The room was very comfortable and nice. It was convenient for long stay that a small kitchen was installed. I also was able to wash my clothes in the loundry room.

We enjoyed a corner apartment: plenty of light and views of the streets from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Well appointed sizable bedroom, living room and bathroom. The kitchenette is very compact, but has everything required. Pleasant decor. Hotel staff were super friendly & helpful. Hotel laundry, sauna and fitness centre are all very well set up and a pleasure to use. Great location - a block from the river, a pleasant walk to the city centre, and with a supermarket right next door.

Hallo zusammen, Meine Bewertung geht aus den Erfahrungen hervor die ich selber vor Ort gemacht habe, es ist ratsam sich selber die Meinung zu bilden, ich kann nur versuchen euch etwas zu helfen bei eurer Entscheidung. Also, dass Hotel an sich ist rustikal man könnte hier ein Kino Film für Shining Teil drei drehen, war mein erster Gedanke als ich den Flur im 3 stock betrat, das Zimmer sah natürlich auch nicht anders aus, sehr viel braun und düster. Lage an sich okay, unten direkt ein Rewe (klein) zum einkaufen aber nur für nötigste, rund herum Bus und Bahn, Park Plätze gibt’s aber wie immer und überall in den Hotels teuer. Zimmer selber hatte eine ganz kleine Küche. Was super toll war, als Willkommens Geschenk bekommt man 2 Flaschen Wasser und 2 Flaschen Bier, nach Verzehr werden Sie wieder aufgefüllt, kostenlos, da sag ich nur Bravo, denn so etwas ist nicht selbstverständlich! Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind genial, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, höflich, freundlich, zuverlässig, Sie machten alles andere wieder besser so das man drüber weg schaute. Was auch toll ist, man kann ein Arzt zu sich bestellen falls nötig, Haus eigener Arzt fast herrlich. Waschmaschinen im Keller aber keine Trockner. Raucher Zimmer gibt es pro Etage nur eins, sonst auf der 4 er. Ein Balkon oder am Eingang des Hotels. Bilder sind beigefügt. Kleiner gym und Sauna gibt es auf, Sauna mit Termin nutzbar. Fazit: Kleiner Modernisierung wäre ratsam Ich hoffe ich konnte euch weiter helfen🤗

This hotel is awesome. Perfect for visiting downtown Munich, Oktoberfest, or the river area. The hotel has a very good breakfast option, paid laundry service and even spa/massage (you need to make appointments ahead of time). The staff is very helpful. Would stay here again!

Freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Leider war das Personal (meist nur eine Person) sehr überfordert. Die Nähe zum Fluss ist eine wirklich gute Lage. Der Fitnessbereich ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet.

Excellent place to stay! Parking is a bit expensive (24€ per night) but overall nice hotel. Staff is very kind too!

Un séjour tout à fait normal. Mais il fallait être patient pour prendre l'ascenseur. Il y en avait un systématiquement à l'arrêt. !!

My husband and I stayed four nights at the Prinzessin Elisabeth. Our room was very comfortable, warm, cosy and clean, and had a juliet balcony overlooking the quiet street outside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We are particularly grateful to the Bulgarian lady and young man from Madagascar at the reception desk. They helped us a lot with information about Munich, getting around the city and using the public transport system. The breakfasts were also excellent, and our room was tidied and cleaned every day to a high standard. Vielen Dank to all at the Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth!! We had a wonderful stay.

Great location to Octoberfest. The property is a bit dated. Our room had an non functioning safe, it took us 2 calls over 2 days to get it fixed. Also cleaning staff took all our towels but did not place clean ones.

Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich und das Personal ist nett. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle, sollte man also dringend etwas benötigen, dann ist das ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer des Hotels, natürlich je nach Preis, sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr alt und es riecht auch etwas muffig.

