Location, location, location! Hands down the location is incredible. Across from the central station and steps away from the old city. The room was spacious, immaculate clean and had the basic amenities. Check in and check out were easy, fast, and the staff was very friendly. Another highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet. Great variety and everything was delicious. Valet service is not included but available at a reasonable price or you can use the nearby parking. Valet was efficient and took good care of the car. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Nuremberg.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien. Clean rooms with great AC for the hot months. Super close to the city center and sites to walk and enjoy. Parking is a bit clunky, so be prepared for that but overall it was a great place to be and would highly recommend.

This hotel never disappoints! This is my fifth stay and each stay has been five star. Plan time to enjoy a cocktail at the bar, the staff is excellent, bartenders are top notch.

GrandMerde - Business Event. Grauenhaftes, unfassbar altbackenes, düsteres Hotel. Ich war beruflich auf einem IT-Event für 2 Nächste - ein Wechselspiel der Gefühle - Lächerlich (IT-Event - dort!!!). Allein die dunklen, muffigen Gänge machen einen fertig. Winzige Zimmer, alt, ruhig. Überall im Hotel müffelt es - als würde die tote Oma irgendwo noch rumliegen. Grauenhaft!!! Essen schlecht, keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit - man muss am Bahnhofsparkhaus parken. Insgesamt viel zu teuer.

This is a wonderful traditional facility. Very comfortable beds and variety of rooms. Restaurant including breakfast is excellent. Good fitness room and excellent sauna. Old town is very entertaining to walk and enjoy food and drink.

Beautiful hotel. Parked at the Main train station and the hotel had designated spots. Perfect if you are driving or coming in by train. Main square is right across the street. Highly recommended.

Preis/Leistung schlecht! Zimmer sehr klein; Dusch-Gel war leer und wurde trotz Meldung gleich am ersten Tag während dem ganzen Aufenthalt von 6 Tagen nicht aufgefüllt. Fürs Frühstück schwer einen Tisch zu bekommen, da alle Tische mit schmutzigem, nicht abgeräumten Geschirr belegt waren. Sehr enttäuschend für ein "fünfsterne Grand Hotel"!!

We had a "delux room, 1 king bed" but found the room and the bathroom quite small. With someone sitting at the desk it was not possible to walk around the bed. Also the hotel invoice and the Expedia quote were difficult to reconcile as the hotel charged breakfast separately (Expedia quoted breakfast as included), and the hotel includes tax in the rate while Expedia quotes tax separately. The hotel is convenient for walking into the walking streets of the old town.

Prices are insane in tradeshow times. Hotel is old, rooms are very small and outdated 525 euro nightly rate drops to 80 euros a night after the show.

A l’arrivée la réception ne trouvait pas ma résa. Il a fallu que j’insiste pur qu’après 1/4h ils la trouvent finalement. J’ai été surclassé après avoir demandé une compensation.

The hotel doesn't live up to its 5 Star status. It was perhaps once a 'Grand' hotel but now is a dated and understaffed property. The service was nowhere near 5-star standard with even fairly basic requests not being met.

Location, location, location! Hands down the location is incredible. Across from the central station and steps away from the old city. The room was spacious, immaculate clean and had the basic amenities. Check in and check out were easy, fast, and the staff was very friendly. Another highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet. Great variety and everything was delicious. Valet service is not included but available at a reasonable price or you can use the nearby parking. Valet was efficient and took good care of the car. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Nuremberg.

Very close to the old city and many attractions. Very walkable area. Good shopping very close. Lots of eating options. A/C was not the best, however, there is a window you can open.

Beautiful hotel. Parked at the Main train station and the hotel had designated spots. Perfect if you are driving or coming in by train. Main square is right across the street. Highly recommended.

i was very disapointed the menu for dining was limited....no fish, or pasta, only hamburgers, and the steak which i did enjoy but i would have liked fish one night...i ate dinner every night there....staff was curtious, and i received my meal timely....i was happy to see vegan on the menu by the way : ))

My family has been staying at the Meridian Grand Hotel since the early1990's. The period public rooms are uniquely beautiful and the guest rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is bountiful.

Ich hatte insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof und am Rand der Altstadt ist wirklich praktisch. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Besonders schön fand ich, dass ich als Hotelgast ein kostenloses Ticket für das Neue Museum bekommen habe. Das Museum ist nur wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das historische Ambiente und der besondere Charme des Hauses haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Mein Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Stadtblick wurde erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und gemütlich, außerdem war das Bett sehr bequem. Als kleine Anregung hätte ich mir bei der Ankunft im Zimmer noch ein kleines Stück Gebäck oder etwas Schokolade gewünscht – ähnlich wie die kleine Aufmerksamkeit , die die Deutsche Bahn ihren Fahrgästen in der 1. Klasse anbietet. Das hätte gut zum Kaffee oder Tee gepasst, den man sich auf dem Zimmer zubereiten kann. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Dass sogar ein Glas Sekt angeboten wurde, fand ich besonders schön. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

This hotel is conveniently situated close to the railway station. The rooms are comfortable and clean; the bathroom excellent with a powerful shower, and despite the central location it was quiet and cool. The breakfast is very good and the staff friendly and helpful. My husband used the sauna which was well maintained and relaxing
