Eco Via Lusitana

We regularly use Eco Via Lusitana for family visits and always find the staff friendly and the rooms comfortable. The breakfasts are very good. There is an in-house cafe/bar with reasonably priced snacks, open through the day. The surrounding area is not great and access to the city centre isn't easy until you have mastered the bus and metro network.

El personal del hotel muy atento, sin quejas. las habitaciones de un tamaño correcto, pero los colchones y el sillon estaban muy gastaditos. el suelo tambien necesitaria una actualizacion. desde fuera se veia dejado, la puerta giratoria de entrada no funcionaba y costaba mucho moverla. Para una noche, suficiente. Metro y autobuses cerca del hotel.

El acceso a recepción intransitable y así lleva meses. El aire no funciona así como la caja fuerte. El desayuno sota, caballo y rey.

Cómodo y asequible. Pequeño pero con las instalaciones necesarias. Zona poco concurrida pero con escasas conexiones de bus y metro.

First the good: nice lobby, super good lobby and kitchen staff, very convenient to metro, great hot water shower, big bath tub. 100 meters to good grocery store and cafes. Clean self serve laundry right across the street. The bad: all hallway walls very dinged up and desperately need new wallpaper for ALL the tears, room wall corners and tub caulk very bad condition. The very bad: the room we were given should NEVER have been rented out. The ceiling hall had a huge (6 inches) black water spot on the ceiling. We didnt see it when we checked in as we were very tired from travel. We saw it the next morning but had plans for the day that were tight, so we didnt ask for a new room. Also the bath smelled of a sewer leak. The next night it started raining from the black spot. The very good: at midnight the front desk person quickly got us into a new room that was in 8/10 repair state (so a nice enough room).

Péssima, o quarto pequeno para 3 pessoas, quando comprei pelo hoteis.com informei que eram 2 adultos e 1 criança de 16 anos. E no voucher veio 3 camas, porem o me cobraram a parte pela cama extra, a qual deixava o quarto intransitável. Não conseguia abria a porta do armário. A janela do quarto não fechava direito fazendo que ficasse gelado. O controle de temperatura não permitia ajuste para que pudesse aumentar a temperatura do quarto. Dormimos de agasalho. Outro ponto, o andar cheirava a cigarro e vi um hospede sair do quarto fumando,( Na reserva dizia não fumante) Não mudei por estar muito cansado e ser fim de viagem. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos, principalmente os da cafeteria e limpeza. Estacionamento pago a parte, porem fácil de utilizar. É afastado do centro, assim se for utilizar transporte publico vai gastar bastante tempo. Estação do metro perto, porem para chegar ao centro histórico são 2 trocas de estações e uns 50 minutos de percurso. Entrono muito bom, com uma pizzaria e dois restaurantes na frente do hotel, bem como 2 supermercados e um mercadinho de frutas muito bom. Lugar tranquilo a noite. Banheiro com boa pressão na agua. Possui geladeira no quarto e um cardápio básico na cafeteria. Achei o preço do café da manha caro pelo que aparentemente oferece.

Très bon sejour, lieu propre et personnel agréable. Je recommende !

Can't find any low points really... Just maybe an observation: add a second Dust bin in the room (not just in the Bathroom) It was a nice experience.

La entrada del alojamiento con baldosas sueltas, sin luz lo cual da pie a que tengas un accidentes. En cuanto a la habitación, el precio no sé corresponde con lo que ofrecen. Pareces sucias, ventanas que no cierran, mosquitos en las habitaciones, techos sucios de goteras y muy muy muy ruidoso ya que por los pasillos no tienen ni moqueta por lo cual cuando pasa la gente por el se escucha todo. Paredes de pladur en el que parece que compartes cuarto.con el vecino. No se merece ni un punto.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Das Hotel befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber von uns bewusst so ausgesucht. Sowohl Bus- als auch Metrohaltestellen sind in der Nähe und direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt.

Las camas son comodísimas y todo estaba muy limpio. El personal también fue muy amable

La ducha deja mucho que desear. El soporte no sostiene la alcachofa y es necesario sujetarla con la mano, siendo incómodo tener que enjabonarse y aclararse con una sola mano. Además la bañera no tiene ningún elemento para evitar resbalar y es fácil caerse.

-Nos gustó porque nos pusieron las habitaciones contiguas, silenciosas y muy buenas camas. Dormimos muy bien. -No nos gustó que el primer dia olia mucho a tabaco en la habitación y hacia mucha calor... Tuvimos que dejar las ventanas abiertas en toda nuestra estacia las 24h.

El hotel está bastante bien por el precio que me costó, la habitación muy agradable y confortable aunque mucho calor por la noche para dormir, el desayuno buffet un poco escaso.

Overall the stay was almost perfect. Maria José, Nacho, Lucia were exceptionally friendy and went beyond to help me. The cleaners were patient and understanding and catered to my need. Hotel is 2min from metro and bus stops. 2 supermarkets within 100m. Almost excellent stay but 1 dishonest staff Nino tried to charge me for things I did not touch. I would ask the direction to remove him as he is tarnishing the good work of the other staffs. He wanted to charge me for all products in room fridge even though I did not touch them. Otherwise, the rest was perfect.

It was convenient to move around because it was near the subway station. It was so unpleasant that I couldn't eat at breakfast. An employee was in charge of all the breakfast services, so he was complaining loudly as if he were throwing a tableware. It's a terrible hotel I don't want to go again.

Todo muy bien, los recepcionistas muy majos y se descolgó la puerta del armario y nos cambiaron de habitación a las Suite porque no quedaban más habitaciones disponibles en ese momento y sin coste adicional . Hemos ido dos veces a Madrid y si vamos más veces me seguiré alojando en este hotel sin lugar a dudas

Told we had to use their taxi service that they were under contract with. This taxi charged us twice the amount that other taxis we chose for the same mileage. To charge people 10 euros for such a minimal selection of breakfast food is crazy. We went and bought food at a local market to last 4 days for 17 euros. Finally, when we asked if there was a laundromat nearby, the desk clerk stated they handled it and gave me a charge sheet. One women's blouse would cost 7 Euros and the minimum of garments was three. Later we discovered a laundromat across the street in the same block.

El hotel estaba muy bien, cerca del metro. La habitación amplia, el desayuno muy bien, el cuarto de baño muy bien. No dudaré en repetir.

Quarto razoavel, bairro não é muito bom

Estaba muy bien comunicada y cerca del Palacio Vistalegre. Las camas eran muy cómodas y grandes. Además tenía una bañera muy espaciosa. La habitación y el hotel eran preciosos

El hotel es correcto, con un desayuno correcto, quizás se nota algo el desgaste en algunas partes del hotel. Pero en general buena experiencia.
