Luxembourg trip ( 25th May to 27th May). As soon as we have checked in (room no 1611), we found room temperature is very high. Doubletree Luxembourg they just switch off air conditioner to save money, although the room temperature was 26 degrees centigrade. I have requested them to switch on the air conditioner or supply any Table/ stand fan or just open the window so that we can sleep properly. Sadly, Doubletree Luxembourg does not do anything to resolve the issues. I have stayed in the lobby nearly two hours to resolve the issue, sadly Doubletree Luxembourg just refused to do anything. There were other peoples with the same issues and Doubletree Luxembourg just refused. Additionally, I would also like to mention, that Doubletree Luxembourg TV channel does not work. Instead of 24 standard channels, there was only one channel (French tv channel). We had two night very uncomfortable stay at the Doubletree Luxembourg. I think I should inform Hilton the poor service that I have received in my current stay at Doubletree Luxembourg and Hilton should stepped in. I will never stay in the Doubletree Luxembourg and would not recommend any one to stay there.

Premetto che mai ho fatto una recensione negativa ma stravolta devo raccontare i fatti come si sono svolti senza aggiungere un commento: mi trattengo.Da dimenticare. La prima mattina si sono presentati per pulire la camera alle 8,00 am. La terza non l’hanno pulita. Ogni giorno siamo andati a riprogrammare le chiavi della camera perché non funzionavano. Noi avevamo breakfast included ma ogni mattina dovevamo discutere al desk a cui non risultava inoltre non potevi sederti normalmente al tavolo ma dove volevano loro cioè il tavolo piu’ sfigato di solito dove passavano tutti. Pubblicizzate correttamente gli orari della piscina e il fatto che la palestra ha 2 attrezzi in una stanza senza finestre in un interrato. I servizi sono questi ma chiedi una bottiglia di acqua costa più di un 5 stelle a montecarlo. Infine secondo voi la manager si è mai fatta viva? Voglio riconoscere un tributo a Giorgia l’unica dipendente che si è data da fare. Brava. Il giorno che non ci hanno fatto la camera capendo il problema Lei alle 10,30 della sera ci ha portato in camera gli asciugamani puliti!!!!!! Il giorno dopo la manager silenzio assoluto.

A very nice hotel just a bit outside city centre on the top of a big hill, great view. It's easy too come there with public transport, which by the way is free in Luxembourg. Line 4 and 32 go to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpfull, and are ready to help. There is a small pool and fitness center availible at the hotel for free The only thing I miss is more local enviroment, there is only a handfull of shops nearby because of the remote location

Gebuchtes Twin Bed Zimmer war vor Ort nicht verfügbar. Als Entschädigung gab es ein Upgrade (jedoch mit einem Queen bed) und freies Parken. Das Frühstück war ein heilloses Chaos, Massenansturm aufs buffet; Kinder, die am buffet überall hineingreifen; eine Lautstärke, die eher an eine Jugendherberge erinnerte, die Sauberkeit der Tische und Stühle im Restaurant lassen ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Freundlicher/zuvorkommender Service ist im Restaurant leider Mangelware. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Skuffende ophold – slidt hotel og dårlig service Jeg havde et yderst utilfredsstillende ophold på dette hotel. Restauranten var også en skuffelse. Udvalget af hovedretter var ekstremt begrænset med kun fire muligheder – og en af dem var udsolgt begge aftener, jeg var der. Det virkede hverken professionelt eller forberedt. Jeg havde specifikt anmodet om et stille værelse, men fik i stedet et værelse med forbindelsesdør til naboen. Det resulterede i meget larm og to nætter uden søvn. Personalet var desværre ikke villige til at hjælpe eller tilbyde en løsning. Alt i alt et meget skuffende ophold. Jeg kommer ikke tilbage og kan ikke anbefale dette hotel til andre. Det er gammelt, slidt og lever slet ikke op til forventningerne.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The night I stayed the restaurant offered only a buffet for 35 euro a person. Way too expensive. Not worth it. Breakfast also 25 euro a person. I did not have breakfast based on the experience of the night before.
