Nice hotel for a short stay. Accomodating staff, clean rooms, nice amenities. Jacuzzi spa cost you to use 45 minutes, should be no charge. La Cabrera steakhouse will be in-house restaurant making hotel an even better destination!

There aren't a lot of great options in this town, but this is probably one of the better ones, but it does have it's flaws. The breakfast is pretty good, but they could have more options, maybe some sausages. Also, the internet was very hit or miss. Sometime I had great speed, but then sometimes I couldn't even get service. The pool is great but the jacuzzi didn't work.

The hotel is lovely. We had a great stay. I gave 4 stars because it is advertised that the hotel has a game room/ping pong table and they did not have it. My son was looking forward to playing and it was one of the reasons we booked.

The hotel is being renovated. We stayed in the new rooms. Very nice and lovely lobby. We wanted to be “in town” and there are many good restaurants and easy access to falls via taxi or tours. The price was good and the staff was wonderful and super accommodating. Plus there is a great pool and an adequate breakfast with many options too.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff - professional, friendly, multilingual, and always helpful with a smile. Free breakfast buffet was good. Pool was outstanding, with nice snacks and drinks options poolside; also being cleaned by a team of 4 every morning from 7 to 9:00 am. The restaurant had great parilla. I totally recommend it.

The hotel is centrally located, across the street from the bus station which is very convenient if you’re going to Iguazu falls. There are plenty of buses and the falls on the Argentine side can be explored without tour guides, or taxis, or other services which may seem necessary if this is your first visit to Iguazu. The hotel certainly left a good impression on us, right from check-in to the layout of the rooms and the overall cleanliness. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast service is also quite good, and there is a restaurant for dining-in if you don’t want to go outside. If dining in, ask for the guest discount, and complimentary drink. One shortfall if you check-in late, is that there is no complimentary bottled water in the rooms. Water in the nearby grocery stores is inexpensive and it wouldn’t hurt to provide at least a couple of bottles with the room.

We had an okay stay at the Saint George Hotel. The pros: a nice lobby and pool, great location (close to bus and restaurants), and helpful front desk staff. The cons: the bathroom was smelly and moldy, and the breakfast had flies buzzing around.

My only complaint is that the hotel is noisy. I think there a few steps were missed in building materials, because we could hear the street noise, our neighbors, motorists and even a kitten crying. If you can, ask for a room facing the pool. Otherwise the place is a gem. Good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff and one block from the bus station that takes you to the waterfalls.

Leuk hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. We kregen eerst een 4 persoons kamer echter het water uit de kraan bleef bruin. Het hotel loste dat op door ons een 3p kamer in het nieuwe deel te geven op de bovenste /4de verdieping. De kamers in het oude deel zijn iets gedateerd. In het nieuwe deel zijn ze meer up to date. Kamer zijn schoon en ruim. Alles is aanwezig. De wifi werkte echter niet op de bovenste / 4 de verdieping . De gym en het zwembad zaten bij de prijs inbegrepen. Voor de sauna en spa moet fors bij betaald worden. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet en vriendelijk personeel.

The major problem we had was with our air conditioning that did not work. We informed the desk about this the day we arrived. We only received a maintenance visit after our 2nd complaint which was the next day. After 30 hours with no AC, we were offered another room. Upon my inspection, that AC was not working as well!! Finally we got a third room. When I asked manager Valerie Gonchoroski for some compensation regarding our issue, he waived our 2 mojitos bar bill. REALLY very poor public relations given the fact we were extremely uncomfortable for 30 hours in 35 degree heat. I had requested that one of our daily room fees be waived for the aggravation and duress it caused my husband and I. He refused! The hotel could use some updating in particular the bathrooms which were functional but in need of some necessary repairs.

I requested two taxi services from your hotel (one was round trip to Iguazu falls and the other was to airport). I was told the price is fixed. For 5 friends travelling from the UK, we really liked this hotel. Positives: - Great pool area with plenty of loungers. The pool was great and the whole area clean and well maintained. - The staff were really friendly and helpful. - The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the bus station so that you can easily catch the cheaper local buses to the waterfall (both sides). - The hotel felt safe and secure. - Really good restaurants within 5 minute walk (the hotel restaurant was also very good). Negatives: - Not always a lot of staff on reception so sometimes had to queue for a while. - Breakfast was good but could have been better with drink choices and more hot food. Overall we had a great three night stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The check out policy is unreasonable, 10 am check out seems almost illegal and they want to charge you to extend check out for one hour $15 dollars, when the check in is at 3 pm, the manager or supervisor at reception was rude. I'll never come back and would not recommend it to anyone

Nice hotel close right in the center of town. Walking distance to everything. The amenities are very nice and the breakfast is outstanding. Staff is pleasant. This is a perfectly fine basic hotel, not quite as nice as the pictures suggest, for although the lobby is welcoming and modern, the rooms (or at least our room) have seen better days. A bit run down, although definitely clean. The breakfast is good and in spacious room. The hotel's location is just across street from central bus station and thus handy for transportation to airport and Iguazu Falls (both sides). BUT don't bother with hotel's pathetic restaurant. We were tired on first night so thought we would eat in, but after trying to order 5 different menu items and told they weren't available, we went across the street. Here's the good news: there are many very good restaurants within 3 blocks.

The gym space needs attention. The front desk attendant didn´t allow us to stay two hours longer. She argued that the hotel was full. And it wasn´t. The other aspects are very good. It is in a central location, it´s clean, and there is a lot of space in the room. The bathroom is also good. The park space is near the hotel and free of charge. Overall, it was a good stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and area were clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety. My only complaint is that the smoking area is right outside the lobby doors, which typically remain open. There were nice seating areas in the lobby and café area but I could smell the cigarette smoke inside, so did not utilize the public areas much. I could even smell it at the pool tables right next to the lobby. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel in the middle of town, right next to the bus station.

Smooth early check-in without extra charge (courtesy extended) Helpful staff upon enquiry for travel info assistances. Great breakfast. We’ve never got bored with throughout the 4 mornings.
