We absolutely loved this property. Checkin was smooth and our room was so big it blew our mind. The premises offered many amenities and really nice forest scenery. The pools are very nice along with jacuzzi. The breakfast was different everyday and it was good and fresh. Honestly the best breakfast food ive had buffet style at any hotel ive ever stayed at. It was my wifes birthday so we decided to try the restaurant on the premises and it was like hitting a homerun. Prices were great, food was awesome and service was impeccable. And one last thing the gym this place has could rival any sports club gym . It is so big and basically has the most weights ive ever seen in a hotel gym or even so chain sports clubs. Check this hotel out you will not be disappointed.

The service by the staff was excellent--friendly, supportive, and responsive. The breakfast choices the first day of our stay were extensive but much more limited on subsequent days. The one day I tried an omelet, the chef barely cooked the vegetables. The exercise facility also was excellent, though we only got to use it once. Our biggest complaint was with the Wi-Fi service. It was terrible! During our second stay we were located at the far end of the hotel, and the Wi-Fi reception was spotty at best and frequently interrupted. Several times we had to walk to the lobby to get better service so that we could communicate with local friends and family and make travel arrangements. Please upgrade!

We were a bit disappointed at first as Looked a bit tired when we arrived. But bedrooms spacious and very comfortable. Facilities were great with kids after a long flight. Loved the hot tub! Gym was one of the best gyms I have been too in a hotel- they had every piece of equipment. Breakfast was very enjoyable too! If you over look the bad lighting and needing a little update. It was perfect for our stop over with 3 kids. Great price too.

Estuvimos 5 noches y solo un día hicieron limpieza de la habitación. Somos clientes bastantes considerados pues manteníamos el orden pero llegar cada noche y ver la basura del baño y la habitación fue una gran decepción. Las habitaciones no tiene refrigerador ni microondas, máquina de hielo encontramos solo una en el segundo piso a larga distancia.Todos los días tenía q buscar donde tirar la basura, En dos ocasiones fui al front desk a pedir ayuda pues no teníamos shampoo y crema la ayuda nunca llegó. El área alrededor del hotel es insegura y muy sucia y aunque el hotel es inmenso es tan oscuro q parecía q ahí no habitaba nadie.

The stay was a bit disappointing. Staff, other than in the breakfast area don't engage. Our room needed lots of repairs - leaky caulking in the shower, water backup in the shower, toilet that runs and we needed someone to come get the AC running and it still didn't work well. Our mattress needed replacement and was torn at the top so the sheets wouldn't stay on and the room was so dark. The furniture was all metal and very cheap. Room smelled mildew. We did get the late check out and the 10$ food credit but we had to ask. Breakfast was ok but very repetitive and the omelette station had a huge wait so we didn't bother. One small bottle of water to day to split by two adults; but really, the tap water was fine. Pool area was nice but the pool was so cold and the hot tub so small. All the couches were tired - front area and in nooks around the hotel. We could have stayed elsewhere for the same price and I'm not sure how it's a 4* hotel unfortunately.

The hotel room we had was definitely dated. Dirty and worn carpet and curtains. Stained toilets and tubs. The TV did not work and when asked for assistance we were told “it’s because of the style of the TV it’s not a smart TV”. However, smart tv or not there should be sound. There were other rooms that were renovated but unfortunately we did not get one. The included breakfast was okay and the location ( proximity to places we wanted to go ) was nice. I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel.

Between the filthy rooms and areas surrounding the pool and bathtub areas, I saved you from seeing the photos of the pool area, where the bathrooms were with green mold toilets, no flushing, and no cleaning for days. The stars are a mistake coming from this hotel.

Breakfast was good and the rooms are clean. It’s quite a distance from the pickup zones of many tour companies, but if you book with the company advertised at the lobby, you’ll have a good time. There’s an initial disappointment when you arrive at the hotel. The pictures you expect might be a far cry from what you see. The hotel looks fatigued and a bit ancient. Those who crave the feel of the 1960s might appreciate it. Perhaps, the hotel should rebrand as such.

One of the two rooms was not to standard with the shower plate loose and unacceptable to allow someone to stay there. The room overall was aged and needed upgrades and repairs to the bathroom shower/tub. The other room was more updated but was very musty smelling. The breakfast was good with decent options.

Nice big room ( premium) although surprisingly enough there was no refrigirator. Room a bit " worn out", but thats fine with us, it was very well cleaned.Friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Tip to hotel: change of broken " fruitboxes" in beakfastroom would make it look more professional/ less " juicy".

Me hospedé en el hotel por una actividad a la que asistí. Las instalaciones viejas, el televisor no funciona, el teléfono no tiene tono entonces no se puede comunicar con recepción. Lo peor, en el desayuno uno de los empleados fue mal educado, retador y ofensivo con una adulta mayor que nos acompaña. Al ingresarlo lejos de reconocer su mal actuar lo que hizo fue reírse. El hotel es pésimo y NO lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo. Se aleja mucho de todas las buenas prácticas de servicio al cliente de un hotel de cadena y máxime de uno con la calidad que tiene Radisson

Always consistently good service even with new people especially at reception where the first impression happens. This Radisson has large rooms, everything is always clean and well organized. Nosotros solicitamos una cama extra desde antes de nuestra llegada. No estaba en la habitación. Llamamos varias veces solicitándola, y nos dijeron que iba a ver. No la llevaron nunca y nadie nos llamó para informar si se podía o no, simplemente ignoraron nuestra solicitud. En el baño, el toallero se cae, y lo vuelven a poner sin arreglarlo. A penas se coloca en 2 tornillos, pero se cae constantemente. Es molesto. No hay servicio de alimentación en la habitación accesible, pues únicamente está la opción de pedir comida del restaurante que sirve comida formal.

This was fine for a one night stay ahead of heading to the airport but I wouldn’t stay more than a night. The location isn’t great (although the parking lot is helpful). It’s hard to access downtown - about a 20 minute walk to the Gold Museum - and there’s not much around. The lobby and restaurant and bar are nice. The food was excellent and the staff there was nice. The room wasn’t great. The bathroom needed upgrading and a deep clean. I’m also fairly certain housekeeping entered our room without our knowledge or permission right after we checked in and had left for sightseeing to add a shower curtain because none was there.

Nice place with clean room, staff very friendly always available to answer any questions,good foods with prices a little bit expensive.This is place where people can enjoy their stays.Also, it is not too far from downtown where you can make all connections to visit other cities using the public transportation. I like it for my next trip to Costa Rica Radisson will be my choice.
