We went during construction, so it was a little difficult to get around. Also the parking was full and we have to drive to a garage about 5 mins walk.

Renovation occurring during stay. Not mentioned when booking. Added an extra night stay after booking two nights. Resulted in having to change rooms. Doubletree was sharing Mainport reception and elevators due to renovations . Inadvertently ended up on Mainport hotel side stuck in stairwell. No signage on that door. Stairwell doors locked on each floor. Construction crew rescued us. Room card wouldn’t work on elevator in Mainport due to elevator switch over to Doubletree elevator. No signs or notifications. First room toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. Restaurant and pool not available. However, great location and breakfast. Should be really good when renovations completed.

Leider waren die gesamten öffentlichen Bereiche im Umbau befindlich. Pool, Gym, Lounges im Erdgeschoss konnten nicht benutzt werden.

We picked the hotel as we liked the look of the roof top bar so disappointing to find out when we got there that it was closed for refurbishment. Telly in the room did not work and when reported was told they were aware of the issue last week but nothing was done to put this right. Fab breakfast, comfy bed and nice shower.

飯店雖然相對新穎，但實際狀況與標示不符。飯店並未提供標示中的停車場，需步行約五分鐘至公共停車場停車，對於上下行李極為不便。 更令人震驚的是，櫃檯人員竟將已入住的房間分配給我。換房後，又有服務人員上門質疑為何入住該房，經我解釋後才致歉。而隨行友人也遇到其他住客誤開房門的情況。如此嚴重的管理疏失，實在難以相信竟會發生在希爾頓集團旗下的飯店

Spa, Fitnessstudio und Pool wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen und Personal war auch nicht sehr freundlich. Umliegende Straßen waren wegen eines Events gesperrt und man wurde nicht von der Unterkunft informiert. Somit war die Anreise der Horror. Auf keinen Fall ein 4 1/2 Sterne Hotel

Overall condition of Hotel was average. Drains were blocked which mean shower and toilet were both overflowing. Would not recommend.

Wir sind um 8 Uhr im Hotel angekommen und haben nach einem früheren Check in gefragt. Die Antwort war es sei erst ab 12 Uhr möglich, wir waren um 12 Uhr wieder dort, dann hieß es, das Zimmer muss noch gereinigt werden. Um 14 Uhr haben wir die Antwort bekommen, dass unser Zimmer nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Wir haben daraufhin ein Zimmer einer günstigeren Kategorie bekommen. Uns wurde ein Rabatt auf die nächste Buchung (innerhalb 3 Monaten) angeboten, dies haben wir abgelehnt, da wir nach diesem Service dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall nochmal besuchen werden. Das Personal war sehr unmotiviert und genervt. Anscheinend werden wir einen Preisnachlass bekommen, bis jetzt reagiert das Hotel auf keine Anfrage. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, Schimmel an den Fugen, Spiegel verschmiert, zudem ist auch der Flur sehr schmutzig. Die Tür ließ sich nicht abschließen, da das Schloss nicht passte und bei jeder Tür, die im Flur geschlossen wurde hat unsere Tür gescheppert.

The shower had lots of mold.

Lovely hotel, but didn’t have much to do with staff, so can’t really comment. Clean room and bathroom, although shower soaked the floor since there wasn’t a shower door. Only downer!

Het hotel zat op een prachtige, centrale locatie. Service en ontbijt (diner hebben wij niet gehad in het hotel) was geweldig. De kamer was ten opzichte van de gang wel erg benauwd, ondanks open raam en als tweede optie de airco. De onderste kitrand van de douchecabine was compleet beschimmeld, echt heel vies voor een 4-sterrenhotel.

Schone kamer, keurig en correct personeel. Matras veel te zacht waardoor je in een kuil ligt. Hele kleine badkamer. Ruimte tussen toilet en wastafel erg klein. Douchewater liep op de grond voor de douche. Geen fatsoenlijke deur (glazen schuifdeur) naar de badkamer waardoor geluiden duidelijk hoorbaar waren. Ontbijt was duur maar super!! Prijs/kwaliteit is in zijn geheel uit verhouding dus je betaald veel voor de ligging van het hotel!!

The hotel was undergoing remodeling. The lobby had a terrible sewer smell and the power went out in my room in the morning while I was getting ready for work. The steamer didn't work and I had to ask the front desk to refill the shower gel ofter the bottle was empty for 2 days. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious even though they directed guests to eat next door since their own restaurant was under renovations. I doubt I will stay there again. I visit Rotterdam 2-3 times a year for work. Not impressed.

Both the room and the view was amazing. Air conditioning worked perfectly for my family. The staffs were very helpful and friendly and made my stay perfect.

Good location and aspect Beds too soft even though I asked for a harder bed they said not possible

We hadden de kamer ge-upgrade (tegen betaling) en waren toch best teleurgesteld van de staat van de kamer. We vonden het erg jammer dat in de “gerenoveerde” kamer er veel vieze rioolvliegjes waren (levend en dood op de muren) plus daarbij was het erg rumoerig. Dit was een kamer aan de kant van het water (kamer 412), gedurende de nacht dus heel veel geluiden van zowel buiten als van de hal en de kamers eromheen.

First room, safe did not work, second room was all good. WiFi in room is terrible, hardly connects, in hotel lobby it is good but need to improve the connection in the rooms, especially for a 4 star hotel.

