Wyndham San Jose Herradura

Very nice entrance and services, personnel was very nice. The rooms are old and need maintenance. For some hours the hotel ran oit fo water, we were not able to go to the bathroom or take a bath. Never had this experience in the past in any hotel, hard to imagine I could live this experience in a Wyndham brand hotel.

Tub was worn out and walls had spots that were pealing. Needs to be up dated. Ask for a late check out and they charge $55 for that. Wow

We arrived after midnight due to a late flight and customs. The hotel was nice but our room in the back was run down and sparse with limited amenities. The room was at least three decades past an update. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast and the staff and service was great. Prices in the gift shop were not clearly marked and the clerk tried to sell me a small bottle of water for $6 US dollars.
