El lugar del hotel y su construcción es excepcional así como la vista al rededor. Cometieron un grave error y es que la alberca estaba fuera de servicio hecho que no fue informado ni por el hotel ni por Hoteles antes, si escribieron para informar que había un resort fee pero no se tomaron el mismo tiempo para informar esto relevante, ni tampoco fueron tan diligentes como lo exige la categoría del hotel para ofrecer solución, solo en el último minuto después de varios intentos llegó Victoria y amablemente nos ayudó a dar una solución aceptable.

Heaven on Earth. I absolutely loved this resort. The property and views are drop dead gorgeous. I love that the resort has an amazing pool, a private lake, tons of activities and amazing food. It truly was Heaven on Earth for me. I would highly recommend it for couples, families or friends. I promise you will leave happy. There really is no need to leave the resort.

Hotel localizado num local deslumbrante, porém longe e difícil acesso do centro de Bariloche. O Hotel é antigo, mas está quase todo remodelado. Atendimento excelente. Calefação confortável em todo hotel. Quartos amplos e aconchegantes, porém o banheiro não tem box e sim um chuveiro dentro de uma pequena banheira com cortina. Café da manhã impecável e variado. Restaurante Asador Criollo é imperdível. A piscina é aquecida e também é imperdível. O Spa não utilizamos porém as instalações e informações dizem que são excelentes. É cobrado 18 dólares por hóspede por dia como tx de resort. O estacionamento (caso tenho carro) também é cobrado. Claro que tudo isso não é barato, infelizmente.

Excellent experience, beautifull scneries around the hotel, the hotel itself is beautiful and being on it makes you be a part of the history of the hotel. Service overall is great, good food and drinks, the golf course is beautiful and with big scenic holes, the only limitations is that there are not that many electric golf carts and is not an easy golf cours to walk without a caddie. The pool and spa are on the right temperature depending if you are inside or outside

Overall, an incredible stay. We had a room in the old wing which frankly are very, very tired and in DESPERATE need of a refresh; however, it was still a great stay - the setting is just fantastic, staff were great, as were the food and drinks + lots of extras included like bikes and kayaks to take out. The spa was great - fantastic massage! And the pool was lovely and warm (indoors and outdoors)

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Period. Yes, the rooms feel a bit outdated, shower as well, but the hotel has its unique old school luxury vibe. We really enjoyed the heated pool (outdoor + indoor), with a breathtaking view to the lake and the mountains. The hotel is far from the city center (45 mins), but you get unparalleled silence. Breakfast was incredible, all fresh, fantastic attentive service and amazing quality. Our SPA treatment was also one of the best we got, really, really good. Really good. Staff was welcoming and always with a smile. We also enjoyed a dinner at the Argentinian restaurant which was very good, even though a bit pricey. Would 100% recommend and hope to return here someday.

This place is magical! The views are breathtaking. There’s also a lot to do with walking distance (we survived without a car). The boat tours are right nearby and there are a lot of nice hikes. The hotel also has a marina with kayaks and canoes. The archery class was a lot of fun and it’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Beautiful hotel in beautiful grounds let down by service which isn't fitting of a 5 star hotel. Recently renovated room had broken air conditioning unit and the room servicing wasn't as neat as I would expect. The front door men never greeted us upon arrival not did they offer to help with carrying luggage down the stairs. For the cost of this hotel simple improvements would genuinely make this a 5 star hotel in an incredible location. Also a suggestion for the hotel to offer a whole property map so that it is obvious that there are lounge chairs by the lake rather than us stumbling across these.

Don’t know how this is a five star hotel.. You could hear every word the people were saying in the room next to you there were gaps in the doors. My toilet fell off the floor. I could go on and on, but the staff was really really nice.

The hotel is a bit run down. No water, towels, coffee upon arrival. Housekeeping apologized after room looked as though it had not been made up from prior guest. However, the real problem was that the hotels.com reservation price was not adhered to by the hotel and the resort fee and taxes that were to be included in the pricing were not. We paid $100 USD more than the original booking.

This was a very disappointing stay in an otherwise lovely town surrounded by beautiful scenery. This hotel is simply not worth the exorbitant cost compared to other lodging options. The hotel is run down and in need of major upgrades. The decor in the rooms is truly sad, old, dingy, and lacking any charm. I uploaded photos from the room of the old quilted, floral upholstery and the view of the dirt from the nearly underground first-level rooms. The toilet in the room did not flush properly, there was no air conditioning and no coffee maker, and the WIFI was very poor quality that did not allow streaming. The bed sheets and pillows were terrible quality, rough and uncomfortable. The cost of everything at the hotel is absurdly overpriced for Argentina - a glass of wine nearly ten dollars at the blue rate, so twice that in local exchange rates. It was a real disappointment for a place I've heard such great things about, but I think people should know what they are paying for, and this hotel is just not worth its price and needs some very desperate upgrades to match the beauty surrounding it.

