If you are looking for a North American or North European glass and stainless steel chain hotel do not go for this one. However if you are looking for good value, cleanliness, a safe area and good travel connections then this is a good choice. It is in a modern building though some of the decor and windows do need upgrading. The decor has tried to achieve an ‘industrial vibe’ which is better in concept than execution. Previous guests have not been complimentary about the breakfast. It comprises of a hot drink, a fruit juice, a substantial piece of toast with either jam or tomato salsa and a piece of sponge cake which was moist and tasty. For us it was adequate. If you wanted more you could join the passing locals and buy some other pastries and a hot drink from the bar. Evening meals start at 8pm Mon - Fri, which was too late for us but the menu looked to be good value the meals we observed being served looked well presented. No evening bar or restaurant on Sat or Sun. Travel connections: take line 8 from the airport, change on to Line 9 at Columbia and it’s one stop to Pio XII. If you exit the station following signs for Manuel Montilla the hotel is 250 metres away on the corner of the next junction. If you follow signs for Centro Commerciale (an excellent ‘Al Campo’ supermarket) it is a 400m walk. The area has broad open streets and is the home to a number of embassies- the Indian Embassy is next door. A visible but low level police presence adds to a feeling of security.

El personal de recepción y del restaurante es muy amable. La habitación es sencilla, con una decoración de materiales variados muy peculiar, pero tiene lo necesario. No hubo ruidos el jueves que me quedé. El restaurante tiene desayuno, platos y menú. El lavabo era muy pequeño.

La habitación muy bien. Lo que le baja la nota es que, la silla del escritorio no era muy cómoda (a la mayoría de la gente esto no le importa, pero yo fui a una oposición y estuve estudiando hasta el último momento). El restaurante-cafetería cierra los findes por la noche y hay muy pocas opciones para cenar en esa zona. El día que yo estuve se averió el ascensor. Creo que por el precio, es de lo mejor que hay en Madrid y está a un tiro de Chamartín. Estaría bien que extendieran el servicio de bar-cafetería.

Si vous êtes habitué aux chaines d'hôtel ou à des hôtels de standing, cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour vous. Le style est surprenant avec un mélange de neuf et d'ancien. On pourrait même croire que l'artisan n'a pas fini la rénovation des chambres. Le séjour d'une nuit a néanmoins été agréable. Le personnel est fort sympathique et à l'écoute. On peut grignoter sur place en buvant une bonne bière sur la terrasse. Les chambres sont climatisées.

Para mi todo perfecto. Está cerca de parada de metro. Puedes desayunar allí y al llegar si llegas antes del checkin puedes dejar la maleta.

Bueno, barato y muy buena zona. Desayuno muy económico en la cafetería.

A pousada é afastada do centro da cidade, mas tem um ponto de ônibus e de metrô a poucos metros da propriedade. Achei bem confortável e organizado. O café da manhã é servido pelo estabelecimento, apenas um copo de suco, leite e/ou café, uma torrada e uma fatia de bolo, apesar de parecer pouco achei suficiente.

No sé porqué tiene 3 estrellas, es tipo alberque (aunque con habitaciones separadas), muy básico, y limpieza deficiente, creo que es para gente joven que quiere gastar menos. Pero el que tenga 3 estrellas confunde

Tuve una gotera justo encima de la cama que nos daba en la cara no nos dejó dormir y no nos daba solución al no haber habitaciones disponible

The walls and ceiling looked unfinished. The hallway had furniture stacked in one corner. However, room and bed very clean. Staff was helpful and attentive. Food was good.

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de metro, situado en una buena zona y muy tranquila. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, y están muy cuidadas. La habitación muy acogedora, a destacar la limpieza, todo está impecable y huele muy bien, felicitar especialmente al personal de limpieza por su gran trabajo. El check in muy rápido y cómodo, al igual que el check-out, el personal es muy atento y profesional.

場所は非常に便利で静かで良いところなんですが、部屋が狭くて収納がなくて冷蔵庫とかもないのがちょっと不便でした。

I like that hotel because you have a small supermarket close to the hotel and it was a metro and an stop bus close to the hotel The only thing that i didn’t like it was the A/C was hot and the WiFi connection too slow

I only stayed here for about 5 hours as my flight arrived late and I was up early to get a train the next day. I didn't stay long enough to get an overall feel for the place. The bed was comfy enough but the room was small with not much room to move around. The door didn't close fully on the bathroom which wasn't great. It was ok for a 1 night stay but I wouldn't stay here a weekend away.

La habitación en más pequeña de lo que se ve en las fotos. La ducha es horrible, casi no sale agua y era difícil que saliera agua caliente de continuo y, como apunte, el baño está separado de la cama por una "pared" que no llega al techo con una puerta corredera y no está cerrado en el techo. La cama está situada de tal forma (cuando fui) que solo una persona tiene mesilla de noche, del otro lado no hay nada, parecía que la hubieran movido de lado, no tiene sentido ya que en las fotos estaba puesta de una forma más coherente. El personal muy agradable y profesional y los desayunos muy buenos.

El personal de recepción muy amable. El edificio se ve que ha sido reconvertido pero la reforma muy superficial, muy mal aislado tanto termica como acusticamente. Se escuchaba todo a la habitacion de al lado... No hay mimibar ni secador de pelo, el baño es muy pequeño y no hay amenities de ningún tipo. El desayuno muy justito, no es buffet y solo puedes elegir si quieres cafe o te, te dan una tostada con tomate, un trozo de bizcocho y un vaso de zumo de brick, te lo traen a la mesa sin preguntar si no tienes intolerancias.

las paredes son muy delgadas y se pueden oír a las personas de la habitación contigua. la distribución de la ducha y el inodoro bueno... una habitación que te saca de un apuro de última hora.

An absolutely basic, no frills, very small room, clean but cramped.

Reception staff were excellent and helpful room cleaners perfect.

Staff was very rude and starting swearing at us because we left our bags in the baggage storage for more than 2 hours. While leaving our stuff we had asked for them to hold our bags for the whole day and then said they hold for 24hs complimentary and charge 10 euros per day after that.

Bien situado. La habitación algo pequeña.

Hotel muito simples. Quarto pequeno e banheiro um tanto apertado, mas imaginei que fosse assim pelo preço cobrado. A localização é excelente, região bacana e perto da estação de trem para quem pretende viajar para outras cidades.

Lugar perfecto si tienes un vuelo temprano desde Madrid. Queda cerca del metro y se llega al centro en media hora, y en taxi se llega a Barajas en menos de 10 minutos. Lugar muy limpio y staff muy amigable. Recomendado

Habitación pequeña y poco iluminada, pero acorde con el precio. Adecuado para una estancia corta. Muy buena ubicación, bien comunicado y facilidad de aparcamiento.

I like their breakfast. Unlike the regular continental one, we are served toast, orange juice and coffee by waiter. We can also have choice of different kinds of coffee.
