Exceptional Stay – Faultless Service! I had a truly wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Pune. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing—welcoming, efficient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The hotel's services are top-notch; the laundry service was prompt and returned everything in pristine condition. Additionally, the dining options on-site are fantastic. Every restaurant delivered great food and excellent service. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune and look forward to returning!

Great hotel with helpful personnel and great food and breakfast. I did not much appreciate the fact that the pool was closed at 6 PM. After a hot day on site with customer and returning back to the hotel at 6:30 PM I pretty much would have loved to take a swim before grabbing some food, but this was not possible- bad decision I would say and this was the first time ever I had experienced it in my long business travels around the globe; usually pools close as from 8 PM. Internet was unstable and AC could not be lowered below 20 degrees, which was not good.

I first stayed here 20 years ago when this hotel was Le Meridien. I was in Pune with my daughters whilst my husband was out of town so decided to have a trip down memory lane with them. The hotel is as lovely and grand as ever, the rooms are comfortable with the Indian service you expect from a 5 star. Food on room service, main restaurant and the Chinese restaurant was delicious. Helpful concierge and front of house staff if you need assistance with Uber etc. Lobby area is just gorgeous to sit in and the pool terrace perfect to escape the heat. Well equipped gym and recreation centre which the kids loved (includes air hockey, table tennis etc).

This was a perfect getaway with my family. Very friendly and kind staff. My daughter was really happy with sumana and Sapna. They went out their way to accommodate us in connecting room also surprising my daughter with cake and gifts. Best experience. Thank you 🤗