Great location. Front staff could have been friendlier and more helpful with common questions Room was ok clean but a lot of dust and pens and garbage in areas that weee not seen right away. Like under tables and stuff. Breakfast was not worth it. Do not order the option to buy and do not even go there. Walking a few blocks up the street you will get better food coffee and service. Staff seemed annoyed to help you at all.

Las habitaciones tiene alfombras muy viejas y el olor a humedad es muy desagradable.

Room was comfortable with clean bathroom, crisp white sheets and a mini kitchen fully equipped.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly enough at reception and cleaners were extremely friendly. No daily cleaning as advertised, only weekly. Property is not soundproof as advertised, room was very noisy.

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Vor 15 Jahren war es auch mal auf einem 4 Sterne Niveau. Aber ich verstehe nicht, wie man die Zimmer in einem derartig runtergekommenen Zustand belassen kann. DERAG ist eigentlich eine gute Marke, aber dieses Haus entspricht dem Anspruch nicht mehr. Die Zimmer müssten komplett renoviert werden. Es werden auch Kleinigkeiten wie nicht fixierbare Duschköpfe ignoriert, was die Erfahrung weiter trübt.

Loved that it had air conditioning. Stayed here for Oktoberfest. Not a bad walk, about 20 minutes. Surprised how quiet it was at night even with it being Oktoberfest time

While the Corporate room at Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth has its merits, including size, corporate board room, and location, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. Poor quality wifi, lack of basic amenities - toothbrush, shoe polish, coat hangers, water, milk in room, an empty fridge, reduced the quality of the stay.

Location next door to a well-stocked Rewe was extremely convenient for snacks, meals, and souvenirs. Our room came with a kitchenette that, while clearly old and very worn, was incredibly useful for breakfasts and cooking food from Rewe when we didn't want to go out to eat. The beds were soft, the blankets were white and comfortable. There was a scale in the closet, useful for weighing luggage before flights. There was no charger on one side of the bed, which was frustrating. Pleasantly surprised that our business double room (1 double bed) came with a desk, desk chair, sofa, and sofa chair, as well as 2 stools for the kitchenette area. So much seating! The A/C is terrible, as per many other reviews. We went in summer and the A/C would cut off in the middle of the night so I'd wake up in sweat. But then it would blow gently in the morning. The room came with a fan to mitigate the issue, but the fan was covered in dust and clearly not clean. I worried for my lungs. Our room faced the street so there was a little noise in the evening, but nothing that disturbed sleep. No noise from neighbors. Funky mirrored elevator. Pretty lobby. Free water and beer every day. If you drink it, they restock it. They also washed our dirty dishes we left in the sink.

Loved the kitchenette and the location. Only downside was the room was too warm and we couldn’t adjust the heat. We discovered the fan in the closet on the last night and that helped!

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut; zur Isar 4 Min.; Bushaltestelle zum HB und zum Marienplatz 3 Min entfernt. Zimmer sind schön und vor kurzem renoviert. Betten sehr bequem. Bad schön aber die Duschaufhängung ist falsch konzipiert, so dass man sich nur mit Duschkopf in der Hand abduschen kann😳. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht (wurde uns schon beim Einchecken mitgeteilt), der Fernseher funktionierte nicht ( was uns nicht störte, da man in München keinen Fernseher braucht😉).

Room was outdated, it was nice that it had a fridge, microwave and stove along with utensils, plates and pots if needed. There is a small grocery store next door which made it convenient.

Was the perfect location with easy access to the grocery store downstairs, dog area across the street, restaurant and cafes all around, walking paths everywhere, plenty of public transportation options within a 3min walk, rental scooters and bikes, readily available, just a half block to the riverfront. And the hotel itself was great, we were able to work remotely for a few days and cook in the mini kitchen, before heading out on the town at night and on the weekend. The staff was all super nice, over the course of our stay I interacted with at least 6 different employees and they were all super helpful and friendly, always with a smile. My wife and I are already talking about coming back in a few weeks. Love this place!

