Leonardo Hotel Munich Arabellapark

Very good staff,clean rooms , only issue was that bar was not open very often,restarant also never seemed to be open after breakfast .its a good walk to underground from the hotel and nearest area to have a drink or food is approx 25 mins awsy.

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, daher benötigt man leider min10 min zu Fuß bis zur nächsten S/U-oder Bus Station. Das Hotel selbst verfügt über ein kleines aber geräumigs Parkhaus. Kosten 15€ pro Tag. Frühstück war hervorragend. Personal sehr freundlich. Auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen.

Restaurant und Bar waren zu als wir dawaren obwohl vor dem Restaurant stand bis 23:00 offen. Ohne jegliche Gründe, ohne das die Personal wusste warum. Beim Frühstück gab ein guter Auswahl, leider war das Brot nicht frisch und nicht schnell nachgefüllt. Personal waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We checked in about 2100 and the front desk clerk was just not the friendliest as what you would expect from a hospitality service. She didn't provide any information regarding breakfast, or the restaurant facilities, or about parking or anything really. Just gave us the room card and that was it. The food options at the restaurant was poor. Just a few options for a pizza which I'm pretty sure was not fresh, but pulled from a box. The hotel room was very nice and clean and plenty of parking spaces were available in the garage for a cost of 15 euros. Would have like to have a few more amenities in the hotel room, like, lotions, shower cap, etc. The location of the hotel is also nice. The clerk in the morning was very friendly and courteous. I would probably stay again.

Trevlig personal, fint rum och god frukost. Ett förslag på förbättring är att gymmet investerar i lite vikter och inte bara vara ett löpband och en cykel.

Herausragend wurde Empfang die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Der verfügbare Parkplatz auch mit Garage für 15 € ist wirklich ein tolles Angebot für München. Außergewöhnlich. Anbindung an die Innenstadt leider nicht ganz ideal. Das Hotel liegt an einer Schnellstraße aber wurde ein ruhiges Zimmer ermöglicht. Noch einmal Danke an das Personal. Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders groß, aber sehr gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher Kaffeeautomat. Platz für ein Bügelbrett gibt es definitiv nicht. Ich würde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Das "Fitness" gibt es nicht. Wäre nicht schlimm, sollte aber nicht aufgefürt werden, Thema Checkliste, 3 Laufbänder erfüllen nicht! Aufgelistet werden Windeln zur freien Verfügung. Nr6 gab es nicht, mehr als 2x 5 will man nichr geben oder an Lager haben und verweist mich an Tankstelle. Das Zimmerpersonal versteht nur russisch. Parkplätze werden aufgeführt, kosten aber zur Überaschung15€. Frühstück ist üpig vorhanden, sieht einladend aus. Es kostet aber auch 18 Euro. Dafür kann ich überall essen gehen, sogar in der Schweiz.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern vor Ort. Hat Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz für unseren Wochenend Trip. Das Frühstücks Buffet hat uns allen gefallen und eine große Auswahl an verschiedensten Angeboten bereit gehalten. Lediglich der Sportbereich ist überschaubar, auch wenn für jeden etwas zum kurzen Auspowern zu finden ist.

Parkplatz 15€ pro Tag und Frühstück für 18 Euro fand ich teuer

I have stayed at the Leonardo hotels in Munich 3 times now recently and I must say that the breakfast offer has always been spectacular! Staff are always quite nice. This time, however, I had a bit of a problem with the facilities. I was 'upgraded' to a deluxe room in Bavarian style and it was so absolutely dreadful and the stench of old stale smoke so overwhelming (it was probably a smoking room up to who knows when and the unrenovated carpet and upholstery and wood cabinets were just permeated with cigarette smoke) that I went downstairs to get downgraded to a room that didn't stink. All that was an unnecessary hassle. But actually necessary because I was already getting a terrible headache from the smell. I was happy to get a much smaller room than I had originally expected. Second disappointment was that the fitness room was unavailable, but no note on the website or information about the closure. Apparently the reason why was because there was dripping water. But of course, the location is excellent and the breakfast is simply outstanding. And thank goodness they found me a smaller room that was smoke free. All in all, I'll be back because of the location, the decent rooms and of course for breakfast. Highlight of my stay every time... 😅

Kamer was niet heel fris, bedden sliepen wel goed. Hotel is echt verouderd en dat zie je. Lekker ontbijt met veel keuze.

Leider hatten wir beim Check in Schimmel im Bad und an dem Fenster am Bett.

I enjoyed their breakfast buffet; albeit pricey. The room had potential to be cleaner. Cob webs were visible in the room and hairs were obscured in the bedding upon arrival.

Die Lage war OK, aber nur eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tram 15 min zu Fuß, U Bahn noch weiter. Zimmer und Bad nicht ganz sauber. Insbesondere in den Ecken sollte man gründlicher sein.

Poor attendance (for a 4 people bedroom). We had to request additional towels during 4 days. No umbrellas available for foreign customers. Windows were not cleaned and some spiders webs in the room...

Eigentlich ist das Hotel ok, aber leider sehr veraltet. Auf den Teppichen sind Flecken. Im Foyer und Speisesaal haben die Sitze ebenfalls Flecken. Die Badezimmerfliesen waren teilweise kaputt und es hat im Bad nach Urin gestunken. Personal ist freundlich. Zur Durchreise und für den Preis ist das Hotel in Ordnung,

Okej för enbart övernattning. Men hela hotellet känns överlag ganska sunkigt, luktar unket och ser slitet ut, med ingrodda fläckar på möbler osv.

