Clean room, welcoming staff. Great place to stay.

While on Hotels.com states free WIFI, worth noting that it is only free if you sign up to Hilton rewards program and then it is not easy to get on the WiFi, else they want to charge £14.99 per day when most hotels provide free WiFi.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable and good location.

This is our favourite hotel when we are visiting family in Nottingham. The staff are always very welcoming and being given warm cookies at check in is always welcome! The rooms are spacious and clean. We were given a complimentary upgrade this trip to a larger room but the standard ones feel spacious and luxurious anyway. We didn’t have breakfast on this visit but it has been excellent when we have had it in the past.

Randomly got signed up for Hilton membership without actually signing up for it.
