The limousine airport bus stops right in front of the hotel to and from Incheon Airport. You just have to cross the street. The front desk is friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. They have laundry service that you can use by paying with a credit card. After check out we were able to leave our luggage in the lockers without paying a fee, which was great! Highly recommend for its convenience to and from places around seoul! Will come again!

初めてのソウル、こざっぱりしたホテルで、部屋は清潔、お湯もたっぷり出て、快適に過ごしました。ランドリーサービスの他に、セルフのランドリーもあります。スタッフも親切でした。すぐそばに明洞駅と、仁川空港へのシャトルバス停留所があります。夜に明洞で遊ぶのにも便利でした。初めてのソウル旅行を考えている友人にも勧めました。ありがとうございました。

ダブルベッドとシングルベッドのツイン部屋に初めて宿泊しました。部屋の広さは充分で、ソファやメイクする際便利な鏡付きのテーブルがあり、3人でもゆったりできました。どなたかの口コミでトイレットペーパーは流せると書いてありましたが、フロントの方に尋ねるとゴミ箱に捨ててくださいと言われたのと、リンスインシャンプーやハンドソープが使い辛かった点が残念なところでした。コインランドリーは1台だけなので、時間帯によっては待たないといけなかったです。1階に製氷機がありました。2階の朝食ブッフェはW13000で、種類もありジンラーメンのミニカップもありました。 1日分サービスで食べさせていただきラッキーでした(無料だったから、余計に美味しく感じたのかも)。立地は最高でフロントの方も親切だったので、また渡韓の際は利用したいと思います。

Great location. Conveniently located near the subway system. Plenty of food and shopping options across the street. Only down side was they only had one washing machine / dryer. So long lines and wait time to do any laundry. Would be great if they could add another set. Would stay here again.

a review for this property* Hotel Prince Seoul is optimally located directly across the street from an airport shuttle bus stop($13/17,000w one way). It's in a walkable distance from the Lotte department store,subways,underground shopping& Myeongdong.Two 7/11s and numerous restaurants are in the vicinity. Washing machines and money exchange machines are on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.Kimchi fried rice,egg soup,egg noodles, hash browns,sausage,bacon,boiled eggs juice and coffee were offered on my trip. My room was very clean and the bed comfortable, GREAT water pressure in the shower. Lights and a/c are managed from a control panel on the bedside table. The room key must be inserted in a slot on the wall beside the door to initiate lights. Call front desk for heat,My room was a corner room directly overlooking the city street. WOW!!! Easy to walk to N Seoul Tower, Myeongdong few steps away. Great laundry machine. It actually took one cycle (45 mintues) and everything was dry. Not enough plus in the room.

Happy with the stay, location was good. Cleaning lady change bath towel daily. Washing machine and dryer available at lobby (commercial payment type - was good, 5000 won per wash, per dryer) Hot water was good and with bath tub!

Bed is made daily, clean towels, and bottled water everyday. Right across from Myeongdong night market, where the hustle & bustle are happening. There’s laundry facility and luggage lockers for a fee, but convenient none the less. Upside - I left a pair of pants and was able to pick it up (they kept it for me) and while there, they allow us to use their laundry facility which was nice. Very accommodating. Downside - our last night of stay, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and no English announcement of what was going on. We were in the 11th floor, not until we reached 7th floor that we found someone and told us it was false alarm. Then It went off again after an hour and no one apologised or explained what it was when we checked out.

Airport bus drop off and pickup couple steps away. MTR entrance was right by the door. The hotel also has a self service luggage storage locker for those who have extra hours to shop after checkout. This hotel is a bit dated but staff are friendly and helpful. My room was facing the street so there was a bit of noise.

Room was dormitory like with dated furniture and no sense of style. Some horizontal surfaces had a buildup of dust and hair. Bathroom sink had mold growing around the faucet, drain and vent. Also mold on the failing tub grout. The room got the job done but it was the most disappointing stay out of the four hotels we booked this trip.

着いた日に浴室のバスタオル&フェイスタオルに毛が…気持ちが悪くてタオルが使えず。また、コップを毎回取り替えずそのまま回りだけ拭いて提供しているようで、不衛生過ぎてビックリしました。なので歯ブラシも必ずしまってました。宿泊費は高いのに…

It's a well placed property. However, our room was closed to stairs and highly discourage guests from taking any rooms that face the stairs directly as your door opens into them. Staff was not particularly helpful at times and at times were very much so.

The location is super convenient and next to Myeongdong station which is a pickup/dropoff for many tours. Breakfast had a good selection of foods. I wish there had been an outlet by the bed. And the bed itself was very hard.

You can tell this place is a bit dated, but has been maintained very well. Very clean and extremely convenient location. The staff spoke many languages and were very friendly and helpful!

