Very nice clean and modern hotel, very well looked after. We had parking underground. The staff were very helpful (We couldn't find the parking entrance! But they patiently explained the way around etc so great help there) We didn't come so prepared to visit Luxembourg but got great advice on getting about by the staff also.

Very nice hotel just 5 tram stops from the city centre. Trams are free by the way. We had a triple room, very comfortable and just right for the price we paid. Min points were the lack of parking spots and 2 charging points only. Breakfast is sufficient but the pungent smell captivates the whole atmosphere. We sat outside which was nice. Best would be to have some exhaust as the breakfast area is small.

Very modern apartment/hotel, closer to a very spacious hotel room with a small refrigerator and microwave. Not going to do much cooking here. Tram station about 5 minutes away. Train station 15 minutes by tram. Facilities are in excellent condition. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent Facilities that we couldn't fault, really liked the motorised blackout blinds that make the room totally dark. The only gripe that we had was with the parking, unfortunately for us, we were in a vehicle that was larger than the underground car park, so we had to rely on the open air parking, which is limited at best, and there was no space for us, so we had to park offsite on the road, not the best for us, as we had a vehicle full of camping equipment and belongings. There could be parking bays lined out on the floor, in one section, if guests had parked sensibly there could have been room for 3 or 4 more vehicles... It was frustrating we we asked to park off site, as there were no spaces, however, in the morning, it appeared like a free for all, with guests just abandoning their vehicles wherever in the car park, which we would have happily done, instead of parking offsite. It would be nice if the hotels (the Novotel next door also shares the car park) ask guests with smaller cars that will fit in the 2m underground car park to move their cars from the unrestricted car park, so that more taller vehicles could be accommodated. That's our only minor gripe from an otherwise faultless stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Zimmer, sehr gut an den (kostenfreien) öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln für die Fahrt in die Innenstadt gelegen (ca. 15 Min). Kostenfreie Parkplätze des Hotels - draußen und Tiefgarage - sind vorhanden, aber zu Anreisezeiten kann es manchmal etwas knapp werden. Luxemburg ist mehrsprachig. Anders als in Belgien oder der Schweiz ist die Verwendung von Luxemburgisch, Französisch und Deutsch aber nicht regional bedingt, sondern erfolgt meist parallel je nach Situation. Im Handel und Dienstleistungssektor arbeiten oft auch rein frankophone Nicht-Luxemburger, die zwar kein Luxemburgisch und Deutsch sprechen, aber i.d.R. gut Englisch. Das Hotel gehört auch dazu: Arbeitssprache ist Französisch, Englisch als zweite Möglichkeit geht auch, Deutsch nur sehr vereinzelt. Die Mitarbeiter sind in allen Sprachen ausgesprochen freundlich, nett kompetent und hilfsbereit. :) Wenn wir wieder nach Luxemburg fahren, wird das Novotel Suites das erste sein, was wir uns in Sachen Unterkunft wieder ansehen werden. :) Bis déi nächste Kéier!

Excellent location, easy and plentiful parking (not immediately obvious which street to go down to find it), excellent service at the front desk with well spoken English (one guy in particular on the morning shift on 22 August - wish i’d asked his name). He helped me make an overseas phone call and was very sympathetic to my issue with my bank - he even asked me the next day if i wanted to make another call to resolve my issue. EXCELLENT service! On day 2 i told staff that the shower dripped cold water from rainhead while showering with shower rose - technician couldn’t fix so the offered change of room, free breakfast or 3 days free car parking - again, excellent service. The bed was comfy, ample wardrobe space, separate toilet, good lighting, can open windows slightly for air, bath as well as shower, huge towels, eco bins for recycling. Really nice cosy seating outside for ambient relaxing. Very close to tram station for FREE tram into city, and a shopping centre with dining and supermarket. Would definitely come again - highly recommend, and thank you!

Huge, comfortable and clean rooms with a load of storage. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from 2 tram stops and 10 minutes from a funicular to the lower city, and the MUDAM art gallery. One thing to be aware of is that the area is mainly offices, so after 5pm it's really quiet with hardly anyone about, which can feel a bit isolated.

This is probably the best of the hotels around the area of the Court of Justice. The rooms are very large and it is quiet if you need to work all day in your room. The breakfast buffet is fairly standard, and there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are restaurants in the Novotel, the Sofitel and the surrounding area.

Nice, modern accommodations. Breakfast was excellent, lots of fresh options. Room made good use of available space with innovative layout and storage. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Location on tram line allowed for easy access into city. Bed was a bit hard and AC could have been stronger but overall these were minor issues.

Ok rum men lite konstigt att toaletten var så långt från badrummet. Omöjligt att få det helt mörkt i rummet med mörkläggningsgardinerna. Krångligt med skjutdörrar för klädskåp/pentry som gjorde att man inte kunde ha båda öppna samtidigt.

Breakfast was very expensive for what is was. It appeared to cater more for continental than international. Cereals were left open tp the air and therefore a bit stale. Cooked breakfast was poorly displayed and apart from some bacon nothing else appeared on show.
