Excelente hotel en general con personal muy agradable y bien capacitado. Sería bueno que el agua de la alberca estuviera climatizada con calefacción solar igual que el servicio de agua caliente de los cuartos. El servicio en general es excelente. La comodidad de las habitaciones es excepcional pero los acabados pueden mejorar, respetando las características arquitectónicas de la Hacienda. El restaurante ofrece excelentes opciones de alimentos y muy buen servicio a precios razonables. El precio de la estancia por noche es alto tomando en cuenta el nivel de lujo y servicios ofrecidos, en comparación con otras haciendas y hoteles del mismo nivel. Concluyendo, regresaría a hospedarme con mucho gusto a la Hacienda Temozón.

The place has seen better days and it does not deserve the price they are asking. Rooms are spacious but seems not to have been touched since 2007. Pool chairs are falling apart and restaurant offering hasn’t seen much innovation since 2007. Overall they are asking 5 star prices for a 3 star experience.

À notre arrivée nous découvrons une Hacienda typique avec un jardin bien entretenu. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits pensant trouver tranquillité et service de qualité. Malheureusement nous avons vécu une mauvaise expérience malgré le prix de 500€/nuits! - coup de fusil de chasse de jour comme de nuit c’est très surprenant - arnaque sur les petits déjeuners acheté 45€/ personnes sur hôtels.com et dont l’établissement n’autorise que 410 pesos soit 20€! D’autres petits déjeuners sont proposés mais en suppléments! - aucun service à la piscine (non chauffée), nous avons passé plus de 2 heures au bord de la piscine avec des plats non évacués et sans que personnes ne viennent nous voir pour passer une commande. - il faut insister et rappeler pour avoir le nettoyage de la chambre journalier, à 15h il n’était toujours pas fait. - les repas sont de mauvais rapport qualité prix mais comme il n’y a rien aux alentours ils en profitent sûrement. - l’hôtel refuse d’appliquer les 20% de réduction membre silver sur les consommations prévus au moment de la réservation. Sans oublier les pourboires insistants. J’ai demandé à parler au manager pour échanger sur notre expérience, l’accueil m’a indiqué qu’il serait disponible seulement après notre départ! Nous avons passer 15 jours au Mexique et cet établissement est le seul a nous avoir beaucoup déçu. Le conseil que je donnerai et de ne pas séjourner dans cette établissement loin de tout, vous perdrez du temps et de l’argent.

We spent an amazing four days at the Hacienda. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path. It’s a very unique and historic location. There is a small cenote on site that you can’t swim in and a slightly larger cenote a 30 minute walk away. Unfortunately we couldn’t get our spa/ bath to fill up. Overall great trip.

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed. The upgraded room’was fabulous Calming, available bird watching tours on premises, private cenote where guests can swim privately, haciéda tours, the spa services are amazing; i recommend you try the « ritual » The staff is kind, knowledgeable and diligent I loved this place!!🌻🌻

Me devolvieron mi auto con detalles de raspaduras. También alguien intento quitarle la tolva de la parte delantera y yo sin darme cuenta al poner en marcha el auto, la pieza se fue raspando con el piso dañándola por completo. Tras los hechos, negaron que algo pudo ocurrir dentro del estacionamiento de la hacienda. Pero al no contar con cámaras de seguridad, y un muro de 1 metro, me hizo estar completamente seguro que se vandalizo mi auto dentro de su estacionamiento.

It\'s an old rope-making "hacienda", with what is the factory "ruins" located behind the swimming pool. Quite atmospheric. Food was excellent. Staff friendly and willing to please. The big downside is the inconvenience of the various aspects of the facility, which is quite spread out. The swimming pool is a 5-7 minute walk from the rooms. The car park is also about the same distance in a different direction. The walkways are composed of irregular stones, which impedes fast walking. This property is definitely not "accessible". Nothing much to do here, though Uxmal is only 45 minutes away. Our first night the water in the shower ran only lukewarm (meaning, I couldn\'t take a shower - quite disappointing considering the price of the room).

A beautiful Hacienda located in the middle of nowhere. Staff mainly from local people, very friendly. Very clean however the property needs some maintenance. The Restaurant is wonderful with a very nice view to the garden and pool. A lot of things to do close to the property but you need a car or hire a taxi driver for the day because nearby attractions are at least 30 minutes driving.

Really enjoyed the hacienda experience. I found the stay to be a bit noisy with its proximity to a nearby pueblo. The staff was very friendly and certainly accommodating.

Établissement incroyable, tout l historique de cette Hacienda vous transporte ds un autre temps. Cuisine excellente. Service correct . Juste un peu bruyant les chiens du village tres proche aboient tte la nuit

It\'s an old rope-making "hacienda", with what is the factory "ruins" located behind the swimming pool. Quite atmospheric. Food was excellent. Staff friendly and willing to please. The big downside is the inconvenience of the various aspects of the facility, which is quite spread out. The swimming pool is a 5-7 minute walk from the rooms. The car park is also about the same distance in a different direction. The walkways are composed of irregular stones, which impedes fast walking. This property is definitely not "accessible". Nothing much to do here, though Uxmal is only 45 minutes away. Our first night the water in the shower ran only lukewarm (meaning, I couldn\'t take a shower - quite disappointing considering the price of the room).

