Hotel Avenida Gran Vía

Un día de la estancia cerraron el agua para hacer unas reparaciones y tardó en regresar para poder tomar un baño

muy buena ubicacion en zona peatonal y segura. todas la tiendas para hacer compras estan a metros. muchas atracciones turisticas estan muy cerca. las instalaciones del hotel son limitadas, pero lo que tiene, esta en condiciones. la atencion del personal fue impecable.

Quiet room, good location. Everything was good just missing the mini fridge, specially for hot summer days.

Hotell med superbra läge mitt i stan vid Gran Via. Dock var rummet trångt för 2 pers, fanns knappt plats för våra resväskor. Det var smutsigt på golven. Dåligt med krokar och förvaring. Att ha glasvägg mot badrummet är ju bara urkorkat. Mycket ljud från staden. Bekväma sängar dock och all personal var trevlig och serviceinriktade. Frukosten intogs på ett café i byggnaden och drt var inte särskilt bra. Mest bröd och bröd liksom. Men även där var personalen toppen.

I appreciated that it was close to all the attractions I wanted. However, there was a smell in the hotel and the room that never went away even with the window opened. Also, it was noisy. I could hear the neighbors and the people on the streets.

Horrible! Mould all throughout the shower. Pictures do not match the reality. My husband and I were so disgusted with the state of the bathroom we checked out and requested a refund. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating, probably because they’re aware of the conditions. Refund process through Expedia was perfect. Location is amazing. The bed was the only clean part of the room, and for that reason we stayed one night after travelling for 24 hours. Would not recommend

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el personal es muy amable, la habitación y baño muy limpios.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, el personal es muy amable, te dan indicaciones de todo, cualquier duda te atienden, cercano a la Gran Via, puedes ver todo a pie, ademas de que puedes tomar el bus gratuito a media cuadra del hotel para poder moverte más fácilmente, aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas, lo menos que quieres es quedarte dentro, teniendo Madrid en todo su esplendor afuera.

Posizione perfetta se si vuole visitare la città senza dover prendere mezzi pubblici. Stanza non particolarmente grande ma funzionale.

El armario pequeño y por el precio que pagas falta mobiliario, como un sofá de 2 plazas y una mesa. Habia espacio para ello

Muy amable el personal, excelente ubicación. El único inconveniente: el baño. No tiene ventilación y lo divide de la habitación una vidriera, no tiene privacidad.

Too much noise all around because of strong temporary works in a room and a general lack of soundprofing. Grand Via and surroundings are very noisy. No earplugs > no rest. Such a shame according to the good welcome.

Personale disponibile e gentile, Struttura a 150m dalla Metro 3 e 5 Callao. Praticamente sulla Gran Via. Un 3 stelle pulito e dignitoso. Spazi sufficienti. Il problema è stato il rumore notturno (e diurno). Forse per via della strada stretta, i rumori esterni non facevano dormire. L'insonorizzazione interna ed esterna dell'hotel era insufficiente. Per questo motivo non lo consiglio.

La experiencia del alojamiento fue a nivel general buena aunque a nivel del desayuno sí tengo que decir que la imposición por parte del personal de la cafetería de indicarte la mesa en la que sentarte bajo su criterio me pareció cuanto menos un poco molesta

Nosotros lo mas que vivimos es la habitacion, hab. de unos 10m cuarados contando que el baño tenia unos tres metros , es decir pequeñisima, ningun mueble para poner las maletas, una mesa de 30x90un armario de dos puertas de unos 30cm cada puerta, dos camas que era lo que pedimos per de 80x180cmque faltaban unos 40cm para llegar a la paret, una ventana que daba al servicio de ascensores todo sucio y con un tubo que seria de una cocina que siempre olia a comida, un baño el que nunca habia visto que no tuviera una escobilla para WC, ninguna estanteria solo el lavano, una ducha y el WC, una ventana que daba al mismo sitio que la otra en el servicio de ascensores, esto es la hab. 301, no interectuamos mucho con el personal, el dia del chec- in y el chec-aut que nos guardaron las maletas asta las 16:30h que fuimos a buscarla que regresamos a Mallorca. Al lado hay una cafeteria que es del hotel donde no distinguen si es un cliente del hotel o uno que pasa por la calle y entra a comer, con unas mesas redondas u cuadradas de unos 40cm para desayunar dos personas, las fotos de las hab. es un fraude porque te enseñan unas hab. que pienso que tendran pero no es la que te dan, mucha foto y luego es una especie de zulo, porque es? Creo porque no reservas directo con ellos y cuando lo haces a travez de plataforma tienen esta clase de hab., es en el primer hotel que voy que por no haber no hay ni una esconilla de Wc en el baño, Gracias

El Hotel esta perfectamente ubicado, no tiene restaurante pero es como una cafetería (muy buena y económica), buen desayuno y buena atención, lo único que mejoraría es el colchón pero está muy bien todo.
