Brunnenhof City Center

La chambre est assez grande. Il fait très chaud dans la chambre. La femme de chambre ne remplace pas les boîtes de mouchoirs vide et n’ajoute pas de papier de toilette. Aussi, elle ne ramasse pas les carafes d’eau vide ni les verres sales. Le personnel est médiocre à l’exception du gars qui nous a reçu la nuit de notre arrivée qui lui était vraiment très sympathique et aidant. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter, mais quartier non recommandable de soir.

The room was very clean and spacious. We were in a triple and had plenty of room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location ...10 min walk to the trainstation and an easy walk to Old Town.

Room was basic but clean. The sheets were so soft and smelled lovely and fresh. Breakfast was very nice. I was concerned when we arrived when the main area was in an active state of decorating, with ceiling being painted, but it was all put back and looked great when we returned on the evening. There is water available at all times, and staff happy to give us a kettle to use in the room. The surrounding area is close to the main train station and 10 mins walk to the city centre. There were some reviews about men hanging around in the neighbouring streets but I didn’t find them to be a problem, perhaps just a cultural thing. All in all very reasonable for the price.