Excelente hotel en general con personal muy agradable y bien capacitado. Sería bueno que el agua de la alberca estuviera climatizada con calefacción solar igual que el servicio de agua caliente de los cuartos. El servicio en general es excelente. La comodidad de las habitaciones es excepcional pero los acabados pueden mejorar, respetando las características arquitectónicas de la Hacienda. El restaurante ofrece excelentes opciones de alimentos y muy buen servicio a precios razonables. El precio de la estancia por noche es alto tomando en cuenta el nivel de lujo y servicios ofrecidos, en comparación con otras haciendas y hoteles del mismo nivel. Concluyendo, regresaría a hospedarme con mucho gusto a la Hacienda Temozón.

À notre arrivée nous découvrons une Hacienda typique avec un jardin bien entretenu. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits pensant trouver tranquillité et service de qualité. Malheureusement nous avons vécu une mauvaise expérience malgré le prix de 500€/nuits! - coup de fusil de chasse de jour comme de nuit c’est très surprenant - arnaque sur les petits déjeuners acheté 45€/ personnes sur hôtels.com et dont l’établissement n’autorise que 410 pesos soit 20€! D’autres petits déjeuners sont proposés mais en suppléments! - aucun service à la piscine (non chauffée), nous avons passé plus de 2 heures au bord de la piscine avec des plats non évacués et sans que personnes ne viennent nous voir pour passer une commande. - il faut insister et rappeler pour avoir le nettoyage de la chambre journalier, à 15h il n’était toujours pas fait. - les repas sont de mauvais rapport qualité prix mais comme il n’y a rien aux alentours ils en profitent sûrement. - l’hôtel refuse d’appliquer les 20% de réduction membre silver sur les consommations prévus au moment de la réservation. Sans oublier les pourboires insistants. J’ai demandé à parler au manager pour échanger sur notre expérience, l’accueil m’a indiqué qu’il serait disponible seulement après notre départ! Nous avons passer 15 jours au Mexique et cet établissement est le seul a nous avoir beaucoup déçu. Le conseil que je donnerai et de ne pas séjourner dans cette établissement loin de tout, vous perdrez du temps et de l’argent.

Its suppoused to be a pet friendly hotel, nevertheless you cannot access the only restaurant they have with your pet so it is not that much, where are you suppoused to leave your dog while you eat, there is no other option around. The people is extremely friendly and helpful except for Eder from the front desk whos only answer for any request is always "not possible or not available, whether is breaking a bill or asking for the manager or any other. Beautiful landscape and again, super nice and friendly staff.

En general, el lugar, la habitación, el ambiente y la comida estuvieron excelentes. Solamente nos vamos con una impresión no tan grata sobre un miembro del personal del restaurante, ya que fuimos a cenar y nos percatamos de que había cierta diferencia en el trato a huéspedes extranjeros y a nosotras mexicanas. Vimos que a ellos no se les exigía tener el cubrebocas colocado en áreas comunes y donde se debería utilizar, así como la atención y amabilidad que no se dió por igual. Esperemos que en próximas visitas se pueda tratar por igual a extranjeros como a mexicanos.

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed. The upgraded room’was fabulous Calming, available bird watching tours on premises, private cenote where guests can swim privately, haciéda tours, the spa services are amazing; i recommend you try the « ritual » The staff is kind, knowledgeable and diligent I loved this place!!🌻🌻

This place is paradise! It is absolutely beautiful! If you really want to rest & recharge this is the place. Secluded & Quiet with nature all around you. The hotel staff is outstanding! they treat you like royalty! Food at restaurant is excellent as well. The only thing to consider, there's absolutely nothing to do outside the 111 acres of the Hacienda property. You are literally out in the middle of the forest, about 50 mins from Merida. So going back and forth to the city and back can add up. Can't wait to go back though!!

Really enjoyed the hacienda experience. I found the stay to be a bit noisy with its proximity to a nearby pueblo. The staff was very friendly and certainly accommodating.

Short one night stay but wish we could have stayed more to make the most of the peacefulness and sensitively restored historic property. Food was fantastic and it was a short drive to the wonderful Mucuyche cenotes.

A beautiful Hacienda located in the middle of nowhere. Staff mainly from local people, very friendly. Very clean however the property needs some maintenance. The Restaurant is wonderful with a very nice view to the garden and pool. A lot of things to do close to the property but you need a car or hire a taxi driver for the day because nearby attractions are at least 30 minutes driving.

Un lugar increíble con mucha historia, el personal de todas las áreas muy amable, la comida riquísima excelentemente presentada, la habitación muy espaciosa, limpia y con todas las amenidades que pudieras necesitar. Totalmente recomendable !!!

This place is paradise! It is absolutely beautiful! If you really want to rest & recharge this is the place. Secluded & Quiet with nature all around you. The hotel staff is outstanding! they treat you like royalty! Food at restaurant is excellent as well. The only thing to consider, there's absolutely nothing to do outside the 111 acres of the Hacienda property. You are literally out in the middle of the forest, about 50 mins from Merida. So going back and forth to the city and back can add up. Can't wait to go back though!!

It\'s an old rope-making "hacienda", with what is the factory "ruins" located behind the swimming pool. Quite atmospheric. Food was excellent. Staff friendly and willing to please. The big downside is the inconvenience of the various aspects of the facility, which is quite spread out. The swimming pool is a 5-7 minute walk from the rooms. The car park is also about the same distance in a different direction. The walkways are composed of irregular stones, which impedes fast walking. This property is definitely not "accessible". Nothing much to do here, though Uxmal is only 45 minutes away. Our first night the water in the shower ran only lukewarm (meaning, I couldn\'t take a shower - quite disappointing considering the price of the room).

Really enjoyed the hacienda experience. I found the stay to be a bit noisy with its proximity to a nearby pueblo. The staff was very friendly and certainly accommodating.
