Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per visitare Monaco. L'hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative, sia per la comodità della stanza, sia per i servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito. È possibile utilizzare la sauna dalle 17:00 alle 23:00 e gli asciugamani li mette a disposizione l'hotel. Purtroppo il bagno turco è guasto. La colazione è variegata e abbondante, sia dolce, sia salata. Unica nota di attenzione: l'albergo è sito a 5 fermate di U-Bahn da Marienplatz e il biglietto ridotto (2,00 € vs 4,20 €) vi consente di effettuare solo 4 fermate (quindi vi toccherà scendere a Odeonsplatz). Dovessimo tornare a Monaco, sicuramente torneremo in questo hotel.

We quite enjoyed our stay at Flemings Hotel Schwabing. Our room was pleasant, equipped with a fine bathroom and a balcony giving a nice view of the surrounding area. Unfortunately, it was too early in the season to sit outside. I was surprised to learn that normally the rooms are cleaned only every other day. Two days after our arrival, we returned at 5pm to discover that the room had not been made up yet. I renewed my request that at least the bath room be cleaned and provided with fresh towels. When we returned a few hours later, the entire room and not only the bath had been thouroughly cleaned, including the beddings Wonderful! The breakfast buffet and service are excellent. The inner court yard providing deck chairs would be much appreciated in summer. Conclusion, a fine hotel, well located. We will gladly stay there again.

Overall a great stay. Rooms are bright and clean, breakfast is good, coffee served in the lobby is excellent. Gym is a bit tiny with not many amenities, and bath could be bigger. But overall nice experience in a modern and nice hotel.

Wir immer ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Frühstück und super Personal. Es tut sich so Einiges und das wirklich nur zum Guten. Toll dass Ihr handelt und vieles an Tipps aufgreift. Habe mich über so einiges gefreut. Aber Euer Personal ist nach wie vor ein großes Plus. Und das Barfood sowie die Cocktails waren durchaus lecker! Weiter so.

Booked 2 rooms and one was upgraded at the check-in and the room was so great. And as a Sliver Member of Hotels.com, we had an offer of 1 free breakfast per room, which was also great. The hotels location is not far from the city centre and the airport and there are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby Hotel has sauna and seemed great. It was one of the best stay in 4 weeks holiday in Europe.

Sehr gut: Beim Check-Out muss man einfach nur die Chipkarte in einen Glaskasten werfen. 👍 Und sehr gute Lage. Ansonsten allerdings: Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man den Schreibtisch kaum nutzen konnte. Vergilbtes (!) Handtuch im Bad Kein Kühlschrank in der Minibar Auf dem Flur lagen Reinigungsutensilien des Personals / Schränke weit aufgerissen. Der Fitness-Raum eignet sich für Kardio, war aber kaum mit Hanteln bestückt.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Sehr saubere Zimmer, werden umweltfreundlich nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, allerdings mit begrenztem Platzangebot: Das „Bad“ ist räumlich nicht getrennt, also eher eine Wachmische, hat ein sehr kleines Waschbecken, die Dusche ist praktisch direkt neben dem Bett. Die Toilette ist nur mit einer Glasschiebetür vom Raum getrennt. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage, üppiges Frühstücksbuffet zu angemessenen Preisen.

The staff are so kind and supportive. However the single room which I was staying was smaller than the pictures and on the day of my arrival it was very dirty. The toilet wasn’t flushed and the floor wasn’t clean.

The location of the hotel is great and was convenient being close to Münchener Freiheit which has excellent connections to the U3/6 lines. The room was compact but clean and functional. The bathroom and shower have no privacy whatsoever as they are entirely glass (for the toilet, the door is opaque, but not for the shower) which might be worth considering if you're traveling with company. I think it would be nice to have at least a curtain to separate the bathroom and bed spaces. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Once you have got past the poor "self check in" that requires human help, the hotel is great. Nice breakfast spread, nice staff. Rooms are clean and if you have a courtyard room nice and quiet. Roadside rooms are noisy. Local access to the metro and some good local restaurants

Bad mit Dusche war direkt in das Schlafzimmer integriert ohne eine Tür. Zur Toilette hab es lediglich eine Schiebetür. Nicht gerade vorteilhaft, wenn eine Person schläft und die andere entweder spät oder früh in das Bad möchte.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Flemings Hotel. Top Lage mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Der Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Zimmerservice. Wir wurden freundlich mit Kaffee empfangen und anschließend wurden uns die Räumlichkeiten gezeigt. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und geräumig. Die Betten waren bequem und wir hatten sogar eine Flasche Wasser gratis. Wir hätten gerne noch einen Mini Kühlschrank im Zimmer gehabt, das ist unser einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt. Aber sonst war alles in allem wunderbar. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen! Vielen Dank! 😊

Once you have got past the poor "self check in" that requires human help, the hotel is great. Nice breakfast spread, nice staff. Rooms are clean and if you have a courtyard room nice and quiet. Roadside rooms are noisy. Local access to the metro and some good local restaurants

Always a nice warm welcome, hate the "no staff check in" that requires staff but after that, friendly staff, nice choice for breakfast, comfortable rooms and a good location for our needs. Will be back next year!