L’hôtel est un mythe alors on lui pardonne (presque) tout. Mais la première chambre que j’ai reçue était non seulement ridiculement petite, elle était aussi horriblement chaude ( sous les toits ) et impossible de dormir. Le réceptionniste a tout fait pour me faire payer le double en me présentant des chambres d’une autre catégorie ce que j’ai refusé . Le lendemain j’ai pu avoir une chambre un peu plus grande et un étage en dessous. Rien de génial mais acceptable . L’hôtel a beaucoup d’allure . Il attire malheureusement beaucoup de curieux ce qui lui donne parfois un aspect un peu hall de gare .

The hotel is amazing, the place is out of this world, the view from everywhere is incredible. The Staff is nice and warm. Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. Even having the card key in my hand, they stop you and ask you. When check out they charged you wrongly two expensive dinners, around 600 usd, we claimed and they fromt desk staff removed the charges, somebody charged to our room the dinners, come on! another issue is the guarantee card, if your name is not printed in the card, is not accepted. Anyway, the hotel is beautiful, but sometimes I was asked if I was a guest, I will suggest to have a bangle or some distintive to identify the guests. Also use of the room card to charge expenses to the room.

Beautiful property & serene surroundings with excellent service. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet and dinners. Staff at every level were warm, welcoming and helpful. The concierge ( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Period. Yes, the rooms feel a bit outdated, shower as well, but the hotel has its unique old school luxury vibe. We really enjoyed the heated pool (outdoor + indoor), with a breathtaking view to the lake and the mountains. The hotel is far from the city center (45 mins), but you get unparalleled silence. Breakfast was incredible, all fresh, fantastic attentive service and amazing quality. Our SPA treatment was also one of the best we got, really, really good. Really good. Staff was welcoming and always with a smile. We also enjoyed a dinner at the Argentinian restaurant which was very good, even though a bit pricey. Would 100% recommend and hope to return here someday.

This place is magical! The views are breathtaking. There’s also a lot to do with walking distance (we survived without a car). The boat tours are right nearby and there are a lot of nice hikes. The hotel also has a marina with kayaks and canoes. The archery class was a lot of fun and it’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Hotel localizado num local deslumbrante, porém longe e difícil acesso do centro de Bariloche. O Hotel é antigo, mas está quase todo remodelado. Atendimento excelente. Calefação confortável em todo hotel. Quartos amplos e aconchegantes, porém o banheiro não tem box e sim um chuveiro dentro de uma pequena banheira com cortina. Café da manhã impecável e variado. Restaurante Asador Criollo é imperdível. A piscina é aquecida e também é imperdível. O Spa não utilizamos porém as instalações e informações dizem que são excelentes. É cobrado 18 dólares por hóspede por dia como tx de resort. O estacionamento (caso tenho carro) também é cobrado. Claro que tudo isso não é barato, infelizmente.

Lindíssimo hotel numa localização maravilhosa! As paisagens são de cair o queixo de tanta beleza! O meu quarto superior tinha sido renovado e era muito confortável e com ar condicionado. Atendimento bom da equipe do hotel, mas poderia ser melhor e mais simpático. Infelizmente o ponto fraco é a gastronomia dos restaurantes e a hotelaria em geral, que não condizem com um verdadeiro hotel 5 estrelas. Comida caríssima e de pouca qualidade. A decoração dos ambientes do hotel também precisam de uma renovação e de um cuidado maior. Tomara que melhorem esses pontos, pois o lindíssimo Hotel Llao Llao merece!!

The view is stunning, old rooms needing major upgrades, very old fashioned, the bathroom is like an old apartment in NYC, uncomfortable bed, no convenient charging, it basically needs an overhaul. Decent breakfast, but the dinner restaurants are awful and pricey, don’t waste your money.

One of the greatest views in the world. The activities and services provided by the hotel, were A .The quality of food vs the price, except for the scrumptious breakfast (a real treat), left much to be desired. The Patagonia Restaurant should offer a better selection and can do a lot better (especially if the regular restaurant is closed for special events). Otherwise, the stay was superb and the landscape unbelievable! Would love to return.
