The property advertises a Spa, but it doesn't have one. The property advertises a Gym, but it's run by an external company, who are rude and unwelcoming to hotel guests, with no machines even available to use. The property is undergoing refurbishment and is a mess. Trying to contact the staff is impossible as they don't answer the phones. I booked for 4 days, but moved to another hotel part way through the stay. Unless you need to be in this hotel for an event, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else ... anywhere else.

I had a very good stay here and truly appreciated the high quality of services offered. The food was excellent, and having 24-hour access to the gym was a huge plus! However, the hotel is right in the middle of town and surrounded by extremely busy streets. Because of this, street noise comes into the room, even late at night. If you are looking for a quiet place, I would not recommend it. That being said, I still very much enjoyed my time here.

We always enjoy staying at the Crowne Plaza Manila and have become repeat visitors because our children love how conveniently it’s connected to the mall. The location makes it easy for our family to shop, dine, and relax without having to travel far. Our room was clean and comfortable overall. We did notice a cockroach on the nightstand one evening, which was unfortunate, but aside from that, everything else went smoothly during our stay. One small suggestion would be regarding breakfast. We felt that the breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn on the opposite side offered a better layout and seemed to have a wider selection of Filipino dishes. It would be great to see more local options at the Crowne Plaza as well. Overall, we had another pleasant stay and appreciate the friendly service and convenience the hotel offers. Thank you, and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Pretty solid choice. I am extremely noise sensitive and the hotel is on a very busy street so ask for a high floor quiet facing room. I could occasionally hear some traffic but didn't bother me so probably won't bother you. Very powerful somewhat loud aircon and like most hotels the control panel was hard to figure out but I eventually did and got the fan low enough to not be noisy. Why not just a low medium high fan switch and a dial on the side to set the temperature? The hotel adjoins a very large nice shopping mall. Other than that not much action in the immediate neighborhood. About a 12 minute walk to the elevated rail line which is underrated if you are going to where it goes. At rush hour it's a lot faster than a taxi and not that crowded. If there is a motorcycle taxi it would be 3 minute ride. You might consider downloading Grab which is their version of Uber but you pay in cash not credit card so no data security risks etc.
