Hotel was perfect and clean

Amazing service from all the staff. Every one was outstanding. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. The food is priced highly but it always is in hotels. The mini-shop prices were outrageous because you have no other options nearby. The leisure facilities were good but the changing rooms were filthy. I visited on a Sunday and you could tell that a lot of people had been there. It is open to the public so all of the shower products were used up, the floor was wet everywhere with mud from shoes mixed in. Expect public baths rather than Marriott standard.

We had a lovely nice stay. Hotel was cozy and quiet. Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay, fantastic gym facilities, pool sauna etc. and great breakfast and dining options. We dined at the San Carlo restaurant which was absolutely outstanding.

Disappointed that the water pressure in my room was very low. It meant that the shower rose was only effective when I knelt down in the bath. Otherwise no complaints, clean room, helpful staff and good value considering location to Manchester airport