明洞駅への2番エスカレーター口に近く、便利が良い。流暢に日本語対応できるスタッフがいてくれて安心できる。地方への旅行を相談して、韓国語がわかるならと安価で時間のかからない行き方を教えてもらった。上層階でバスタブのある部屋に無料でアップグレードしてくださった。お風呂に入れたのが本当に疲れた体に助かった。立地が良く日本コンセント口も用意され日本人が安心して利用できるホテルです。

Service is fantastic, specially at the front desk. Jonny was so kind to call the restaurant for my sister who is in the wheelchair she can go upstairs. Anyway she was really really kind. We were very happy.

2回目の利用です。スタッフの方の対応の素早さに感激しました。まずは、無理を言って約30分程早くチェックインさせてもらいました。嫌な顔一つせずに対応してくれました。それから、チェックイン後に部屋にある金庫の暗証番号設定に失敗し、フロントに電話で問い合わせました。すぐに部屋に駆け付けてくれてサクッと問題を解決してくれました。しかもそれだけではなく、金庫が一部破損してるのを見つけ、怪我をしては駄目だと言うことで空き部屋の金庫と入れ替える手配までしてくれました。その作業も連携が取れているのが分かる対応で、すぐに設備の方が別の金庫を運んできてくれました。何もかもがスピーディーで丁寧で感激しました。ホテル自体の立地は文句なしでお値段も良心的でスタッフの方の対応、そのどれをとっても素晴らしいと思います。明洞滞在の方にはめちゃくちゃオススメです。そしてまた次も利用します。

スタッフの方がとても親切で対応も丁寧でした。部屋の洗面所の電球が切れかけていたのかカチカチなっていたため連絡したところすぐ見に来てくださり、翌日変えてくれていました。また、チェックインの際に部屋をアップグレードしてくれ、一人には十分すぎる部屋に宿泊できました。次回ソウルへ行く際にも宿泊したいと思いました。

Only an overnighter and we got in late. Staff late night where not that welcoming vs staff in the morning were very friendly. Maybe the concierge was feeling like we were after circa 15 hours travel. Overall location was great for shopping, street markets and public transport.

Bed is made daily, clean towels, and bottled water everyday. Right across from Myeongdong night market, where the hustle & bustle are happening. There’s laundry facility and luggage lockers for a fee, but convenient none the less. Upside - I left a pair of pants and was able to pick it up (they kept it for me) and while there, they allow us to use their laundry facility which was nice. Very accommodating. Downside - our last night of stay, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and no English announcement of what was going on. We were in the 11th floor, not until we reached 7th floor that we found someone and told us it was false alarm. Then It went off again after an hour and no one apologised or explained what it was when we checked out.

The staff were very friendly and were very helpful! The rooms were tidy, the free waters were great, very homey vibes! The rooms came with many amenities that made our stay more comfortable! The breakfast buffet was good and provided a good amount of selection! Would stay again! And very close to the Myeongdong shopping area!

We had breakfast option, the food is slightly different everyday. The two lovely ladies who works at the breakfast are so nice and friendly. Overall the staffs in the hotel are nice but they don’t speak too much English. Very good location airport bus stop right at the hotel door. The hotel is a bit old for sure but kept it clean. If I would make a critic I would think they should change their front door to automatic slide door instead of the old pulling door. Make it hard for ppl who has luggages and sanitizing purpose.

Loved our stay here. The buffet breakfast was expansive and delicious. It was never crowded and gave us energy to walk all day. Location great, next to Myeongdong subway and in the middle of shopping, restaurants. Only negative is that the bed was kind of hard.

I was in room 810. The bed is hard as a rock. I've slept on mats on the floor that were more cushy. The pillows are deceptive! They LOOK puffy and supportive, but by morning they're flat as a pancake. The room was SMALL. Only beaten by a "room" we got in Rome once that was literally just the size of the bed. CLEAN. But small. GREAT water pressure! Also, the hot water is instantly hot. Turn it on, it's hot. Also, it can get HOT hot! Shower is very small. There's a bidet. No microwave in the room. Oh! If you don't know this about Seoul, LOTS of mosquitoes! I'm going home with 8 bites. Breakfast buffet is good! bacon REAL scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, rice, a couple of soups. Breads, yogurt. (Plain! Add some chocolate granola to make it edible). Location is awesome! *JUST* across the street from the entry to the night market. NOT their fault, but you might want to know. The washer/dryer downstairs are reasonable priced and worked well. Oh! There's NOT an international ATM nearby. It's a bit of a hike to find one. And I would be remiss to not mention this. You know how you can set your A/C unit to run the fan all the time and the compressor when necessary? Not so here! If you choose A/C, it cools to it's target temp and turns off. If you want the fan, you have to try to figure out the remote. Which is all Korean! I had to use AI to figure out how to turn JUST the fan on which allowed the room to get hot. Not the mode I'd like.
