Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Jams Hotel. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist einfach hervorragend. Beim Check-in gab es zwar ein kleines Hickhack, das wurde vom Personal aber super schnell und professionell gelöst. Der einzige kleine Haken: Es gibt auf den Zimmern weder Heizung noch Klimaanlage. Wir hatten Glück, dass das Wetter insgesamt sehr angenehm war, nachts wurde es dadurch allerdings doch schon etwas frisch. Wer da empfindlich ist, sollte das im Hinterkopf behalten. Insgesamt aber eine gute Erfahrung und empfehlenswert!

Personal amable, ubicación excelente. El hotel tiene su encanto y las habitaciones de la planta superior con sus ventanas son preciosas lo único que deberían tener más mantenimiento, en mi opinión las paredes necesitan ser pintadas, es una lástima con las instalaciones que tienen encontrarse con esto. Por lo demás super recomendado, volveré seguro. Gracias por todo.

Tyvärr lever inte hotellet upp till sitt betyg och bilderna känna kraftigt förskönande. Frukosten var okej men personalen var stressad och ganska otrevlig.

The hotel was in a great location, but I didn’t read the reviews carefully before booking. There is no AC. When I asked, they brought a portable unit that just blew air. I also didn’t read thoroughly that the airport shuttle was for a fee. When I asked how much, they said they just call a taxi or an Uber for you. There is no shuttle. On our second and final night we were looking forward to having a cocktail at their amazing bar, but it was closed for a private event. I wish we would’ve been told that upon check-in so we could have stopped to get a drink before returning back to the hotel. In addition, the private event lasted until 2 AM and kept us up most of the night. There was some confusion with the breakfast charged, but they made it right. All in all just know going in that there is no airport shuttle for free and no air-conditioning. The dinner and drinks in the lounge were amazing and the staff were wonderful.