Locatie is prima, we hadden een gerenoveerde kleine kamer. Vond het alleen niet echt een deluxe kamer.

The rooms are small but were clean and functional. The bed was soft and could have been firmer for a more comfortable stay.

강가쪽 침실의 경우 보트 지나가는 소리가 들릴수 있습니다. 그러나, 나름 깔끔하고, 출장자를 위해 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 그러나 가격이 너무 비싸다면 비추천입니다. 기본 룸은 홀리데이인 정도의 출장을 위한 호텔로의 수준입니다. 여행을 위해서라면 더 좋은 룸을 예약해야할듯합니다.

The room is smaller than it appeared in photos. But we were given a room with excellent view of the bridge.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago which was very nice. However the hotel in under renovation now. This was not bothering as we were out during the day. There was no internet at the room. You need to go to lobby for internet. We stayed 4 nights. Every night there was strange noises coming we couldn’t figure out where it comes from assuming water pipes. It was very annoying. I requested to change the room but it was not accepted. Last but not least the single beds are very narrow for an adult. The location is good. Staff is friendly and eager to help but unfortunately this stay was not a good experience.

Coffee from the Starbucks in reception was luke warm but best, got it, went straight to the lift, tasted it in the lift and had to drink it straight away before the lift even got up to the 3rd floor. Also, the noise from the vehicles going over the section of road that lifts to let the boats through made a rumble which whey trying to get to sleep was a bit of a nuisance. The beds were very comfortable though.

Hopefully they only have one reception as they currently have two - ***** Hotel and **** Hotel - Maas and Mainport Hotels. The breakfast service is excellent, sadly dinner is not so good.

It was all good until 1 am we were sleeping and the shower woke us up. It came on by itself, I could not get it to stop and tried for several minutes. Eventually it stopped and all was good. At 2 am we once again woken up by someone trying to get into the room, by the time I got up to check it out a couple open the door with their room key walked right in. They apologized and left

The breakfast service is excellent, sadly dinner is not so good.

We were leaving on a cruise the next day so the location was ideal as it was a short tram ride away from the cruise port. It was also within easy walking distance of the food market as well as a shopping area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible dysfunctional check in procedure, helpless staff.

Excellent! Staff was professional and friendly. Most everyone spoke English and was easy to communicate with.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, um die Stadt in alle Richtungen zu entdecken.

Quirky shaped corridors and clean, quiet rooms. The advert had said city views but that certainly wasn’t the case in my room which looked over a busy crossroads! However, rooms were quiet and access to trams and Metro was excellent.

Wir haben das Hotel für ein Wochenendtrip in Rotterdam genutzt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Erasmus Brücke und direkt vor der Tür ist sowohl die Metro als auch die Straßenbahn. Die Einkaufsstraßen waren nur zwei Haltestellen entfernt. Als Lage also top. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und neuwertig. Dennnoch sehr klein. Das Waschbecken war nicht im Bad, sondern im Raum selbst. Für Rotterdam wahrscheinlich jedoch eine gute Größenordnung Die Lobby ist während unseres Aufenthalts in Renovierung gewesen. Das was dort zu sehen war, sah aber auch sehr gut aus. Einziger Haken ist die Parkmöglichkeit. Ein Parkhaus ist fußläufig verfügbar. Für zwei Nächte haben wir ungefähr 35 € zum parken dazu gezahlt.

No parking as described in confirmation mail, due to renovation of building. We paid 2*40 euro for room upgrade-(room 1112), but it was next to lift and safetydoor elevators was slamming all night and early morning and no noise dampening in room- so we could hear people talking outside our room. Breakfast hall - yes hall 500 sqm mtr was apparantly shared with a neighbouring Mainport hotel. Two old slow coofe machines for 250 people standing 10 in line - only 4 or 5 serving staff - no cleaning of tables - dirty tables - unfriendly staff clearly under pressure as they were having no clean coffee cups - plates were missing - spoons were missing - eg trays missing - marmelade station were no refilled.Guests were openly displeased and the lady at the receiving station had an angry attitude complaining that all the guests came down at the same time. What a disaster that the staff is seeing there customers as inconvenient rather than the ones paying there salaries. The products in the breakfast hall was what you will find in a CHEAPER HOSTEL, not worthy of the Hilton name- which used to be related with quality and superiority. The room price is 40 %higher than other hotels in the same area, and hotels.com should not promote this hotel. We got our 80euro back for the room upgrade, but we wish we never had booked the hotel. We feel cheated

Room was fine, but breakfast was highly disappointing and not befitting a hotel of this price. Becon was bleak and yellow, sausages pale and unappealing. Selection very limited.

Nice breakfast , good location, parking nearby and nice room. Restaurant only for breakfast!!! No bar, just a vending-machine with soda... and seating nearby. Never received my promised invoice by email, although reminders sent. My suggestion is clear, choose the hotel next door instead!! (Mainport hotel)

Incrível, tanto à localização, quanto o hotel, excelente quarto com uma visão maravilhosa, amplo, claro, confortável. Excelente café da manhã, com bastante variedade.

Tolles zentrales Hotel ! Kann es immer wieder empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zwar ein wenig klein aber es reicht für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und das Frühstücksangebot war hervorragend.
