well really disapointed ..we stayed 4 nights you advertised a Restaurant & Bar neither was open during our stay ..but you had 3 staff on reception doing nothing ! asked for room to be cleaned twice & wasnt done ..apart from that the Breakfast was good & location

Ich war nur für eine Nacht zu Gast in Ihrem Haus und habe mich wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter des Hauses sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war die Zufahrt zu den Hotelparkplätzen auf den ersten Blick nicht möglich, was dem Haus aber nicht anzulasten ist.

Als Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das ganz ok . Das Frühstück reicht um satt zu werden . Die Auswahl ist auch ok . Insgesamt ist das Hotel bzw das was wir gesehen haben in einem guten Zustand .Von der Einrichtung würde ich es auf 3 Sterne einordnen . Zentral am Bahnhof gelegen , aber von Zügen kaum etwas zu hören . Das größte Manko während unseren Aufenthalts war die Parkplatzsuche . Um das Hotel sind einige Straßen Baustelle und andere größtenteils nur für Anwohner . Besucher sind in der Gegend scheinbar nicht willkommen . Da bekommt man zb in Hamburg 10 mal schneller einer Parkplatz ...

Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgiebig. Personal nett und freundlich. Zu wenig Parkplätze!!! Das sollte man ändern. Wir waren rechtzeitig da und haben so noch einen Parkplatz bekommen. Schlechte Ausschilderung wie man diesen Parkplatz findet. Baustelle!!!

I guess this has to do with the local work hours, there is no food service at this hotel. No service on the bar area on Sunday. Room key card is not working on the first try and need to try few times before working. Per the reception instructions need to place the key card few cm away from the reader to make it works😂😂 Room and Beds so small even for small person like me and how does this fit for taller folks🤔🤔🤔 Anyway this is a good location for new traveler to Rostock cause it’s next the the train station 🚉 no need to get taxis.

Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich , hilfsbereit und bemühte sich all unsere Wünsche gleich stets zu erfüllen . Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt . Na klar merkt man schon ein paar Gebrauchsspuren . Aber dies ist ein Zeichen , dass dieses Hotel gern und oft gebucht wird . Was für uns nicht nachvollziehbar ist , dass heutzutage keine Gastronomie angeboten wird . Gerade am Hauptbahnhof . Wo soll man nach einem Ausflug abends Essen / Trinken gehen , den Tag harmonisch ausklingen lassen ... Etwa mit einem Snack vom Imbiss ?? Hier besteht noch Luft nach oben , um 5 Sterne zu vergeben .

Comfortable clean bed and nice room, but I don't think it had been thoroughly cleaned, the shower gel was almost empty, there was a cotton bud in the bin when I arrived and soapy water in the sink. I told reception about the shower gel in the morning in German but I don't think they understood me. I arrived at 9pm on a Sunday and the hotel bar was closed even though there were staff on reception, they directed me to a drinks machine. The eating options in the vicinity at that time were limited, seeming to consist of a kebab van. The hotel is right next to the station so is really hand if travelling by train. There is a Netto supermarket 300 yards away. The town centre is accessible by tram and the platforms are in the railway station subway. The hotel is ideal for a 1 night stay and I used it to visit the Molli Bahn narrow gauge railway before moving on to the island of Ruegen. The reception staff were helpful in allowing me to use the luggage storage room.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wir waren angenehm überrascht. Alles ordentlich und sauber, nur bei der Dusche sollte mal der Abfluss gereinigt werden. Das Wasser konnte gar nicht mehr ablaufen. Mein Mann hat die Dusche notdürftig reinigen müssen, sonst wäre die Duschtasse übergelaufen. Aber sonst kann ich das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, liegt ja direkt am Bahnhof.

Hotel für Bahnreisende ideal, da direkt am Bahnhof. Bei längerem Aufenthalt muss man wissen, dass die Zimmer nicht gereinigt werden. Haben einmal angemeldet, wurde nicht durchgeführt. Handtücher wurde an der Rezeption dann getauscht.

There’s no air conditioning in this hotel. Room temperature uncomfortable. They loaned us a small fan. Window opened only a crack. Good that it is close to the train station and they give a free tram pass. No restaurant for dinner but there is a good Asian restaurant just around the corner.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof und bietet somit eine ideale Lage um Rostock zu erkunden ohne Auto. Super nettes Personal schneller Checkin und Out. Perfekt Sauber und schöne Zimmer mit guten Schallisoliertem Fenstern. Nachteil keine Klimanlage und bei geschlossem Fenster zu warm und bei offenem Fenster zu laut. Großes Plus für den Kühlschrank.

