2 night stay the bed was comfy. Room had everything you would need. Lady’s at reception had a nice smile and was helpful. I would stay again. Only downfall is the parking is tight but I drive a bigger car.

Clean and Tidy and generally quiet although B4 is right on the driveway out and we had skip bins being wheeled past at 6.30am. Walls a bit thin too - could hear neighbours coughing during the night. Close walking to the Pier and Ackland Street shops. Paid for parking as not really any street parking available in the near vacinity.

Everything was fine but nothing extra. Late checkout comes at a charge of $25 per hour - never heard that before…. Good position, car park tricky, especially for SUV because of height.

Very good location in a quiet street. Just around the corner from Fitzroy Street hint. There is parking available but for very low vehicles. If you contact them you can go around the back and it's higher to get in.

Enjoyed staying a week at the Quest St Kilda, close to shops, restaurants, trams & the beach. The Quest staff were very good - friendly, helpful & accomodating. Cleaning staff were great too, appreciate the job they did in our room each day.

The location of this Quest is amazing. Very close to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. The apartment is spacious, but very tired, and wasn't 100% clean. Also, the website says there is a shuttle bus to the airport, but it seems they stopped doing that after COVID, and forgot to update the website. The shower is annoying and could be upgraded. The bed is very comfy!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was not done one day even when we asked if it could be done. Toiletries were not refilled so we had no body wash for several days. Not bad value. Pool was nice.

Very mediocre hotel. Very run down and seemed like it had not been properly cleaned in years. Hotel ran out of towels for 2 days. Disappointed. Upside was proximity to beach but that did not outweigh all the negatives. Not worth the price.

Lovely and clean very helpful staff. close walking distance to where we needed to go. What I didn't like was how hard it is to get to with one way streets etc. Car GPS wouldn't pick it up.

An older property that is still ok. Bathroom tiles/shower could do with a refurb due to the inground mould in the grout and corners. People should be aware of the noise from the Espy on the weekends (well I think it was, unless it was the neighbours music playing most of Saturday and Sunday).

Have stayed here before and was hopeful of a better experience. Reception and check-in are fine, but the apartments are in desperate need of a serious clean and maintenance, particularly the bathrooms. Location is great, size is good, ample crockery, etc. Seriously lacking accessible power points. They're all tucked behind beds, couches etc.

Although the wi-fi was good, it wouldn't allow you to connect it to the TV to watch any streaming services whilst there. Otherwise everything else was good.

Our room was huge and the bed is massive for 2 people over 6ft was a Dream. Beautiful view of the old church in the park across from us. Will be back.

The appartment are great, spacious with everything needed for cooking, for laundry. Beds super comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed tge pool. All members of staff were very helpful, professional and very pleasant. I very much felt welcomed

lucky having a corner room, we where part of a large party on various floors over the week but many said walls are paper thin could hear conversations cougthing and various other noises! The property is convenient for St Kilda access to city via trams etc so no problems getting around also many cafes around Quest is a basic serviced apartment that suits the price reflects at time of booking, and who really spends all day when on a visit We where not informed of the pool being out of commission before arriving but weather would have stopped kids from using What I would like to say the cleaning staff were honest enough to hand in ipad and phone and the reception staff emailed immediately but we were home by then but kind enough to post to home address so a big thank you to all, overall it is a basic quest with amenities you need on a daily basis while on short stay holiday

This trip was a nightmare! When we got there we were told the lifts were running slow but they had been checked and were fine to use. 5 mins later we are stuck inside it for 25 mins on a 34 degree day. Daughter was having panic attacks I had one once we were out and they compensated us with free parking and a $100 voucher we couldn’t use at a restaurant as we were there for a wedding. No follow up the day after and when we expressed our concerns via email basically they said they would take on our feedback!! Never going back!!! So traumatic!

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The servicing of the rooms was well done. We paid for parking on site and it was well worth it. It is walking distance to three different shopping areas and close to the tram.

Very good location in a quiet street. Just around the corner from Fitzroy Street hint. There is parking available but for very low vehicles. If you contact them you can go around the back and it's higher to get in.

Have stayed here before and was hopeful of a better experience. Reception and check-in are fine, but the apartments are in desperate need of a serious clean and maintenance, particularly the bathrooms. Location is great, size is good, ample crockery, etc. Seriously lacking accessible power points. They're all tucked behind beds, couches etc.

The location of this Quest is amazing. Very close to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. The apartment is spacious, but very tired, and wasn't 100% clean. Also, the website says there is a shuttle bus to the airport, but it seems they stopped doing that after COVID, and forgot to update the website. The shower is annoying and could be upgraded. The bed is very comfy!
