I checked in at around 1am and the employee asked if I had a vehicle and I said yes and he told me that it’s $18 per day. I said that’s fine. The next morning I tried to get out of the parking lot and I couldn’t get out. I had to go back inside and wait in a big line of people to get my card activated to be able to get out. Why wouldn’t he just do that when I checked in the night before. What if I was on a tight schedule and had to get out right away. I couldn’t.

Great friendly staff. 1 out of only 2 elevators were out of service hence the decrease in stars. A sign on where the stairs can be access would’ve been helpful. Operating on 1 elevator is inconvenient not only to guests but especially when cleaning carts were also using it. I’m not from the area but considering the space I don’t really get the charge for the parking and why it can’t be complimentary for those who stay.

Pool and hot tub were broken - did not communicate this with us upon check-in. Four kids in bathing suits staring at a drained pool. We literally had booked a hotel for kids to be able to swim and they would not offer refund. Will give them a little credit for shuttling us 30 minutes round trip to airport terminal Marriot for a short swim swim but still... website does not say pool is out of service.

Hotel beautiful as you walk in. Resturants near by. Parking extra. Hot tub down :( was little disappointed as I was looking forward too. Breakfast we only did one day was okay. Gym was nice and useful. Washing machines on site. Rooms clean thank you to the wonderful staff at Marriott. Always feel safe and welcoming.

They allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated. Large room, comfortable bed. Great pool. Decent breakfast. Waiting for airport shuttle can take up to 45 min, so plan accordingly.

Accueillant , belle piscine et spa, navette pour l'aéroport, notre chambre était parfaite comme un appartement super beau et proche de l'entrée, pas trop cher donc abordable pour nous et le déjeuner compris était vraiment parfait avec beaucoup de choix sur toute la nourriture et tout était vraiment bon!

We enjoyed the property but missed a tread mill in the gym and coffee/tea service in the lobby. Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and spacious and everything felt clean. Overall would stay here again

Breakfast is above average. We checked in late and were given a room on main floor. Until 2AM, there was constant noise from doors opening and closing. Parking is reasonable but limited if one checks in late.

The airport shuttle is very convenient and reliable. The reception is prompt and friendly. The breakfast was substandard and the breakfast hours 6 am-9 am, were not so convenient. The room was very small, I had a king suite, with a sofa bed and kitchenette, however, the sofa bed was facing the King Bed and was impossible to open or use due to lack of space.

Room 310. Staff were great and helpful. Coin-operated laundry facilities available. Pool, hot tub and fitness were nice. Breakfast was great! Only caveat of our room was my mom slept on the sofa bed, which unfortunately was not comfortable. Keep in mind, for those renting this room with someone sleeping on the couch, the bathroom access is through the bedroom

Recently stayed at the property for 3 nights. Pros: central location in the Montreal area, close to the airport, room was large, and the "free" breakfast is always nice (they had bread, cereals, oatmeal, a few hot options, coffee, juice, etc). Cons: 1/ being close to the airport, there was *a lot* of plane noise during our stay. Noticeable in the mornings and later into the evenings. Be aware of this before booking. 2/ breakfast was good, but it was extremely extremely busy. There are signs posted about "quieter" times to go, but either way food was still running out, garbage cans were overflowing, and there was minimal/no seating during the morning rushes.

We stayed for 3 nights. Comfortable. Staff very attentive and provided whatever you needed quickly. Breakfast was decent. Neat airport but didn’t hear planes. Near a movie complex and some fast food and dine-in restaurants.

We were 3 and stayed in a one bedroom apt. Sofa lit was comfortable. Really well appointed room. Only gray area is that the bathroom is within the main bedroom so if kids… staying in they will need to enter the room to go to bathroom /to use the bathroom sink.. The complimentary breakfast was great and had some cook items (scramble eggs, sausages, potatoes..) as well as cereal, toast, muffins, pastries, porridge..

The staff was so kind and efficient. Check in was a breeze. We had some time before catching our flight so we walked around for a couple of miles outside. Everything on your property was clean. The breakfast staff was quick with cooking and dining area cleanup.

I’ve travelled quite a bit, and the reception staff here were the rudest I’ve ever had. We booked this hotel, due to it having a pool, so we paid more and once there the pool was under reconstruction. Then I got told it’s my fault for booking through Expedia. I also was treated like an inconvenience when I couldn’t find the laundry room, and was just told “it’s on the bottom floor” but with no signage I had no idea and had to try and open each door to see where it was. I was there with my children and my wife had gone there for surgery, so I was not happy to find no pool, and then having to walk around to find laundry. Almost left the hotel but too hard too move everything with the kids. Jodi from the weekend breakfast crew was amazing tho, as were the housekeeping staff!