Für eine Nacht okay, mehr nicht. Wir haben am Wochenende 187 Euro für eine Nacht bezahlt ohne Frühstück, absolut crazy. Hellhörig, klein, billige Möbel, die an ein Studentenwohnheim erinnern. Was ich absolut bedenklich fand: Man konnte seine Rucksäcke nach CheckOut nochmal abgeben zur Lagerung. Hier wurde bei Abholung nichts kontrolliert. Man konnte einfach in die Kammer rein und sich seinen Rucksack rausnehmen. Aus meiner Sicht hätte jeder Fremde meinen Rucksack nehmen können incl. Wertsachen. --- Positiv zu vermerken: Freundliches Personal, sauber und direkt am Bahnhof.

Die direkte Nähe zum Bahnhof ist ideal. Auch den Weg in die Stadt kann man zu Fuß absolvieren. Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und kompetent empfangen uns konnten gleich alle Formalitäten erledigen, so dass wir am nächsten Morgen ganz unkompliziert auschecken konnten.

I arrived and required change to pay my taxi, staff changed €100 note for me, later gave me directions to a local bank so I could refill my wallet. Even though the hotel is near the train station the hotel is very very quiet, one of the best sleeps I have ever had. Make sure to set your alarm as you will oversleep if you don’t.

Next to the station so great. About 10 minute walk to city centre and that was fine with me. Walk was pleasant. Did not take breakfast .

Very convenient hotel next to the train station in rostock. No issues with the hotel but outside is currently building works and there was constant loud noise outside day and night. Luckily i have earplugs but i wouldnt of been able to sleep without

well really disapointed ..we stayed 4 nights you advertised a Restaurant & Bar neither was open during our stay ..but you had 3 staff on reception doing nothing ! asked for room to be cleaned twice & wasnt done ..apart from that the Breakfast was good & location

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Frühstück super und reichhaltig. Personal freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Der Bahnhof befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Innenstadt ist ca ein Kilometer entfernt.

Comfortable clean bed and nice room, but I don't think it had been thoroughly cleaned, the shower gel was almost empty, there was a cotton bud in the bin when I arrived and soapy water in the sink. I told reception about the shower gel in the morning in German but I don't think they understood me. I arrived at 9pm on a Sunday and the hotel bar was closed even though there were staff on reception, they directed me to a drinks machine. The eating options in the vicinity at that time were limited, seeming to consist of a kebab van. The hotel is right next to the station so is really hand if travelling by train. There is a Netto supermarket 300 yards away. The town centre is accessible by tram and the platforms are in the railway station subway. The hotel is ideal for a 1 night stay and I used it to visit the Molli Bahn narrow gauge railway before moving on to the island of Ruegen. The reception staff were helpful in allowing me to use the luggage storage room.

I guess this has to do with the local work hours, there is no food service at this hotel. No service on the bar area on Sunday. Room key card is not working on the first try and need to try few times before working. Per the reception instructions need to place the key card few cm away from the reader to make it works😂😂 Room and Beds so small even for small person like me and how does this fit for taller folks🤔🤔🤔 Anyway this is a good location for new traveler to Rostock cause it’s next the the train station 🚉 no need to get taxis.

Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich , hilfsbereit und bemühte sich all unsere Wünsche gleich stets zu erfüllen . Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt . Na klar merkt man schon ein paar Gebrauchsspuren . Aber dies ist ein Zeichen , dass dieses Hotel gern und oft gebucht wird . Was für uns nicht nachvollziehbar ist , dass heutzutage keine Gastronomie angeboten wird . Gerade am Hauptbahnhof . Wo soll man nach einem Ausflug abends Essen / Trinken gehen , den Tag harmonisch ausklingen lassen ... Etwa mit einem Snack vom Imbiss ?? Hier besteht noch Luft nach oben , um 5 Sterne zu vergeben .

Well staying here was great. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly and took time to talk to you. Room was comfortable, clean with fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Shower was excellent,good pressure and a door that closed so the water doesn't go everywhere. Breakfast was very good too. Lots of choices and good yoghurt/milk/fruit. It was better here than holiday inn. Overall had a lovely stay
