The hotel is in a quiet pedestrianised area across the road from the Cathedral and historical area. It backs on to the river and is a short distance from Puente Romano. Parking is a short walk away and discounted to a reasonable 12 euros a day. Overall an ideal location and good value for money.

Buen hotel, excelentemente situado sin estar en pleno centro, con las habitaciones (al menos la que me tocó) bastante grandes y agradable. Únicamente tienes que tener cuidado si vas con coche, ya que no cuenta con aparcamiento propio, y la zona cercana es casi toda zona de pago (aunque no muy lejos o cruzando el puente sí que tienes zona libre).

Bom quarto, bom tamanho, limpo. Estava de passagem pela cidade e apenas pernoitei no hotel. Me dirigi à frente do hotel com o carro, mesmo sendo zona pedonal. Tivemos apenas o tempo de fazer o check-in e guardar as malas no quarto, mas precisamos levar em seguida o carro para o estacionamento indicado pela recepção do hotel, com o qual mantêm parceria e dão o ticket para desconto. O estacionamento não é tão próximo. Mas tranquilo. Tivemos dificuldades para sair do estacionamento no dia seguinte gastando mais que o tempo limite de tolerância entre pagar o ticket e cruzar a cancela da saída. Resultado: tive que voltar correndo na máquina de pagamento para efetuar outro pagamento pelo novo tempo que começou a ser contado, pois a cancela não abriu. Então paguei mais 0,50 €.

The location of the hotel is perfect, within close walking distance to the old town of Salamanca, the cathedrals, and Plaza Mayor as well as right next to the Rio Tormes and the Puente Romano, very peaceful and quiet! We booked a triple room, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows and has a refrigerator, a television, and air conditioning. The bathroom was excellent and clean with a shower and tub combo, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, a large counter, a hairdryer and nice towels. The staff was very kind and helpful providing suggestions for restaurants, sight seeing, hiking and ordered a taxi for us! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food and drinks! I highly recommend this hotel, we would definitely stay here again!!

Sorry. Im sure we got the worst room in the place but the window opened into where they park motor bikes. The air-conditioning only did heat. And i could hear people talking at 3Am. We asked if there was a better room and was told no. We then checked expedia and it said 4 available so we were lied too. Pretty bad when the phone from reception is able to be heard and not answered.