The employees were amazing and always helpful. I can’t remember specific names but the lady usually on night was super amazing and the lady with dreadlocks (I apologize I don’t remember their names) was also very helpful!

The stay was great! Very accommodating. Breakfast was good - friendly reminder that they are VERY strict on the closing times. So if breakfast ends at 10, that means that the doors are closed and everything is put away by 10:00 on the dot! So go early! The pool was clean with lots of towels available. Anytime we called the front desk for anything, they were always quick to bring anything up, Such as: toilet paper(extra), extra blankets, ice: there is no public ice machine so you have to ask the front desk for some and they will bring up a bag. The only “complaint”(and I say that loosely as it isn’t really a complaint) is when I booked the hotel, I put in the notes that I would like extra towels in the room and extra pillows(there were 4 women staying in our room in total), but there were no extras in the room when we arrived. Other than that, place was great! Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great! Very accommodating. Breakfast was good - friendly reminder that they are VERY strict on the closing times. So if breakfast ends at 10, that means that the doors are closed and everything is put away by 10:00 on the dot! So go early! The pool was clean with lots of towels available. Anytime we called the front desk for anything, they were always quick to bring anything up, Such as: toilet paper(extra), extra blankets, ice: there is no public ice machine so you have to ask the front desk for some and they will bring up a bag. Recently stayed at the property for 3 nights. Pros: central location in the Montreal area, close to the airport, room was large, and the "free" breakfast is always nice (they had bread, cereals, oatmeal, a few hot options, coffee, juice, etc). Cons: 1/ being close to the airport, there was *a lot* of plane noise during our stay. Noticeable in the mornings and later into the evenings. Be aware of this before booking. 2/ breakfast was good, but it was extremely extremely busy. There are signs posted about "quieter" times to go, but either way food was still running out, garbage cans were overflowing, and there was minimal/no seating during the morning rushes.

We stayed for 3 nights. Comfortable. Staff very attentive and provided whatever you needed quickly. Breakfast was decent. Neat airport but didn’t hear planes. Near a movie complex and some fast food and dine-in restaurants.

At first glance it looks like its in an industrial park with nothing around, but theres actually a large shopping mall thats a 7 minute walk or so, a mcdonalds, a walmart and an ikea. Very clean accomodations and modern, indoor pool was great for the kids. Airport shuttle is a huge bonus.

We had a great stay with our children in the suite. The pool was clean and the hot tub was nice and warm. Shops close by for all your needs. Staff were very nice and the YUL restaurant was tasty. Merci!

I liked our room. Lots of space and very clean. The breakfast could be better. The food wasn’t hot enough. Perhaps if the plates could be kept warm, this might help. Impossible to spread the butter on the toast as the butter was frozen.

Nous avons adoré cet hébergement. Nous y étions pour 3 nuits. La piscine était chaude et propre... Pas trop achalandée. Le personnel à la réception était très courtois. Le personnel à l'entretien a répondu à nos demandes rapidement (serviettes additionnelles par exemple). Les lieux étaient très propres (salle de bain, salon, cuisinette, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, etc.). L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport mais dans notre cas, c'était un avantage! Les enfants (et les adultes aussi) ont adoré regarder les avions décoller et atterrir... Le bruit (très faible) ne nous a pas importuné et on voit qu'en fin de journée, c'est moins achalandé. La proximité de l'autoroute a rendu nos déplacements vers laval assez faciles et le temps de trafic était très raisonnable (20 minutes en moyenne).

Breakfast was alright. not enough bread options and the pastry were horrible. The pull-out sofa bed was aweful, could not sleep and my whole body ache in the morning and for several days after.

Clean. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Suggest in room Kuerig or expresso coffee machine instead. Breakfast doesn't have enough variety and coffee doesn't taste good. Shuttle service was excellent.

The breakfast was delicious. However, the shower drain was clogged, so I had to shower slowly and wait for the water to drain away. It was my first time experiencing a drainage issue like that at a hotel. Furthermore, the bedding provided for the sofa bed had short hairs on it—as if it had already been used—and the only cover was a thin, brown blanket similar to a lap throw. The sofa bed's mattress was also in terrible condition, with springs that had lost almost all their support; my family disliked sleeping on it. I have used sofa beds at other hotels where the mattresses were comfortable and the bedding was clean, matching the quality of the main bed's linens. The lack of proper room maintenance made the stay feel like a waste of money; the actual service was a far cry from what the hotel's brand tier would suggest.

My family and I enjoyed our 5 night stay at the hotel with good breakfast. Although the room service/cleaning was below average. I often had to chase down the staff to get towel replacement or get the room cleaned which was poorly done.
