All around great. There is a pond a few feet away and was nice to sit on the deck after a long day. This owner takes great pride in the property and it shows. It was cozy, well maintained and just perfect for my needs this weekend. Instructions were clear and all around 5 stars.

We brought our 1yr old pup to take duck hunting. There was enough room in the livingroom/kitchen area for her travel kennel. Beds were comfy, shower was awesome and the tv had plenty Chanel’s to watch. We met the owners and they were super nice! Property was beautiful with ducks in the pond!

We enjoyed our short two night get away. Tom was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Just bring your clothes and boat! Neighborhood was quiet and we had plenty of room to park our truck and boat. Will definitely stay again!

There were 2 of us and the space was great. The bunk beds are solid for 4 people, but the space might be a little small for 4 guys with all your gear. Good parking for boat & Truck. You will have to disconnect truck.

Property was very easy to check in, the property was very clean and the owners were super nice and very well at communicating. It was easy for us to come and go at the early morning hours to hunt and fish and come back after dark with no issues. Able to park our 2 cars and our boat there too with no problem.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice little rental. It was very clean and comfortable. I really loved the big open shower! In our spare time in the evenings, we hung out at the picnic table in the patio area or walked over to the nice size pond with a pier with seating. The ducks and geese were eager to greet us too. They followed us around and quacked and honked but were very polite and kept their distance. It would be a great place for a family to stay. The owners were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. This will be my choice again in the future

Property is very well appointed with plenty of towels etc. Very nice and clean.Improvement suggestion: get rid of the plastic landscape trim along the sidewalk - trim is loose creating a serious trip hazard. I was tripped by it twice but, luckily, did not fall.

The bungalow and barnacle were super cute, well stocked with everything you need. The beds were super comfy and the chairs outside under the covered porch out looking the pond and all the birds eating and feeding the baby birds was awesome. The kids liked fishing and a short drive to the beach was great. We had a small little issue with the AC but Mr. Hans quickly responded and had someone come out to check on it. We would definitely recommend and we look forward to coming back.

This was the perfect place to stay for our fishing getaway! The owners were very kind and responsive. The homes had everything we needed and then some. Multiple properties available at the same location was a nice surprise, as we were able to add an additional house and invite more family. We will definitely be back and recommend to others!

My husband and I enjoyed the property. It was clean and the bathroom is huge and the beds were comfortable. The mini splits worked very well and kept the place really cold. For our short stay it was perfect and a good rate to rent. I would rent again when I’m in POC again.

this place is cozy and very clean. the beds and pillows are super comfy fr. its very quiet nobody bothers you. i have stayed in the past, its a great spot for your fisherman, or little family get away. its close to the beach and there are shops you can go to right around the corner. Its just a great spot!!

this place is cozy and very clean. the beds and pillows are super comfy fr. its very quiet nobody bothers you. i have stayed in the past, its a great spot for your fisherman, or little family get away. its close to the beach and there are shops you can go to right around the corner. Its just a great spot!!