I was amazed that the people working at this hotel did not have a command of English; according to my friend nor did they have a good command of German? It took two days for them to understand that the TV in my room didn’t work. I do speak a little German, but the reception offered English and only spoke pigeon German. Otherwise a nice hotel near my friend’s apartment.

We stayed here during OktoberFest for 2 nights and the location was convenient to the Festival. The Hotel itself was fine, and it was nice to have 2 complimentary beers awaiting, however when we got to the room the wheels fell off. The room was very dark, had strange red carpet, dark walls and was not warm and inviting in the least. We discovered that the table lamp outlet on one side of the bed wasn’t working so couldn’t read to get to sleep. The shower had multiple holes filled with caulking that had mold, the small flap of a shower door is about 1/3rd the size it should be, so when you take a shower the entire floor of the bathroom gets wet. We had called down to the front desk to see what they could do and instead of just sending us to a different room (with working lights), they offered to have the technician come. So we are supposed to have a person we don’t know in our room for hours to fix things that should be working to begin with? They should have just moved us to a different room, I don’t get it. So we left things as is, but brought this up when we checked out and were met with absolutely ZERO empathy from the guy at the front desk. Not even a “sorry about this”, he just shrugged his shoulders and said “that’s the way it is in Hotels”. I am not kidding, this happened to me, i was shocked. We asked who in management we could speak to and all he gave us was an email address and the best part? He would NOT give us his name!! Seriously it was. Unbelievable.

We felt very welcomed at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The convenience of a little grocery store right outside was fantastic. There were a lot of transport options for getting around Munich within a very short walk. The rooms were a bit tired, and definitely could do with a refresh, but they are well laid out and very clean. We would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful location and a great hotel. We did have some issues with our room, but the staff was very responsive and we felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Munich.

Excelente hotel. Apesar de estar a cerca de 15 minutos do centro de ônibus, adoramos a localização. Bairro arborizado, calmo, longe das grandes concentrações de turistas. Equipe do hotel muito simpática e solicita, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. Quarto espaçoso e silencioso. Cafe da manhã excelente e variado. Realmente recomendo.

Sehr schönes Hotel, an der Isar gelegen, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Gut für Spaziergänge, aber auch das Zentrum ist nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar !

Rigtigt fint hotel med service-minded personale og rolige værelser. Hotellet ligger lidt langt fra U-bahn, men dejligt tæt på Isar og gode gode restauranter. Kan anbefales...

Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The location is convenient. There are several bus stops within walking distance that can take you to either where you want to go or to the U bahn or S bahn. We had a room at the front of the hotel but it wasn't noisy at all! The rooms are very quiet. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had a different room than the one I booked but it turned out a mistake was made and we had gotten an upgrade to the superior maisonette. The room was great. The kitchen and two bathrooms were very handy. The bed was great too! A lot of space. The pillows were a bit too soft for me. We only had breakfast one morning. This is €18 per person. It was a nice breakfast but not worth the money. The other days we got breakfast at the supermarket right next door which opens at 07:00 A.M. We also missed some towels to clean the dishes. If you're a Sisi fan (like me) this is also a nice hotel to stay at. There are a lot of paintings. It would have been nice if there had been at least one portrait of her in our room. We will definitely be staying here again during our next visit!

Schöne, große und saubere Zimmer. Die Lage zum Hinterhof sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Inhalt der Minibar, kostenlos, aber je nur zwei Flaschen Wasser und Bier. Das Frühstück ist für je 25 € leider auch sehr enttäuschend. Wenig Auswahl, eher schmales Angebot.. Insgesamt hätte ich mir von einem 4 Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet.

This hotel was fantastic. The only thing I would change is the central air function in the room. The internet could be a little better but overall no complaints. Did not get breakfast because it was €24/person.

3 days for a business trip in Munich. Great location, not far from the city center. Room with kitchenette and fridge, and 2 bottles of water and beer free of charge. Also coffee machine including 4 capsules. restaurant linked (but independant) to the hotel is great with a french Chef. They re-opened the kitchen while we arrived after the closure.
