The hotel is good in terms of location, transportation, facilities and the owner Kavita is also a good person. The staff at reception needs to be more polite and helpful. Information should be provided in a timely manner. My debit card was declined but I was not informed and asked to pay just before check-out. This was difficult for mr as I do not have cash in hand and not ATM booth was nearby to withdraw. just half an hour before I was told that I have to move to another room. etc. However, other than the staff, hotel is clean and good, a bit expensive.

A really pleasant guest house . Direct bus routes to a from city and also to Woodstock and Witney . Very helpful member of staff in reception. Took time to answer my questions re transport etc . The housekeeper was friendly and polite . Plenty of road parking at a weekend along side the property as well as 6 spaces to the front . The kitchen was a welcome addition especially if your stay is for more than a couple of days Well done to the team

Our stay was nice. It was a bit far from the city center. It was nice that a fan was provided. We loved having the bathtub. The room was pretty warm on hotter days with no air conditioning. Check in was easy. Overall, we would stay here again.

Large comfortable room. The bed was large and very comfortable. A little maintenance needed in the kitchenette. No laundry which I had expected from property description of amenities. Great location, easy bus ride into town centre, short walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Property parking very tight and driveway access on busy road. All in all a lovely place to stay.