El desayuno fue genial y aunque las alfombras estaban un poco manchadas, el recorrido estaba limpio y bien mantenido.

Lyhört mellan rummen. vi hade ett rum som hade möjlighet till att öppna upp till nästa rum. Genom den dörren var det mycket lyhört

Stayed many times and the staff is second to none. Did have issues with the wifi throughout our stay. It needs to be boosted especially on the seventh floor at the end of the hall.

Viel zu kleine Betten in den Doppelzimmern. Das hat somit mit Erholung leider wenig zu tun.

They have ongoing renovation in two floors of the hotel and they gave me a room right next to the room that they were working at 8:30 AM in the morning. It was so loud and annoying. I had planned to work from my room but couldn’t hear anything from my online meetings because it was so LOUD.

Der Preis für ein 4-Personen Zimmer mit diesem Ambiente ist für München wirklich ziemlich unschlagbar. Allerdings sind die Betten für meinen Geschmack etwas zu schmal geraden: 2 Erwachsene Personen werden keine Freude daran haben nebeneinander zu schlafen.

Good hotel, speedy check in, helpful staff. Breakfast great and a good variety. Room good size, comfortable beds, only reason downgraded rating was the air conditioning didn’t work in the room and it was 32degrees outside

Zimmer gut eingerichtet, begehbare Dusche, sehr gute Betten, was Matratzen und Zudecken betrifft.

we arrived late in the evening to be told the hotel had given our rooms to other guests as they were overbooked. they eventually moved us to another hotel and promised that the rooms would be as per our original booking. when we got there they were not!

She didn't provide any information regarding breakfast, or the restaurant facilities, or about parking or anything really. Just gave us the room card and that was it. The food options at the restaurant was poor. Just a few options for a pizza which I'm pretty sure was not fresh, but pulled from a box. The hotel room was very nice and clean and plenty of parking spaces were available in the garage for a cost of 15 euros. Would have like to have a few more amenities in the hotel room, like, lotions, shower cap, etc. The location of the hotel is also nice. The clerk in the morning was very friendly and courteous. I would probably stay again.

We got a quick check in. Although our two bed room for three only had two (very small) comforters & only two towels. We were told we would receive another comforter but never did. The room was clean, staff was nice & helpful for the most part.

La habitación limpia y confortable pero el servicio de bar terrible había una convención o grupo grande y una noche nos atendieron muy mal estuve solicitando unas bebidas pero no me hacían caso sólo había un chico atendiendo y cuando le reclame por su mal servicio y me empezó a decir de mala manera que había mucha gente y que no podía atenderme lo cual me molestó porque yo era un cliente igual a los que estaban en ese momento y el día que llegué la recepcionista que me recibió tambien me dio un maltrato, yo escogí ese hotel porque el año anterior estuve ahí y me gustó pero en esta ocasión estuvo pésima la atención

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen klein jedoch für 1 Person vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück mit großem Auswahl, sehr ruhige Umgebung. U Bahn Station ca15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es kostenlos direkt auf die Straße. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen .

The hotel was quiet and clean. Slightly outdated, but fine. It was far from most things and about a kilometer away from public transit.

Super Lage in der Nähe des Englischen Gartens und zu Fuss bis zur U4 ist es auch nicht weit. Das Haus ist nicht mehr das Neuste aber gut in Schuß, hatte nur Pech mit dem ersten Zimmer (717) direkt am Aufzug und sehr klein plus dauerhafte Lüftung im Badezimmer. Der Kühlschrank ging leider auch nicht außer laute Geräusche. Aber konnte tauschen und dann passte alles. Der kostenlose Verleih der Fahrrädern war super und Parken konnte man auf der Straße kostenlos.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.Das Personal sehr nett.Die Anbindung und Nähe zur zb Allianz Arena ist sensationell.

Buon hotel, comodo, senza fronzoli e pulito a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Letto comodo. Buon hotel se si viaggia con l'auto perché fuori dall'Hotel è pieno di parcheggi gratis. Zona tranquilla residenziale fuori dal caos. Unica pecca la colazione, manca la scelta del dolce, tanta scelta salata tra cui salsicce e fagioli, ma pochissima scelta di dolce. Comunque nel complesso se dovessi tornare a Monaco, lo risceglierei. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

The property was in a nice and quiet area. Our room was in good condition and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. This hotel is not in the center city. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the Arabella Station. The walk itself if through a residential neighborhood or park (depending which way you take). Outside the hotel there are cabs and scooters that you can rent. Next to the Arabella Station there is an open shopping area with restaurants, cafe, supermarket, etc. which was very convenient for us. If you don't mind the 15 minute walk, I would recommend this property.

Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und fleißig. Das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und konnte verschiedenste Essgewohnheiten abdecken. Selbst halal Wurst oder Glutenfreies Brot war im Angebot. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen in kleinerer Auswahl, welches aber auf Wunsch sogar aufs Zimmer gebracht wird. Wirklich zufriedenstellend für uns.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren für einen Städtetrip eine Nacht im Hotel. Dafür war es super. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten. Super mit 2 Kindern. Das Zimmer war nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend für wenige Nächte. Alles war sauber. Das Frühstück bot eine tolle Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Das rustikale "Leonardo Stüberl" bietet abends leckere Drinks. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kann ich nicht beurteilen, haben wir nicht genutzt. Einziges Manko für uns war der kleine Lift, der zu den Kernzeiten den "Ansturm" nur mit längerer Wartezeit bewältigen konnte. Insgesamt aber eine klare Empfehlung.
