Hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly and couldn’t beat the location. Restaurant/bar open for a decent buffet breakfast (7-10am weekdays and until 11am weekends). Open til 11pm for a last beer. Short walk to central buses and trams at Hamiius. Excellent stay thank you.

The hotel was a quick walk to the city core. The property layout was a bit odd with the need to leave the main building to get to the restaurant but the breakfast was worth the walk. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue was some of the paving stones in the driveway were lose, a potential issue for guests who have mobility problems.

Clean room and very friendly staff, but the parking was expensive. They did have a luggage storage room that you can access with a code from the front desk which allowed us to see some sights before we left. Location was very close to the street with all the banks, which was convenient. It rained while we were there so we didn’t check out the view from the outdoor terrace.

Nice hotel, room was a good size with a good shower and good hot water. Good location close enough to both the old quarter and the main town just a few mins walk to many shops and restaurants. Didnt see the park really despite the name. There's a complex of buildings from the street to get to the hotel so maybe clearer signs to find the hotel block would be helpful. Conference centre and restaurant, possibility offices in surrounding buildings.

Det er er fint hotel. Dog syntes jeg det var lidt træls jeg skulle ligge 150 euro i depositum (som kan bruges på morgenmad) men jeg havde andre steder jeg gerne ville spise morgen mad, så er der mange penge ikke at have til rådighed... Vil ikke anbefale stedet til varme dage da der ingen A/C er, dog er der blæser der gør det holdbart. Sengen på mit værelse havde en fjeder der gik igennem madrassen lit træls. Men overordnet er det et fint hotel liggende med smuk udsigt og tæt på centrum, jer kunne gå til alt jeg ville se :)

Conveniently situated 15mins walking from the old town center. Wonderfully friendly staff. Typically small room for european hotels, which most american tourists would find a bit tight. But since we didnt spend much time there it didn't bother us. Modern and tastefull.

This is a decent hotel, it will get the job done. Hotel room was clean and service was very good but few points: - The bathroom didnt have a door so if you are not a couple or someone you are comfortable with, showering would be very awkward - Slightly bad smell from the room, reason I believe is that is fully carpet and no AC Overall, its ok for the price

From the very first moment, we were welcomed by the staff, warmly and humbly. The room was large with a stunning view; extremely clean and comfortable. The area was in a walkable distance from all tourist attractions. Every single detail was beautifully decorated and designed in the hotel. E k pior foi o café da manhã que combinamos no hotel que faríamos a opção do café da manhã a atendente disse que poderíamos pagá-lo sem problemas no checkout e quando chegamos no café da manhã ( éramos 6 pessoas) ficamos altamente constrangidos da forma como fomos abordados e tratados pela recepção do café da manhã uma sra super grosseira, deselegante e que nos constrangeu na frente de todos os hóspedes gritando e dizendo que tínhamos que pagar naquele momento o café da manhã. Porém o que havíamos combinado não era isso, estava chovendo, o café da manhã é afastado do hotel tivemos que ir na chuva e quando chegamos lá fomos tratados dessa forma. Depois de uns 10 minutos. A mesma me ouviu e falou com a recepção do hotel onde a recepcionista confirmou minha informação de pagarmos no checkout. Jamais voltarei neste hotel. Foi muiiiiito constrangedor. Não gostamos muito do quarto o chuveiro estava com defeito, funcionária já foi cobrando um depósito de cem euros, que não havia sido mencionada antes mesmo que seja devolvido depois deve haver transparência com o cliente, não gostamos. Deveria ser falado no momento de reservar. O cliente deve ser avisado com antecedência Gostamos apenas da localização era perto de tudo.

We had a lovely stay at the property. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff in particular, Mehdi and Idalina - there service was excellent, they went over and above for us. The property itself was clean and lovely but the outside building is a little dated. The curtains could also do with some upgrading as there was a bit of sunlight coming through some holes in them. I would definitely stay here again. It was within walking distance to everything you’d want to see and if you wanted to go farther out, transport is a sinch AND it’s free. Luxemburg is beautiful and this hotel is lovely

Zimmer war sehr sauer, Personal sehr freundlich. Früstück war auch sehr gut.Ob das zubuch von 21 Euro pro Person Ok ist lass ich dahin gestellt sein .Auch das zu buchen von dem Stellplatz für ein Auto pro Tag mit 25 Euro find ich etwas drüber. Die Preispolitik ist leider bei sehr vielen Hotets. Dies sollte überdacht werden.Leider war bei Expedia das Hotelpersonal auch mit Deutschsprachig angegeben,dies war leider nicht.der fall.

My husband and I enjoyed our two stay night at the Park Hotel. There is a parking lot and an underground parking lot. The hotel is within walking distance to all tourist sights and restaurants. The insight restaurant is very good as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Luxembourg.
