1 night stay just before Christmas - hotel staff were excellent, was expecting to pay for parking but receptionist suggested I sign up to an ‘Accor Live Limitless’ account which makes parking was free (result!). Room was a good size but one issue was the hot water in the shower. Even with the temperature turned up as hot as possible the shower water was a little tepid (it was better using the hand held shower rather than the rose in the ceiling…….but would expect better). Also the air conditioning did not seem to react to changing temperature on the thermostat - ended up sleeping with the window open to cool the room down. Breakfast was excellent & appreciated the free coffee & filtered water facility available as you exit the lift to your floor (I assume this is replicated throughout the hotel). Did not have time to use any other facilities.

Hello This was my fourth visit to this hotel, It is a convenient stop off for our motoring holiday I booked as usual and then got an email from the hotel saying the restaurant was closed and the bar was shut The booking could not be cancelled at this point. I was extremely dissatisfied,and there was also very few parking places as the area round the front was being renovated

Very convenient location right across the street from the Philharmonie. Quick tram ride to the old town area. And trams in Luxembourg are free. The room was great, free wifi. Parking right out front. Breakfast buffet a bit over priced. I really liked the large water refill station on the floors.

Well apportioned hotel ideal for a one or two night stay with a great restaurant. Parking was very difficult however as not enough spots, plus an issue with a loud barking dog the management were able to resolve very well.

The room was a good size with 2 Queen beds, so big enough for the 3 of us. The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm enough. The room was clean enough, although one day a pillow had been left without a pillow case. One practice that was a little surprising was that only 1 bottle was available per room to refill with drinking water. In our room, there were 3 people, myself, my wife and our son. My son prefers still water whilst my wife and I prefer sparkling water. So to meet our preferences, we require 2 separate water bottles. However, this goes against hotel policy of only 1 water bottle per room. It took 2 visits to reception before 2 water bottles were provided. Grateful for 2 water bottles eventually, but hotel policy is questionable regarding 1 bottle per room.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schick. Die Zimmer überraschend groß. Es war sehr sauber, auf dem Flur steht eine Trinkwasseranlage und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal dort war nicht so freundlich, bzw. sehr abwesend. Aber am Empfang waren sehr nette Angestellte. Im ganzen können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Exceptional, the entrance is really classy and welcoming, as we're the staff. They couldn't do enough to accommodate us. The hotel is spacious and the beds were very comfy! It was quiet and in a good location. Plus the bathroom was lush! A few minutes away from the tram which took you straight into the centre :-) thank you for our stay

Hotel liegt genau in der mitte unserer Ferienreise Switzerland-Nordholland 1000 km.Hier Übernachten wir sehr gerne.Zimerr sehr gross mit Klima abstellbar und auch Fenster zum öffnen öffnen.Hotel sehr sauber mit sehr Freundlichem Personal.Dind schon mehrmals hier gewesen und immer Top! Kommen auch im Oktober bereits wieder sehr gerne zurück.

Everyone here is so welcoming, friendly and accommodating to your needs and wants. It’s clean, spacious, and peaceful and it's close to shopping centres with plenty of food options. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit and stay here; it's also easy to navigate as a foreigner who speaks English (and if you speak French or German)

Es ist ein familienfreundliches ruhiges Hotel im Regierungsviertel. 100 Meter vom Hotel ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, wo die kostenlose Bahn alle 5 Minuten in die Altstadt fährt. In einer viertel Stunde ist man in der Oberstadt, in 5 Minuten in der anderen Richtung in einem Einkaufszentrum. Restaurants sind fußläufig.

Perfect location for business stays icw the European Parliament. If you’re using the free tramsystem, a 20 trip to the shopping centre of Luxembourg is perfect. However in the direct vincinity of the hotel is absolutely nothing. If you’re not bothered by that, food is good, bed’s are reasonable good and the pricing is ok.

Amazing decor, contemporary, one of best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Amazing breakfast- kids are free with a paying adult, which is great. Top notch restaurant with nice patio. A few blocks to the free tram that runs all the time - to old town or back to airport.
