Really enjoyed the time at this house! Close to all of the great places in Cocoa Beach. Had a chance to see a launch down on the beach. Highly recommend.

La casa estaba limpia. La piscina fue lo que mas disfrutamos. Muy buen lugar, cerca de la playa y lugares para comer y visitar. La propiedad tiene muchos años de construida y necesita un poco de mantenimiento, pero vale la pena para una visita de pocos dias a Cocoa Beach y sus alrededores.
La casa estaba limpia. La piscina fue lo que mas disfrutamos. Muy buen lugar, cerca de la playa y lugares para comer y visitar. La propiedad tiene muchos años de construida y necesita un poco de mantenimiento, pero vale la pena para una visita de pocos dias a Cocoa Beach y sus alrededores.

Had a great stay, this place worked very well for our family. Beds were very comfortable, pool was warm and clean. Host was quick to respond when I had questions. Check out was very easy, would stay here again!

Great location to the beach, shoos, restaurants and the casino. Enjoyed seeing the cruse ships. The house was charming and spacious. We had fun with the paddle ball table. The pool was great. Loved the book collection. We really enjoyed our stay.

Communication with Darrin was amazing, property was great, pool was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to famous Ron Jon surf shop. Neighbors were helpful and friendly. This stay was a 9.9 out of 10 my girls are already planning next years vacation
