It was in a reasonable area within easy walking distance of the old town etc. Pleasant and helpful staff. Parking expensive (18€/day) and car park very tight. Buffet b'fast 12€, but excellent panadaria just over the road. Room & shower over bath okay, but mattress very hard. Room safe very complicated to use.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos del barrio histórico de Salamanca. La decoración aunque no es moderna, tiene mucho estilo. Las habitaciones grandes y la cama muy cómoda. La limpieza y la tranquilidad son excelentes.

Wir waren eine Nacht dort und es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Check in und out schnell und problemlos. Zimmer und alle anderen Bereiche sehr sauber. Betten bequem. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück nur der Kaffee war nicht so toll, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten , Bars und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel hat ein Parkhaus welches wir nicht genutzt hatten, andere größere Parkhäuser in Fußläufiger Nähe. Vielen Dank schöner Aufenthalt

Para empezar, te engañan porque la fachada no es lo que aparece en internet, te cobran por hacer check in después de las 11 p.m., las habitaciones demasiado sucias, no te ponen jabón, agua, se está cayendo el hotel, todo insaluble, demasiado sucio, paredes todas manchadas y dañadas y el personal las dos señoras que están por la Mañana del viernes 20 de octubre gritaban y no dejaban dormir y al hacer check out les reclamas y son groseras porque dicen que entonces no vengas y que eso es el hotel, que tienen más clientes. Por usar secadora te piden depósito de 20 euros. Y por si fuera poco había cucarachas en el lobby. Tengo fotos de todo

Para empezar nos alojaron en una habitación con una ducha que resbalaba bastante, mi marido casi se cae duchándose, cuando en las especificaciones del hotel aparecía que tenían bañera con hidromasaje, también había muchísimo ruido de la calle, ni las ventanas aislaban del ruido, eso si el personal muy amable nos propusieron cambiar la habitación pero ya para lo que quedaba no nos compensaba

This hotel is within easy walking distance of Salamanca's railway station and on the edge of the historic centre - a ten minute walk takes you to the university area and another five minutes to the cathedral. A estadia foi ótima, o hotel é bem localizado, muito próximo ao centro histórico, tudo funciona bem, o quarto é um pouco pequeno mas confortável, o banheiro é espaçoso e moderno, ficando o destaque para o café da manhã, muito farto, bem servido e saboroso, funcionárias super acolhedoras e eficientes, excelente mesmo. Fica como sugestão um pouco mais de cuidado com roupas de cama e toalhas já desgastadas. Voltaríamos com certeza!

A estadia foi ótima, o hotel é bem localizado, muito próximo ao centro histórico, tudo funciona bem, o quarto é um pouco pequeno mas confortável, o banheiro é espaçoso e moderno, ficando o destaque para o café da manhã, muito farto, bem servido e saboroso, funcionárias super acolhedoras e eficientes, excelente mesmo. Fica como sugestão um pouco mais de cuidado com roupas de cama e toalhas já desgastadas. Voltaríamos com certeza!

Wir waren eine Nacht dort und es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Check in und out schnell und problemlos. Zimmer und alle anderen Bereiche sehr sauber. Betten bequem. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück nur der Kaffee war nicht so toll, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten , Bars und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel hat ein Parkhaus welches wir nicht genutzt hatten, andere größere Parkhäuser in Fußläufiger Nähe. Vielen Dank schöner Aufenthalt

A estadia foi ótima, o hotel é bem localizado, muito próximo ao centro histórico, tudo funciona bem, o quarto é um pouco pequeno mas confortável, o banheiro é espaçoso e moderno, ficando o destaque para o café da manhã, muito farto, bem servido e saboroso, funcionárias super acolhedoras e eficientes, excelente mesmo. Fica como sugestão um pouco mais de cuidado com roupas de cama e toalhas já desgastadas. Voltaríamos com certeza!

Somewhat stuffy hotel but good location for historic center, train and bus stations. Several restaurants within easy reach. Breakfast has a lot of variety but the best thing about it is the fresh fruit. Thermostat didn't work for heat which only came out of the bathroom radiator.

It was in a reasonable area within easy walking distance of the old town etc. Pleasant and helpful staff. Parking expensive (18€/day) and car park very tight. Buffet b'fast 12€, but excellent panadaria just over the road. Room & shower over bath okay, but mattress very hard. Room safe very complicated to use.