My stay was great! The room and all the areas of the hotel were modern, clean and very well maintained. I lost my passport and I received a lot of support from the staff, they helped me in a stressful situation and I really appreciate it. I hope I will come back.

Nice hotel with partly renovated rooms. Very kind a helpful personnel. However, checking in during weekends is a nightmare with long queues and so is the breakfast, as there is no time slot strategy and guests wait desperately for a table or for a coffee from the one and only coffee machine…

The location of the hotel is great and was convenient being close to Münchener Freiheit which has excellent connections to the U3/6 lines. The room was compact but clean and functional. The bathroom and shower have no privacy whatsoever as they are entirely glass (for the toilet, the door is opaque, but not for the shower) which might be worth considering if you're traveling with company. I think it would be nice to have at least a curtain to separate the bathroom and bed spaces. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is very close to U-Hahn stops (less than 4min walk) which makes it easy to get around Munich and to/from the airport. You can also walk to the Englischgarten which is beautiful on a nice day. The room was well equipped with nice shampoo and soap in the shower - better than many hotels. The check in service was very smooth and check out we just dropped our keys in a box - super easy!

Geschäftsreise für drei Tage- sehr zentrale Lage im ruhigeren Teil der Leopoldstraße mit der Tram und dem Bus direkt vor der Tür (Potsdamer Straße). Anfahrt vom Flughafen mit dem Lufthansa Bus bis Nordfriedhof und dann nur eine Station mit der U6 bis Dietlindenstraße, dann 300 Meter zu Fuß. Kurzer Fußweg zum Englischen Garten und zu einigen Lokalen in der Umgebung. Ruhige, kleine Zimmer, die modern und funktionell ausgestattet sind mit gläsernem Badezimmer. Umsichtiger Roomservice, gut geputzt. Mein Zimmer lag zum Innenhof, wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen werden konnte. Entspanntere Atmosphäre als in vergleichbaren Hotels während der Messezeit. Service an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder!

U-Bahn-Stationen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden (Bäcker und Supermarkt in unter zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!

We had a very comfortable stay at Flemings over the Christmas holiday, visiting family in Munich. The staff at the hotel really went above and beyond whenever we had questions or needed help. They were even kind enough to lend us some ingredients from the kitchen when all stores we closed and we needed it for our Christmas dinner. Amazing staff, really! Rooms are nice, comfortable and modern. Breakfast is worth every penny and more. We'll be back again for future family visits. The hotel came recommended to us from other family members, and we'll be sure to pass the same recommendation to others.

Wir immer ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Frühstück und super Personal. Es tut sich so Einiges und das wirklich nur zum Guten. Toll dass Ihr handelt und vieles an Tipps aufgreift. Habe mich über so einiges gefreut. Aber Euer Personal ist nach wie vor ein großes Plus. Und das Barfood sowie die Cocktails waren durchaus lecker! Weiter so.

Nogenlunde hotel men vi kommer ikke igen. Hvis man bare har brug for en seng er det fint, men ikke mere. Hvis man rejser med børn og tænker at det er fint med et værelse hvor de kan sove på slå ud sofaen så skal man vide at den er elendig. Det er reelt en sofa som bliver til en dobbelmadras på gulvet hvor særligt den ene side er elendig. Man kan mærke fjedrene igennem. Vi endte med det ene barn i sengen hos os da den sovesofa reelt var umuligt at sove komfortabelt på. Træningsrummet var et skab med få maskiner og ingen udluftning. Positivt var parkeringen under hotellet. Der var rigeligt plads også til høje biler.

Signature suite is very spacious and good price for value. It looks like recently refurbished from an older building. The renewed parts look good. But you can tell where they spent the money on. For example, the couch and chairs look new. But the plumping and faucet looks less maintained. Very nice to have a good bar which opens till quite late and serves hot food. In close proximity (one or two bus stops) from a district where there are tons of restaurant options: they really have all kinds of food available. But this also means it could be slightly noisy on football nights. But I suspect the cars would be honking everywhere in the central part when Germany wins a game. Plus: a/c available. It works, But don't expect it to be very cool. It will be cool enough to sleep, but not cool enough to put on a blanket. You also probably can't open the windows during the weekends. The amenities are bare minimum for such a big room. There is a hairdryer but it's not very powerful. There is a coffee machine with capsules, but only paper cups. There is no kettle. We asked for one and it did not appear. There is also no phone to call the front desk (it's also not manned after office hours anyway). They have a pillow and calm down set menu. We asked for one but it never arrived. Room is clean.
